My mom has been a resident in Life Guidance for a year. During this time, I have always found the care to be excellent. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. They have a variety of activities and encourage participation. I can always leave there knowing my mom will be in good hands.

My aunt lives at Atria and I can't say enough good things about the place. First and foremost, the staff is amazing. They are so friendly and caring. The place is clean and the food is good. There are activities galore, what more could you want? I highly recommend Atria to anyone looking for an assisted living community in this area.

The respite care was perfect and we had a really good experience with The Residence at Salem Woods. It was a brand new facility, when my father went here they hadn't even been open a year. It was very beautiful.They had amazing staff members and my father loved it, he also had made a lot of friends. My father loved the food here, he also liked that they did open feeding, so you could eat at anytime during the day, there was no schedule. It was more restaurant style. They had ice-cream socials every Friday. I would recommend.

I love the community it's all wonderful. I have all the confidence in the staff that work here.

Hands down the best community in the area. I was skeptical about bringing my mom to an assisted living but they made the process so smooth. I felt a warm feeling as soon as I walked in the door and the tour confirmed that this was the place for mom. The activities are great and they are handling things so great with covid. Awesome community!

Atria has truly been a blessing to my family. The staff is so kind and professional. I knew after touring that is where my dad was meant to be. I couldn't be happier with our decision and my dad is very happy.

I have such peace of mind knowing my husband is safe and receiving wonderful care at Atria. The staff is kind, friendly and excel in all they do. After touring several facilities Atria immediately stood out as the best place for my loved one.

We loved the place. The staff and care was great. This made us feel that she was family to them. We are glad we choose this community. The room was easy access to the dining room, as well as in and out of the shower, and was offered help when needed.

We brought my mom down here in July and after being hospitalized for a few weeks she came back to Atria and has made a wonderful transition. My mother is in memory care and they take amazing care of her. She loves the people who work there and they treat her with dignity and respect. I have not seen her this happy and healthy in the last year. I am grateful to [name removed] who runs the memory care and answers all my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. My family could not be happier with Atria in Cherry Hill for keeping mom happy and healthy!

Cedar Dell offers a bunch of activities for the residents to participate in. They have bingo, movie nights, sing a longs, knitting classes and all different types of trivia. They also would take the residents out on fields trips or just small drives around the area. This community is kept very clean, and the residents and staff members always seemed very happy. The staff knew every resident by name. Looking at the menu, we could see the offered a vast variety of food options and we could tell the food was fantastic. They would send the families weekly emails to keep everyone updated during COVID, and they still have not had one confirmed case from a residents or staff member.

The community is great and wonderful. The community is very clean, and caring. They have only had one patient with COVID and that is due to the resident visiting family prior to the shutdown. The community isolated the patient and there hasn't been any other incidents. They had extensive activities in the community. You can go out in the hallway and do exercises, and other items. 100% I think they are great. My loved one likes the socialization and food. They are starting to open the dining room on a limited basis. The variety of food is wonderful.

My loved one has been there for almost a year. I spent three months looking for several other communities, before deciding on Atria Voorhees . I feel all my dreams came true when I found Atria Voorhees. My loved one is extremely happy here. The Executive Director runs a great place. The community was three weeks ahead of the regulations by the state of New Jersey and this has helped to maintain a COVID Free community. They have done a terrific job and done extraordinary work. The staff is great. This is a terrific place. My loved one enjoys the food, variety of selections. I was used to take my loved one out to lunch for five days a week. This has allowed my loved one to have a diverse taste. My sister was able to quickly find friends at the community. The community tries to keep the residents as active as possible during the pandemic. My loved one is in a one bedroom with a bathroom, storage for clothing and a living room. The apartment is near 300 square feet. My loved one quickly adjusted to the much smaller space than her house. There is lots of wildlife near the community. This has been a great experience and better than expected. The staff has done well, and I am a critic in the medical field. I don't say this very often, being a former physician.

The community is friendly and clean. We have been happy there and it was the right placed for my dad. The community is on the smaller size and because of this it has a nice cohesive felling. The concierge even knows who my dad is and it is a nice cohesive feeling when you walk in.

Everything is taken care of, except we pay for laundry. The laundry service includes the community washing, drying, folding and putting the laundry away. Everything is right on site. My loved one is getting worse due to COVID. They have gotten A+ with dealing with everything. We were able to see my loved one yesterday. The community is unbelievable careful, in a nice way. The nurse, the kitchen, the staff, front desk, payment, the people that answers the phone, and billing are all wonderful I haven't had any run-ins with anyone there. Prior to COVID there were several activities: shopping, doctor appointments, dancing for entertainment (at least 2 or 3 times a month), walk around the building, and they try to bring in different items. They also a catholic service, but they do have a chapel on site. They even were able to make their own personal pizzas one time. They have family centered activities each month. They've done grilling, and fundraising. The have a memory care unit as well. This unit is a smaller on the first floor. It is a locked for the residents. There isn't as much freedom as being able to walk around the outside. They have a gated area for these patients to walk around and get fresh air. I believe they have 10 beds for this unit. This is a highly supervised unit. The residents that go outside for walks have buttons, they have a check out and check in for the residents. This allows the community to know where the residents are. They have a nurse there. There are two nurses has helped us with medication, disorientation. I don't think you could find better care, they listen carefully with phone calls from the family. I believe they are in it with us. The nurses know all the patients by name, know what they like. They fill us in with how the week or day is. All you have to do is call, and they have a record for each resident that is in their room. This allows for all nurses to record anything going on. There is a formal meeting at least once a week. I hear from my loved one is so lucky, I am so happy here. The maintenance staff are quick to respond to anything that needs any attention with the inside and outside. They even helped us with getting the wedding ring off my dad's finger as it was bothering him in the community. My loved one lost his key and they were quick in getting the key remade.

We chose Atria Voohees because the physical appearance, it did not look like an institution, the grounds were well cared for, and it was also a smaller community that allows the more personal interaction between staff and residents. The rooms are very good sized. Big living room, kitchenette, nice size bathroom, and a separate room for her bedroom. We have eaten here before COVID , the food was very good. They have a lot of variety and they still maintain a selection during COVID. They have not had any cases of COVID for residents and they have done a good job at keeping them occupied. They have a daily conference call with the residents and also have hallway bowling and bingo. Atria Voorhees truly is the complete package, my cousin is very happy here. I would absolutely recommend.

I live in FL and my sister lives in MA. Her daughter in law is in the medical field so she visited a lot of places and said The Reserve at East Long meadow was the best. We also chose it due to the price. My mom has a small apartment, its perfect size for her. She said the food is good, but during the virus they have had to eat in their rooms, so when the food gets delivered it is cold. My favorite part about this community so far has been that I think they do a great job taking care of their residents and they keep the family informed. During COVID, they kept us informed on how they were going about protecting the residents. I would recommend to a friend or family member.

We chose this community because they had assisted living and memory care. She was able to transfer to memory care without having to change facilities. When you walk in, you felt like you were walking into a really nice hotel. The room sizes in the memory center were not so big, but assisted living was fantastic, they were like a small condo. My mother was a phenomenal cook, so no food was as good as hers, but she still enjoyed the food. They had menus based off diet restrictions, but the food was very good. My mother loved their deserts, they had a lot of variety. My favorite part about The Residence at Shelburne Bay is how personable and attentive the staff is. It is all about the residents here. They know everything about every patient and they are not judgmental.They would call 2-3 a day for updates on my mom, there was great communication from the staff at all times. They still call me even after my mom has passed to see if there is anything I need. It is like family. I would not recommend any other place.

Everything is positive, and perfect. They take care of the residents. They are keeping up with some activities even during COVID. They have had Singing in Doorways, happy hour where they walked around with wine, a piano player was brought in and they sectioned the community room, there was even a dinosaur that has walked around.

This is the best one so far, my brother lives in another community and Atria is much better. It's a warmer atmosphere and more genuine. The food is good, and I've eaten there. The rooms are adequate and I wish they would have a bigger refrigerate.

The place was spotless. Everything is bright, clean, and cheerful. The food is so good, his ankles used to be puffy, but after eating the fresh food that the chef prepares at lighthouse, they have gone down dramatically. His laundry is done individually and everything is put back into place. Since COVID, they are doing outside visits with friends and family, they provide shields and masks for the residents. They do activities from right after breakfast until later in the day. They provide a lot of activities that stimulate the residents minds. They are home to me too. The staff is wonderful, I cannot say enough good things about lighthouse.
