The staff members would be a five plus, and the quality of the food is not bad but it could use some improvements. The rooms are nice, it is satisfactory. We would highly recommend this community to others.

We really liked how they made our loved one feel right at home and made her feel like part of a family. The rooms are very spacious, and we felt the accommodations made it easy for our loved one to move around safely, and the food would be about a four out of five.

We chose Residence of Otter Creek because of the activities that were scheduled that we were able to see, the amenities, the food was excellent, and the recommendation of the facility from others. The apartment sizes here are large, she was in a 1 bedroom and it was very spacious. The meals are chef prepared and good quality. I would recommend.

I would definitely recommend this community. It is brand new and extremely clean. The community has everything my mom needs. The staff is very friendly, kind, and attentive. The communication is great and they have built a relationship with us.

There was a staff member there that was a lifesaver for me. my husband was not going to go and she helped me and was with me every step of the way. The staff was just fabulous even though my husband was difficult due to his condition. Also, the food was tasty I really enjoyed this community and would recommend it.

Atria Stafford has been nothing less than exceptional regarding taking care of my Dad for close to a year now!! We were extremely impressed with all they have to offer! When the COVID-19 pandemic began, we were scared for Dad’s safety, but Atria rose to the challenge and not only kept everyone safe, but invented new ways to keep everyone engaged while quarantining! Exercise classes done from their own rooms, virtual bingo, crafts, virtual prayer groups, virtual piano singalongs (with my Dad on piano), video calls to family and so much more! The atmosphere is always fun and upbeat, with themed celebrations!! I get frequent and sometimes daily emails regarding COVID-19 protocols and all that is happening within the community. My Dad loves each and every staff member, and we do, too! They all treat him as if he were family! On top of all that, the building is beautifully decorated and immaculate. It reminds me of a posh hotel! We couldn’t be happier with Atria!!

We thought the activities were great at this community. Our loved one didn't always participate in them, but she really enjoyed bingo. They always have a movie playing for the residents when they came back from lunch. They had different events always going on, one time they had a pizza party and after the party the brought in live entertainment. The residents can order any type of food for their meals. We really loved this community, our loved one had a private room which had a microwave and refrigerator. She also had a life alert button around her neck and whenever she needed something the staff members were always there ready to help her out.

Though I am not retired, I often tell friends that I wouldn't mind living at Atria when I'm ready to because it is such a wonderful place. It's like living in an elegant hotel with high-end services! The building is beautiful and wonderfully decorated, the programs delightful, the food excellent, the staff knock out professional and very accommodating to residents needs. They have given my husband's elderly mother such excellent care! Everyone, I mean everyone, is so professional, loving and caring. They go beyond the moon to be kind and helpful. They also have a terrific nursing staff that provide excellent medical care! I am able to get in touch with them 24/7 with any questions or needs.

My family and I can't be more pleased with Atria Stafford. The entire staff has gone above and beyond making my Dad's transition from losing our Mom to selling his home in a short 4 month time during Covid no less. He has adjusted quickly and more important we can all put our heads on our pillows at night knowing he is in good hands. He loves everyone there and I think he could work there part-time lol. That being said they are the best and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atria Stafford to anyone.

Our Dad lives in the Memory care Unit at Atria, he is very well taken care of. He looks great! He loves the food and the activities. For now we meet outside in the court yard for our visits due to the pandemic. We feel so lucky to have found Atria, its a lovely community. The Atria staff are wonderful.

We are so happy that our Mom resides at Atria Stafford. From the beginning of the Pandemic, Atria Senior Living took extraordinary measures to ensure the safety and well-being of their residents. Although it was difficult not being able to visit, it was comforting to know that everyone was safe and being cared for. Initially arrangements were made to see & visit family members via social media. Arrangements are now being made to visit while following safety protocols. If you are looking for Memory Care, they have the best. The Director is a talented, loving, caring person who devotes her life to her “residents.” Her energy is contagious and is evident in her staff as well. Everyone is well cared for; the food is great; it is very clean and family is encouraged to be involved. We are so blessed that Mom calls this place home!

My mom has been at Atria in Stafford for over a year. I can't say enough about the team that cares for her and all of the residents in memory care. They are positive and genuinely care about the well being of the people in their care. In the time that she's been there I've never had a doubt that she's being well cared for as an individual and welcomed as part of the overall community. My mom lived with me for a year and a half before I had to make this move because I was no longer able to provide what she needed. It was difficult to let go and even harder to trust my mom to others. The team at Atria made for a comfortable transition. This is a dedicated crew. Couldn't be happier to have my mom in hands other than my own.

My mom has been a resident in Life Guidance for a year. During this time, I have always found the care to be excellent. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and thoughtful. They have a variety of activities and encourage participation. I can always leave there knowing my mom will be in good hands.

My aunt lives at Atria and I can't say enough good things about the place. First and foremost, the staff is amazing. They are so friendly and caring. The place is clean and the food is good. There are activities galore, what more could you want? I highly recommend Atria to anyone looking for an assisted living community in this area.

The respite care was perfect and we had a really good experience with The Residence at Salem Woods. It was a brand new facility, when my father went here they hadn't even been open a year. It was very beautiful.They had amazing staff members and my father loved it, he also had made a lot of friends. My father loved the food here, he also liked that they did open feeding, so you could eat at anytime during the day, there was no schedule. It was more restaurant style. They had ice-cream socials every Friday. I would recommend.

I love the community it's all wonderful. I have all the confidence in the staff that work here.

Hands down the best community in the area. I was skeptical about bringing my mom to an assisted living but they made the process so smooth. I felt a warm feeling as soon as I walked in the door and the tour confirmed that this was the place for mom. The activities are great and they are handling things so great with covid. Awesome community!

Atria has truly been a blessing to my family. The staff is so kind and professional. I knew after touring that is where my dad was meant to be. I couldn't be happier with our decision and my dad is very happy.

I have such peace of mind knowing my husband is safe and receiving wonderful care at Atria. The staff is kind, friendly and excel in all they do. After touring several facilities Atria immediately stood out as the best place for my loved one.

We loved the place. The staff and care was great. This made us feel that she was family to them. We are glad we choose this community. The room was easy access to the dining room, as well as in and out of the shower, and was offered help when needed.
