My mom was in assisted living, which we loved. Staff was very friendly, they had a lot of activities, such as exercise sessions, themed parties for holidays and get together s. Location was great, the building was very nice.

When we have visited in the past, it seems as though someone is always wiping things down, repainting, and the community is immaculate. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have been doing a really good job with sanitizing everything that comes into the community. In the year we have worked with them, the staff has always been very polite and they have gone out of their way to connect with the residents. The staff even included my parent's dog in the community's birthday celebrations, which really shows how much they care. My father turned 90 during the lock down and they worked with us to hold a drive by parade so we could have a socially distanced celebration for him. They have gotten very creative during the pandemic to keep the residents entertained while they are on lock down. They have really tried to tailor things to each of the residents' personality. When we initially decided to move my parent's here, the engagement team set up raised flower beds because they enjoy gardening so much. The Residence At Silver Square is expensive, however we do think it is worth it!

We have been very pleased with the staff and community. The staff all know my mother-in-law and they really seem to watch out for the residents. They are taking care of my mother-in-law very well. The dinning accommodations are excellent and they offer a good variety of options and the food itself good quality. Particularly with the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a good job with communicating with us regularly about what's going on and what they are doing to protect the residents. They also send regular updates about ongoing activities in the community. For everything they do, it is worth the price.

They kept my uncle alive a full year longer than we would have expected. They did an incredible job with his care and keeping up his health. We cannot say enough good things about them and the care they offered. I would easily put any member of my family here again. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they went way above and beyond our expectations. The community was always immaculate and the staff were always professional. There was not one thing about The Residence that I wanted to criticize or correct.

We are very happy with the decision to place my husband here. The community is always spotless; I have never seen anything that I would critique. The staff does a good job with working with the residents and relating to them. The care giving staff was very accommodating with my husband's dietary needs and they were very accommodating with his doctor's request to increase the protein in his diet. Comparable to all the other communities that offer similar levels of care, we feel The Lighthouse is a good value.

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about The Lighthouse. They have the kindest most caring staff I have ever run into. Previous to this community, my friend was in a community we liked much less. We are liking this community so much better. I feel like they treat me and my friend like family. The care giving staff is super caring and loving. The staff is specifically trained to assist those with memory loss, and they do a terrific job with it. They also offer a ton of activities available for the residents. I would recommend them to anyone. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they have done a great job with protecting the residents. They have done everything they can to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Atria seemed very nice. Overall, the staff were caring and nice. There were a lot of activities offered, but he chose not to go even though the staff tried hard to have him join. He loved the food there. We visited a few other communities but we chose Atria because his apartment would be close to the elevator and dining room so it was easier for him with his mobility issues. The only negative we found was that they did not have on site medical staff and would have to call out for medical assistance if needed.

I think since it is a smaller place it has much more personal interaction. Everyone is on a first name basis, very friendly. Very personal one on one care. If they do not see someone they seek them out to make sure everything is okay. Food is excellent, fairly new and a very pretty place.

From the first visit we knew this is a wonderful place to reside. My brother lost his dear wife in May and a few months later I noticed he was declining quickly and could not live alone anymore. We visited The Residence and he said it felt very comfortable and homey. He canceled the other visits we had arranged and moved in a week later . He loves it there especially the flexibility in the dining room and the comradery of the other residents, He never has to be alone.

I recommend The Reserve at East Longmeadow for Assisted Living based on my father’s and my positive experiences. Staff members across the board are warm and caring including life enrichment/ activities, nursing/nursing assistants, kitchen/dining services, environmental services and maintenance front desk and administration. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The food is excellent and prepared by a Chef with local restaurant experience and his team! My father benefits from having weekly housekeeping and laundry service, and support for his dietary needs including for example, a low sodium salad dressing prepared on-site. There is an on-site beauty/barber shop, and options for other services on-site including a nurse-run foot care service. My father enjoys the activities including musical performances, presentations and the weekly Happy Hour get-together complete with wine and snacks.

I met with [name removed], a wealth of information regarding senior living option. Their facility is designed independent living , and living assistance. The luxurious facility was great. This would be a strong consideration for my wife and I, assuming our needs in future remain the same.

It is rare to find a business that is exceptional in every way. Residence At Summer Street is ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING in every category for a senior community!! Elegant, refined and beautiful decor/dining room/facilities/apartments, Friendly & caring management & staff, wonderful & cheerful Nursing & CNAs, Pristine & clean environment, Healthy & delicious food, Fun & informative daily entertainment, Safe & efficient transportation, Super interesting and kind residents = Summer Street has it all. How proud they should be to provide a safe & beautiful home away from home for their residents. Do not change a thing! BRAVO!

$6,885.00/Semi-Private / $7,920.00/Studio Open 1 1/2 years - Tour [date removed] 2pm 16 mi / 24 min They have one studio. I really liked this place. Their Memory care director ([name removed]) was so enthusically joyful. I meet with [name removed]. She spent a lot of time helping me to see that moving mom to a memory care facility is the right thing for her as well as for me. The studio was nice and spacious, the building was light and cheerful. They were respectful with the tenant who needed help "finding her car keys". Gave me the idea to tell mom the facility is associated with hers and she's just coming for the winter to make it easier for me to visit.

We were very happy with The Residence at Chadd's Ford. We are most likely going to bring my Mother and ask my brother to look at this, hopefully this Saturday.

It is a very great place to live in. Available medical care from the nurses for 24 hours. Efficient aides that always clean the place.

Mother and Dad were happy here. After Mother passes away Dad stayed on for another 5 years. Everyone was nice and helpful to him. He loved the food. He developed strong and supportive friendships. Given the choice, we would make this decision to move here again.

Boylston Place is a wonderful community and the residents are great!

I really can't give enough Stars for how good this place is! My Aunt [name removed] has been there since May and her life is so much better now, from the food to the staff, accommodations and more. She has her independence and we don't have to worry about her. From the little things like making sure she takes her medicine to exercise classes. She has met new friends and is so busy every day. I suggest going for a look see if you have an aging family member. Outstanding care!

My Mum has now been living at The Residence At Silver Square, in Dover, NH for going on to three months. She is healthier and happier than when she left her beloved home of forty years. Her nutrition has improved by a number that is off the charts. The physical therapy is better than what was provided when she was at home. She has made many friends and has become active within the community. The dining room is open from 7:00am to 7:00pm and there are more than half a dozen choices for each meal, plus ‘specials’. The facility is only 11/2 years old and Mum’s one bedroom apartment had never been occupied before her. What else? The staff is professional, happy to help out in any way, and all seem to enjoy where they work and work very effectively with the residents and their families.

[Name removed] (facilities manager) was VERY helpful. The interior was comfortable, clean, no smells, active, rooms were nice, prices average.
