The Executive Director, [name removed] along with the nurses, activity directors, Chefs, staff are all truly dedicated to providing a happy home with the highest level of quality. Our family has peace of heart. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

From the first tour to moving in day it was and continues to be a wonderful experience and loving community for my mom. The building itself is beautiful, extremely clean and well maintained. All meals are provided in the restaurant and the menu is excellent. Not only do they provide daily living assistance to my mom, they have truly enriched her life through music, arts, exercise, excursions and most importantly friendship. The feeling you get from the administration, staff, and the people who live there is that of one big happy family. The residents truly care about each other and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate them in any way they can. I cannot say enough about the Executive Director and his Department Directors and Staff, they are a wonderful team who care about each resident’s happiness and well-being. When we saw the sign go up before the building process began, little did we know that The Residence at Melrose Station would be the wonderful, caring community that my mom would soon join.

Having to take my parents out of a home they had lived in over 60 years occurred like an impossible task. Through a family friend/MD, I hired [name removed] from [name removed] respectfully who after 3 emily sessions had us moving into assisted living with the LCB operator. The Resident at Vinnin Square at Swampscott, MA is truly "heaven on earth" their executive team along with the entire staff have a passion for caring with seniors to make sure their life is full of caring. Energetic activities and all with dignity & respect.

As many of you are aware there are many different communities to choose from around the area. When i came in to tour i didn't feel pressured like many of it's competitors by the sales team (let's be honest every community has them). The Resident Care Director and The Memory Care Director is what sold the community for me though. They are very upfront and honest, experienced, and sold me by action and words not by money. If they feel the community is not the right fit or they have concerns they tell you. I truly felt they love and care about what they do and they are very experienced. After being a year open they still had every single person they hired still working there. Now i am a very savvy person so i asked questions, and it was true. I recommend interacting with staff asking how long they have been there, they will tell you. Too me that says they take care of their associates, and because they take care of them they will take care of my mom. The Executive Director is approachable and also direct. After my mom moved in [Removed] and their teams really showed us how effective they were. I could not believe what my mom was achieving in little of 2 weeks and the progress just continues. We could not even be successful with her. The community is always clean, always engaged, always odor free, always accessible, and always welcoming. Do your homework people go several times when you tour around, go unannounced, and they pass in your test and just choose this community!!!

My mother has been here since May. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone who works here is super nice. They care so much about the residents. The place is brand new and they do a great job keeping it sparkling clean. The food is fantastic. My mother’s only complaint is that the portions aren’t always quite big enough. There are exercise classes and movies every night and trips out to lunch. There’s always something planned around every holiday. And they really do such a nice job including families. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking to place a parent.

My Mom and I toured here. They would’ve been good for my parents but the only thing that held us back was the location. The girl that took us on the tour was very good. She went through all of our questions and went through what everything would cost and took the time to break it all down so we understood. When Mom came by, she tailored the tour for Mom so it wasn’t as long but she was still able to see the key points. They had coffee and snacks, which Mom really liked, and it was just a nice personal touch. I found it to be really comfortable and they seemed to care.

My sister-in-law stays at the residence at Melrose Station, and she seems very happy there. I think that the staff is always very attentive, kind, and nice, and I know my sister-in-law really enjoys them. She also really likes the activities they have there like games, Bingo, and movies. I also appreciate that the community is always very clean. I would definitely recommend Melrose to others.

Very nice place. Clean and friendly. The best tour I have taken yet. Love the fact they have nurses and doctor there.

It has been a little less than 2 months since my mom move in and she is liking the community. I see her doing things she hasn't done in a long time or not before move in. She has played bingo, she got her hair and nails done, she went to a root beer float event, and she sat in on someone playing music. My mom looks very comfortable. Overall she likes being able to step out of her room and mingle and talk with the residents when she feels like it. She is able to relate to the residents, they are very nice and it seem the residents are about in their 80's. All the staff are very nice, helpful and professional. They wash her laundry and they bring it back. A laundry room is right on the floor. She has button for help, they come right in if she pushes it for help. My mom has not complained once and we have no issues with the community.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and so far things have been going well for her. I could have not picked a better team of staff to care for her especially the physical therapy department. They have really worked closely with her and she is making improvements everyday. The food the chef prepares has been amazing and she has really been enjoying the dinning experience with the other residents. This had been the perfect place for my mother and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I am very pleased with the care that my mom is getting here. She has started to settle in well, she likes being part of the many activities they offer, she enjoys going to the dining room and the food and I have noticed just how friendly and attentive all the staff are here. They greet you when you're there to visit and they interact with all the residents so well. I would definitely recommend this community.

My mother is absolutely thriving at the Lighthouse at Lincoln. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It is so easy to communicate with the staff members with any questions or concerns. My mother can be a picky eater, but she absolutely loves the food there. When she first moved in she was a late riser and did not do much, but now she is the first one to get there and is participating in activities. The staff treats her with such kindness and they communicate in a way that she responds to all of the positive attention that motivates her to enjoy life. Although she has only recently moved in we have talked to other residents who have been there for years and they have no complaints. I would highly recommend this community to friends and family.

We toured this community for my mom's care. We liked the community but wanted for my mom to have a room that she could possibly have a room mate. The menu was appealing and the activities would have been a benefit for here. We like the care options, but this was not what we could afford for her care.

Traditions of Dedham was a very nice and clean community that we toured. It is a lovely place. The marketing director was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another smaller community and the price was more in line with our budget.

My mother has been lining there for 30 days & from the first week she was happy there & it has only gotten better since. The staff & the residence there have all been very nice and helpful & attentive to her needs. I would say it's like living on a cruise ship plenty of activities all day. The food is very good & plenty of selection & all you want. The staff is happy and easy to call & get attention from. Best decision i could have made for my mother.

The entire staff are friendly and very accommodating. The community is very clean and the offer daily activities. They accommodate her dietary needs and the food she has is good. This is a cheerful place and I would recommend it.

I have lived at The Residence of Pearl Street for a couple of years. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They keep the community very clean and do a nice job in my apartment too. It is a good place to live.

My Dad has been living at Pearl St. for four months and it was a pretty seamless transition. As a family, we have peace of mind knowing that he is cared for, has delicious food and people he can socialize with. My Dad enjoys participating in the activities and has felt welcomed by everyone. When asked how he feels about Pearl St. he says: "everyone is so nice here". My family will attest to that as well...we are always greeted warmly by all of the staff as well as welcomed to join in and participate in the activities; whether it is a game of Bingo or Horse Racing it is great to see residents, staff and family alike laughing, joking and having some fun.

I was extremely impressed with Traditions. The grounds are nicely manicured, the rooms bright and cheery, very friendly staff and should you desire, plenty of activities to keep you busy the entire day.
