The food is excellent, and so is the service! Having been in rehabs and hospitals myself a lot, I have to say that the staff here is exceptionally friendly. I am very glad that mom is there.

I toured this community, and was so impressed. My biggest concern was how the residents interacted with the staff, and it was nice to see a very friendly environment with lots of activity between everyone. The food was great, there were plenty of activities, and the biggest help is the transportation that will take them to and from doctors appointments. If I was in a place where I needed a community to move into, I would pick this one!

I can't say enough about the staff at Emeritus EL. The facility is beautiful, well kept. The staff that are taking care of my mom in the memory unit are wonderful. They truly care about my mom. They are kind, sweet, caring. We always feel welcome when we visit. The nurse Rhonda is always available to answer questions. She is extremley caring. Mom fell one night and we had to go to the ER. Rhonda stayed late so that she would be there for mom when she came back. Very special.

Met with Dana and had a very positive talk and tour. We thought it to be a place of great interest.

Front office staff very helpful and friendly. Activity director excellent. Noticeable frequent turnover of nursing staff, RNs and medtechs.

My step-dad Karl has been a resident of Emeritus @ Marlton Crossing in Cherry Hill, NJ since April 2014. Although I live in Arizona, as his guardian, I have made several trips back to visit with him. I cannot sing the praises enough of the beautiful facility, the cleanliness, the care, and most important the staff. They are truly professional and extremely caring with the residents. Every one takes the time to talk with the residents, and visitors are always made welcome. My hat is off to Suzanne Serio, Ex. director, Patti Nilson, Assistant Ex. director, Debbie Patrone, Community Relations director, as well as the nursing staff and caretakers. They are special people. I knew that when I came back to AZ, that my step dad was in good hands and would be well cared for.

The Lighthouse is a first class facility with an at tentative staff dedicated to client's needs. The premises are immaculate and well maintained. It is truly a gem.

The Emeritus at Marlton Crossing is a beautiful community! Debra Petrone did an AMAZING job talking with us, especially my Mom. She explained everything very clearly, answered all our questions and did a great job with the community tour!! My Mom wants to move in tomorrow and doesn't want to consider or tour any other facility. The only issue we have is with the $4,000 entrance fee to hold the 1 bedroom apartment fee to the starting rate which she can now afford monthly. My Mom is on a limited budget and does not have an entrance fee available to her. It's a shame, because like I said....she would move in tomorrow!! I will call Debra though this week. Thank you for all your time and assistance you've given my Mom. Feel free to call me with any further questions.

It’s brand new facility. The staff is great. I thought the place was immaculate, which was big to me because I had looked at several facilities in my search. My loved on is in the memory care unit, but the hope is that he’ll be able to transition out of memory and into the regular community which is only separated by a double door.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Emeritus at Marlton Crossing was a nice looking community overall, and everyone we spoke with was very friendly. However, when compared to other communities we saw I don't think they offered quite as much for what they were charging.

They are excellent. They have been wonderful. If anything comes up they call me, and they call me right back if I call. The staff is very nice. The food is incredible. The chef is really good, it's like a five star restaurant. There really isn't anything that needs to be improved.

So far I think that they are doing very well. I really don't have any complaints, so far. She is happy with the food, she is eating well. I only worry about the availability of the medicaid beds, when she gets to that point. It's a very nice community with a very homey feeling. It's comfortable and, her studio is perfect for her. It's very clean. Each apartment has a side window where they can see who is at the door. I really like that.

My dad is here for 30 days in respite room to see if he likes it. Having difficulties with his dr. who says he won' be his PCP because he is out of his area-40 minutes.

I habe nothing but positive things to say about this Emeritus! They are extremely clean and the staff have all been so helpful! Everyone from the bottom of the totem pole, to the top, has been nothing but nice! We looked around at other locations, but Suzanne let us know that she could swing by at any time, since she lives nearby. They really wait on you hand and foot here! They come over and feed you, they do your laundry twice a week, they clean twice a week, and come pick up trash twice a day! There's a nurse's station on each floor. Everything is top notch here! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We selected Traditions of Dedham after looking at 10 other places. They had everything we were looking for and more. We are happy with it, she is happy so we are happy, and she is truely happy! She loves the food, and is enjoying not having to worry about daily chores. She is slowly getting more involved. She had a friend visit and they were very accommodating. They do special things for the residents, at Valentines day they gave everyone corsages, even her guest! We always feel welcome when we visit, The staff is wonderful! They weren't the least expensive but not the most expensive either. They were priced fairly. I also like that she is independent but if she starts to have care needs she can get an hour of help with whatever she needs instead of being charged for each care need. The work really hard on the activities, they have things to do and they go on outings sometimes as well. I have recommended Traditions to several people!

We were very pleased with the assisted living care here. It is a nice, clean looking place, and the staff have all been very friendly. They have all kind of activities, and I like that they encourage families to attend if they have any sort of event or entertainment on site. As my Dad's needs progressed he had to transition to a higher level of care, and I don't feel that they do as good a job at that level. They don't seemed to be staffed well enough to be as responsive as we would like. We're spending a lot more time with him at the community now, which I believe is important to do, it can't all be left to the caregivers, especially at this stage in the care.

My husband and I were very impressed with the facility. Emeritus in Rocky Hill is a beautiful facility and we are very pleased to have found such a pleasant "home" for Mom.

This was a nice looking community, we very much liked what we saw when we toured. The staff were friendly, and the apartments were beautiful. This would have been our first choice, but the area of town it was in was just too busy. My mother-in-law really likes to take walks, and this would not have been an area where she could do that. Other than that everything was great.

My first visit was very professional. I was greeted by my name and sat with two employees which knew what I was looking for. The property was very clean, warm, home like, with very nice and quiet residence. I enjoyed what I saw and my father has been living at the Lighthouse a week.

The Cedars is very close to our family and makes it very convenient for us to visit. The community is about 9 years old but it has been maintained very well. It is set far off the road so you do not hear the road noise from the streets. The food they serve is good. Overall it is a nice community and we are pleased so far.
