Wonderful place, executive director is wonderful.

We toured this beautiful new community for care. The staff were nice and seemed to be able to.answer the questions we had. The menu seems to be nice and this community offed. We would recommend that families should tour this community. At the time they did not have a lot of residents due to being new.

I love this community for both of my parents. The staff are kind and supportive and they go out of there way to be helpful. The community is so very clean. The menu is like restaurant and very good. They like doing the activities to help them be active. Alot of holiday party. I would highly recommend this community for the outstanding care and good value to other families.

My mother has been here under respite for about a month and a half. I could not be happier with her progress. Since her fall, memory issues have become exacerbated and I, as well as her doctor's, believe that her best care will be in assisted living. [Removed] and his staff have worked with us from the beginning, going out of their way to assist us with some very difficult, and very new problems. As a result of the comfort we feel with the staff and care, we have decided to make it a permanent move. I have visited many of the establishments in the area. No one has been able to offer the same mixture of options and I feel confident in my decision. My mom raves about the meals. It is an event for her to visit the dining room in that it is like visiting a restaurant for every meal. The services offered and entertainment have all been great. I believe my mom will be very happy here which gives me peace of mind.

The people at Brookdale North Chelmsford were very nice.They presented themselves very well. The issue came down to affordability.

I really liked Traditions of Dedham when I toured. They did a very good job with the tour and the facility was beautiful. My father only qualifies with their memory care, though, so we chose another community.

My father lived here for about a year and a half. He passed away very recently. The team at this community is absolutely exceptional. The provided him with personal attention everyday and knew every need to the T. I am so happy to know that the last years of his life were so enriched by gaining his second family in Brookdale. I was amazed at the amount of staff that attended his services. It made me feel he was truly loved. I highly recommend anyone to join move their loved one to this wonderful community. You will not be disappointed.

I am happy with the care that my mom is getting at this nice community. The staff are very helpful and keep me informed on her progress. The meals are very appealing and she is pleased with the variety of meals. They do go to my mom's room to make sure that she is active. I would recommend this community for other families.

This is a newer spotless community. The staff are responsive, have good communication and they go out of their way to help. The food is good, well balanced and they have a wide variety. This community is a little more expensive, however it is worth the money and I would recommend it.

Family atmosphere, warm, inviting, friendly staff, both residents and staff are willing to answer questions. Smaller facility. Everyone seems to know one another. A bit expensive but worth it.

On the tour I noticed that it is similar to where my mom is currently. It has a memory care and at the time they did not have an availability for us. The location did not really fit the family conveniently either. However, nothing bad was here, my niece liked it a lot.

Very nice place. New 1yr old. Small rooms though. 2 burner stove in all rooms. More expensive than some others.

We absolutely love it here. Every person that works here from the administration to the nurses to the chefs have to be trained some sort of care. The atmosphere is great and very pleasant. They have enough staff with a smaller community so the residents get there proper care. Also the apartment has a lot of features to it.

The people here were really nice and answered all of our questions. I really did like the community and the residents seemed to be happy. I would have liked for my father in law to go here, but it would be to far. Wonderful community though.

I toured this community for my wife. She would of been happy with the cleanliness of the community. The staff was caring and friendly. They had a good variety of means that she might have liked. They had activities for those who were willing to participate. We would recommend this community for other families.

We moved dad from another assisted living in Raynham to Wingate Norton and could not be happier! Dad now has a beautiful studio apartment which felt like home from day one! In addition to a beautiful building in a great location, the staff is so experienced, helpful, respectful and over the top FRIENDLY! They make sure dad is happy and well taken care of. Add to above the quality, selection and deliciousness of all meals, our family could not ask for anymore!! We have joined dad for lunch which is their big meal a couple times, and food tastes as good if not better than many restaurants we eat at! We toured several different assisted living residences for our dad and we have no doubts that Wingate Norton is #1 in every category......staff, community, food quality and selection, services offered and included, activities, etc., etc. If you are looking for a home for a loved one, we highly recommend Wingate Norton. You and your loved one will NOT be disappointed!

The staff was thorough and helpful. They answered all of our questions

It is going very well for my friend. She has not complained about the meals they serve her, she is eating the meals. The staff and nurses are very, very nice and when you call them, they answer right away. I am sure she is getting good care it is secure facility. She is able to sit on her porch or go to the secured courtyard. She has an apartment with a small kitchenette, walk in closet, and bedroom. It is light and airy, when you looks outside her windows you see trees.

The staff is awesome here and very helpful with anything that my loved one needs. I really like there dining area and that they have flexible hours that they are open. The community is always clean and well kept. I would recommend them.

The staff here really makes me at ease. They are tremendously helpful and caring to me and my loved one. My loved one is transitioning very well. The people always keep me informed about anything or any progression that my loved one has made. They also offer a lot of activities. The food is good, but if there is a meal that my loved one does not like the chef will make what my loved one wants.
