Our experience with Lighthouse has been a very positive one, I'd give them top marks across the board. We've had some negative experiences with senior care in the past but we've heard nothing but positive things from our loved one since we moved him in here. It's a nice looking place, the people are friendly, and they do a great job looking out for the residents.

I really can't say enough about how wonderful Brookdale has been for our Mother. The staff is exceptionally caring and professional. There is always an activity available, everything from exercise classes to cards to live musical entertainment. Like most people Mom did not want to leave her home but after a fall it became inevitable. Brookdale has offered superior support during this transition not only for my Mom but for family as well. I can't thank them enough.

I would give Traditions of Wayland top marks across the board, they've really been a huge help to my family. The staff here is kind and supportive, and the facility itself is clean and well kept. My loved one had a very difficult transition, but the people at Traditions were with us every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking into care for a loved one!

The only improvement that needs to be made at Emeritus at East Longmeadow is the staff needs to follow though. The residents all have different needs and they just need to improve in that area. That is my only complaint really. Other than that things are good.

At The Residence at South Windsor Farms there is nothing that I have seen that needs improving. I honestly think that my mom is better being at this facility than before she got there. She is brighter and more focused. They are doing an excellent job at this facility.

We are so grateful to have my Father in Law here. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We are so happy to hear him refer to Cedar Dell as his home.

It was a very positive experience. They made it a very personalized experience about my mother and her level of care. Our family received the highest level of customer service with placing mom, tending to her specific physical and emotional needs. The staff is like extended family and their sincere expression of mom's well being is heartfelt.

I have nothing but good things to say about Emeritus at Meadow Lodge (now Brookdale). The staff was extremely friendly. All the activities are very good. They find lots of ways to keep the residents occupied and engaged.

The web site A Place for Mom was very helpful. A representative called me from the state where my mother was presently in another assisted living. That Rep in turn contacted several places and I was so fortunate that I received a call from Emily from The Lighthouse at Lincoln in Lincoln, RI. This took place last Monday and my mother was moved in with her own furniture that Wednesday. Staff was great - I did the paper work, visited with mother and noticed she was eating and drinking better than before as well as joining the activities. Thanks for everything!

The Brookdale Marlton Crossing is a very good place. We are very happy with it. My dad says this is a really nice place to stay. The food is good. The facility is very clean. Everyone there is very friendly. The value is excellent. The care services and activities are excellent as well. Overall, This is a really good place. I would recommend the Brookdale Marlton Crossing. It was an excellent experience.

So far, our lived one's care and experience has been terrific. Each visit we find he clean, well dressed and content The women working there are extremely kind, patient and respectful. There is no disrespect and mishandling of the clients. I saw so much if this at the other company. Our lived one's care has been consistent and safe. This facility takes the time to offer correct medical and emotional care. We are very happy and pleased that our burden has been lessened by this facility.

What a beautiful place! Everyone was very nice and the residents were delightful. It was clean and bright and lunch smelled delicious!

My mother recently moved into Boylston Place after living in her home for the past 40 years. Boylston Place is an outstanding community and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for senior living options. From the moment we walked in, we instantly felt welcomed by the staff and the charming community feel. We had looked at many other places in the area but found none like Boylston Place. Their sales and marketing director helped us through this difficult process from the moment I called her to meeting my mother and helping with the transition. She truly helped us through a challenging and difficult time. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable about what we were going through. My mother was very anxious about this whole process and the team at Boylston helped her and us through it. The staff is very warm and inviting, always available to answer questions no matter how big or small. They are responsive and you can tell they truly care. My mother often raves on how great the food is, she talks about the chefs always making her feel special by making her special meals and always accommodating her requests. She has made quite a few friends in the community, we call her often but she is rarely in her apartment, she always says, "There is always great things going on in the community so I don't plan to sit in my apartment". All of the nurses that work in the community are extremely helpful and patient with my mother as well. We are very pleased with our choice as Boylston Place for my mother. We trust that our mother is in the best place, the team is simply wonderful and we are lucky to have found them.

The staff at The Residence at Riverbend is simply wonderful! They are very kind to my mother. It is a very friendly place. The food is great as well. The one recommendation I would make would be to take the memory care residents out on more fiend trips. They do seem a little confined and I think it would help them if they were able to get out more. That is the only area for improvement that I can think of. Other than that, everything has really been great and I would highly recommend them.

Out of all of the communities that we visited this was the friendliest! The residents themselves walked up to us and said hello. The staff is also wonderful with the residents. My mother is more active and actually gained weight. She is doing more here than she did at the house. I would definitely rate the Traditions of Dedham 5 stars. I am glad my mother enjoys it here and I am glad that the staff is excellent.

Its a great place and I don't have any complaints.

My loved one moved in about 6 weeks ago. This is a great community. The only negative thing I can think of is the billing process. I've been waiting for a bill for about a month. They do have a nurse on staff and it seems that they have sufficient employees available at all times. The dining situation is great. There are 2 breakfast and 2 lunch times available. The dinner is served over a 2 hour period. It is restaurant style with a full menu. There is also a fireplace in the dining room. My advisor at A Place For Mom, Janet was a great resource.

My mother has been at Cedar Dell for just over one week. We moved her from another assisted living locations as the care was not happening. We have been extremely pleased with the staff as they go above and beyond to help make the residence happy. Example: the maintenance director called Samsung when the new television had no sound; it couldn't be resolved so they put a loaner in for Mom; when I replaced the TV, I forgot to bring a screw driver and asked to borrow one, when we came back from lunch, the TV was in place, loaner gone. WOW!! Caring for residence is great as far as we see.

They've done an absolutely fantastic job at Boylston Place, we couldn't be happier with it! The staff are all very communicative and helpful, and they've gone out of their way to make her feel comfortable here. It is a warm, welcoming community, and it really feels like home!

The staff here are all very friendly, and they do a great job looking out for the people who live here. They've got a good variety of activities and social events as well. It didn't end up being a great fit for our loved one, who needed a bit higher level of care than what they provide, but it is certainly worth a look for those looking into care in the area!
