When it comes to care services they have an extensive list of services they offer which makes them a really good community. They do so many things for the residents. They try to keep them active and engaged in activities. It just seemed like a nice place to go. The landscaping is beautiful with lots of trees and places to sit down and relax. It is nice and we are glad our loved ones are here.

This community is really clean and the staff is really friendly. There are no odors and the house keeping staff really does a great job. The staff here seems to have a real passion for working here and what have to offer their residents. It is just an outstanding community and I would recommend to anyone.

Enjoyed visit/tour. Patty was delightful. The community is lovely. I am especially interested in this place for several reasons. Will definitely reconsider as a next step, very affordable.

Mom's health has improved because she no longer skips meals and medication. She has become social again and has made friends. Mom is happier now without the overwhelming worries of taking care of her home even though she was sad to leave. It's been 7 months now and we are all happy with the busy, happy, clean and caring environment at Traditions.

I thought this was a very nice place. The staff was very kind and the place had a home like feel to it. I would definitely recommend this place.

The director's were extremely helpful and thorough. They have the most comprehensive materials packet of all the places I've visited and the most straightforward rate information.

The dining hall on the assisted living side is super nice and they have great activities, on the memory care side the activities are a little bit more limited. The value for the money is pretty good. It is like every other place right now they could have a little bit more staffing bot overall they have done a really nice job.

We chose Residence at Riverbend because when we were just looking for a place to go for a few days we came here and we liked it so when it was necessary, this is where we wanted to go. We have a 1 bedroom and it has a large living space and room, plenty of space for our things. Everybody is very congenial, if you ask for help you will get it. It is a good place and I would recommend to others looking.

We chose The Residence at Penniman Hill because it is a brand new facility that was very clean and she was able to take a room that had never been lived in before. We went on a tour and we were impressed with everybody that we met, the wellness directors, the sales person, and the daily caregivers. We did not spend much time with the executive director but she seemed to be nice. I do like the population size, it is big enough to where she could make friends but not too big to where she would get lost. My mother has become limited in her mobility and it attracted me that they had an outside area with trees, benches, and grassy areas where she can go out and get fresh air. I would recommend to others as long as the facility fits your loved ones needs.

The staff and facilities are first rate! Both of my in-laws were in other assisted living/nursing homes in the area at different times and the quality of care here is better than any other we have experienced. The nursing and personal care staff are more than accommodating, really work with the family to make the best experience for the resident. The food is also amazing and the place looks like a spa.

We toured a variety of places, we chose Atria Cherry Hill because of the proximity, the affordability, and I got more of a family/comfortable atmosphere here. The room sizes are small, especially after viewing other Atria facilities. The food here is pretty fresh and a good quality, they have a lot of variety. My favorite part about this community is that they assign each person a buddy upon getting there. They do a survey on interests and hobbies and pair you up with who matches for socialization purposes. I would absolutely recommend.

The common areas at The Residence at Melrose Station always look clean, especially when comparing to other senior living communities. The staff is very friendly. I am impressed that every time I call in, they know exactly who I am. The department heads are often the ones who answer my questions, which is very reassuring. Similarly, the care being provided is great. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have really stepped up to protect the residents and are doing much more than they usually do for no added cost. Compared to other communities in the area, we believe The Residence at Melrose is a great value. The only negative about the price is that they charge a flat fee per care level, rather than per service. While they do offer great activities, the physical location where they take place tends to be a little inaccessible to those who are less mobile. If they could hold activities on each level of the community, it would make it a lot more accessible to everyone.
