I love most of the Aid's they take care of mom. The place is clean. They do a lot with their memory care patients. They have different theme parties like once a month for all residents. They incorporate Memory Care with their Assisted Living Residents when they have music. They have a garden for memory care members. I really like their Memory Care Director as well as their activity coordinator. Memory Care go out for coffee on Monday. Out to lunch on Wednesday and sometimes Sunday afternoons they bring them for a ride on the bus.

The care services is a 4 because they are a short staffed. However, it is a clean facility and decent food. Need to hire more staff for evenings. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff for the most part are great. They take no time to arrive if they are called. That's a big plus. The food if better that most places I've been to but there always room for improvement especially in the variety. On the down side they way overpriced

If the facility's doctor is chosen for resident's primary care, be prepared to bring urinalysis (done at the facility) to a lab to be processed. I did not realize they have no courrier to do that. We have had a couple issues of our parents missing hair or podiatry appointments there in the facility because no one called to remind them or went to their room to get them. (Both parents have significant memory loss). Cable TV service leaves A LOT to be improved on. We bought 2 new TVs, when told that perhaps the issue was their original TVs. It apparently is the facility's very outdated in house cable/internet system that should be updated for the price residents pay to have it. Most seniors do not understand streaming the programs they want to watch, and regular cable programs have very grainy reception. We've given up trying to rectify this. On the positive side...very friendly staff, very clean facility, food has been great, dining room open all day is a nice option for those who don't rise early for set breakfast hours.

Facility and staff are very good to the residents. Sometimes difficult to get a hold of people though and the billing can get quite confusing if things change. As always, communication could be better.

It was more affordable than most others, clean and conveniently located. There seems to be a lot of turnover in administration and staffing issues in the food area causing long waiting.

The facility is very nice, warm and welcoming. The staff are all really caring from the receptionists, dining staff, activity coordinators and care staff. Go out of their way to be warm and friendly. There are lots of daily activities along with a happy hour at 3 everyday. Lots of chances to socialize. The food in dining room is very good and open 7-7 everyday!

My sister moved in around two months ago. After helping her move in, I have only been back there one time. My impressions of the facility and the staff are favorable.

The administrator is wonderful. Activities are fabulous. My Aunt is very happy there, and the staff is happy to help the whole family.

Everyone that works there is kind and respectful of all the workers, and that goes for everyone who lives there. There's no judgement at this facility. It takes special people to have the patience that these people have.

The Staff was very compassionate and extremely kind to my mother, but I do think they probably need to hire some extra folks as the Staff seemed to be overwhelmed at times. However, that's kind of the nature of the labor market and not necessarily the fault of the facility itself. The Residence was always very clean, which includes the resident rooms and common areas like the dinning room. Decorations and atmosphere was very welcoming and the daily events they have for residents were entertaining. The outdoor patio area was also very nice to get something fresh area and enjoy nice weather.

It is easy for residents to get around, the public areas are very nice, and the bistro and restaurant are inviting and are great gathering places.

My brothers and I have been working with [name removed] from the Residence at Natick South to find the best situation for our Mother. She has been incredibly patient, helpful and informative. The facility is beautiful--well maintained, clean, modern and centrally located in Natick, MA. I recommend you reaching out to them if you're looking for a great option.

Overall it was the best of the several that family members toured. The residential setting was a big draw v the others. Plus only 4 blocks from my home and my brother's. Friendly staff and great dining facility. Activities are constant and weekly field outings. Of course the cost of all these places is absurd, with pearl Street sort of in the middle.

Some of aides get to know their patients liked and dislikes. They know my mom loves music so sometimes they go in singing to her. They have a new memory care director who is also very sweet and cares about all the Residents. They play music in the hallway sometimes they will find mom swaying to the music. Overall we really like it here!

It was very good. Meals were less so. Staff was attentive and responsive.

I would recommend to others. However, I will note that the property changed hands within the past year and now prices have increased so we'll see how the services compare to others. We picked them because of the amenities, cleanliness, and price

This is a high caliber staff with little turnover- From the dining room service to the active engagement of all the directors, this is by far one of the best elements of this location. Everything is made fresh and sourced locally- chef quality. Good rotation of choices. They have guest speakers, live music, outings, arts, crafts. And the events are all very well attended. The residences will never be the lowest cost provider- yet, I must say that the value for the money is outstanding.

The activities are great. Staff & residents are warm & friendly. Very welcoming and we would recommend The Residence at Voorhees to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Staffing and variety of food has been an issue for sure. We understand staff shortages, but sandwiches for dinner especially with the rate increase isn't acceptable.
