great community, great people!

This is a place you should definitely look at and speak to them about the services they offer. This is something to truly think about for your loved one. The activities and the community being a smaller community stands out to me. I feel the staff listen to any questions or concerns I have and passed to the appropriate team member. The Residences is able to assist with physical and occupational therapy, housekeeping, walking my loved one to and from dinner and laundry service..

Check it out. It's clean, not too big. Our experience has been very good with it. I have recommended it to people.

The Residence is a fine, friendly, and good place to be. the friendliness stands out to me. no matter who you are, they will accept you.

Its more for Alzheimer's and dementia patients.

The community is very clean and the staff members are great. The meals could be a little bit better in regards to the quality and sometimes they are not served as hot as they should be. The activities are good, they do have a nice variety and they are currently working hard on different things to get the families engaged with the residents. We also like the larger courtyard they have here.

This community did not have the apartment that my loved one wanted available at the time and the location was further out than where I wanted my loved one to be located. Other than that this was a great tour with lots of information and a very good tour.

The staff members and the meals and dining service get 5+ everything has been amazing. We are not super familiar with all the activities just yet but we are sure they are wonderful. One thing we really love about this community is that it does not feel like a nursing home, it feels like a nice hotel.

We have loved our experience with this community. The staff have been attentive and assisted my loved one with transitioning. They are quick to respond to questions or concerns that the family has about our loved one. The community had two case of COVID and was quick to isolate the residents and kept the cases to a minimum. The food could be made like it is supposed to be, such as a Rueben should not be served on toast. There is a shortage of staff currently.

Mercer Hill is a very friendly community. My mom has had issues with a couple of things at first, mostly centered around learning how to live in a community like this. That adjustment can be different for everybody. So I sat down with her and my husband and talked to the General Manager and the Activities Director, and they were so nice. They sat with us for over an hour, enlightened my mom on what is available and what they can do to try to help her be more involved. They were so helpful. I have absolutely no complaints about the place. They're wonderful. Everything is neat and clean. It's a different lifestyle for my mom, but in time, I think she will absolutely love it.

This is a great community for your or your loved one. It is secure and they have great cooks at this community. They have activities like sing a longs, happy hour, movies, and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community.

This was a nice community. This community was on a main road and it seemed to look more like a hotel. I wanted my loved one to be in another area and that is why we did not go with this community

They are unique in the way that they care for the residents, they are not like other places. The staff are all very personable. The room sizes are nice and spacious. She really enjoys the food. I would absolutely recommend Teh Residence at Stafford to others looking.

We like how convenient the community is to get to, and we also really like the openness's and welcoming environment it had.

The Residence is a great facility with good food. The staff is nice and are responsive to the residents needs. Depending on the mobility level of your loved one, transportation may or may not be difficult. The one instance that we wanted to use it, we were unable to due to mechanical issues. Although this service is not promised and the staff were honest about their complication that day, it was still slightly inconvenient - to no fault of the community. We also experienced a small hiccup while trying to switch pharmacies through the community. Overall, we chose The Residence because it was the best fit out of the other communities we toured and we are happy with our decision.

All the places that we toured were very similar, including The Residence at Salem Woods. Their prices were comparable. The staff was super nice. There was nothing that I didn't like, and I thought all of them would have been a good place for my dad. It was just a matter of his personal preferences. And he just liked the layout of the rooms better at another place.

This was a nice community but I felt like there was another community that was a better fit for my loved one and the other community was more cost efficient.

I liked this community a lot. This community was brand new just did not have an opening when I needed it and my loved one needed to move in a lot faster.

This community is great it was just not a good fit for my loved one. It would have been overwhelming for my loved one.
