I live at The Residence at Shelburne Bay and what has stuck out the most to me about this facility would be the friendliness of the workers as well as the other residents.

We have been very happy with Traditions of Wayland. I live far away, but from everything I have heard it has been great. They were very helpful and accomdoating during the whole move in process and continue to be so. One thing I found out this week is that they have a physician on site once a week and he can come in and do lab work in your loved ones room, that way you do not have to take them out to the doctors office. This has been a God send to us. I would highly recommend Traditions without a doubt.

The activities are wonderful, the activities coordinator [name removed] is wonderful to work with. All of the staff members are very responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. They treat all of the residents with respect and we could not be happier. We would recommend The Residence at Voorhees to other families.

We chose this place because of the friendliness, reasonable cost, and it's nearby to where I live. My mother is starting out in independent living and she can stay in the same apartment if she needs assisted-living help in the future. Also, they invited her to have lunch with a current resident while we were looking so she could get a feel for it. They offer a wide variety of activities. They do offer housekeeping once a week and can do laundry for an extra fee. Everything seems very clean. Smaller facility where the staff seem to know all the residents. I would definitely recommend them.

We moved Mom into Salem Woods six and a half years ago and couldn't be happier. Her apartment, the care, the food, the associates and activities are all wonderful! The restaurant style dinning is amazing and changes seasonally, the activities, exercise classes and trips are in abundance there's so much to do. It's been a wonderful decision and we're thankful Mom's living at Salem Woods:)

We have loved our experience with this community. They have great food, and the people are nice. There are three meals a day served to the residents and they have choices to choose from. They are providing laundry and housekeeping services for my loved one. Some of the activities include: bingo, field trips, swing dancing, and more for the residents to participate in.

It seems like when people come to The Residences at Orchard Grove they come because of the activities. It seems like they want the residents to just live their fullest life here, it does not feel institutional at all. They have so much going on every single day - there is bingo, board games, movies, arts and crafts, different exercises classes and social hours. Our loved one is really enjoying the meals and dining service and we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We chose this facility because of the location, the fact that it was new and updated, and both [name removed] and [name removed], the marketing directors, were great to work with. The communication with the family, especially initially during that whole transition period was wonderful. I would definitely recommend The Residence at Penniman Hill to other families.

We had a wonderful tour experience with The Hearth at Glastonbury. I toured 6 different facilities and this one was in my top 2. It is an extremely nice facility and everyone was very friendly. The reason we chose the other place was because it was just recently renovated and so it literally looked brand new.

I would definitely recommend The Residence at Ferry Park to anyone looking. I think that they go above and beyond for their residents and my mom seems much more content since she moved here. The atmosphere is more vibrant for the residents and they have a lot of great activities provided. The facility was just recently renovated so it looks brand new. My mom said that it is very cold and for some reason they cannot turn on the heat until October 10th so a lot of the residents have been colder. It would be great if they could turn that on beforehand if possible!

Residence at Riverbend is a beautiful, larger facility the fact that your wife/husband could actually stay over night and your dog as well was very attractive! The Directors wife actually talked to me and her mother is on the [floor number removed] she said [name removed] is one of the best Directors in the state! I loved this facility, but they were unable to accept my loved one.

Our aunt recently moved in to The Residence. We had some reservations at first. We had concerns on whether or not the staff would be able to handle the medical attention my aunt needs. For example our aunt has congestive heart failure and would need her weight taken frequently. Fast forward, we are exceptionally impressed with the knowledge and on point medical medical attention our aunt has received. They go above and beyond what is asked from them . From the nursing staff to the dining staff we have seen nothing less than professionalism. We know our aunt is medically safe and being cared for by the nicest, kindest most professional people in the field. We are not ones to write reviews but THIS place is an example of how our loved ones should be treated. My brothers and I are appalled by the negative reviews . Trust this Italian family on this , your loved one is in the best of hands with the nursing staff, and all of the staff.

The staff has a good attitude. Compared to other places, the general, positive and accomodating attitute is pretty rare.

Everyone is super nice. They do have a new chef. it has been great interaction with the staff. My loved one is not invloved with too many activities. It's a lot of money for what my loved one is getting. It has been a very great experience. I wish I had my loved one there five years ago, so they could really enjoy the activities. Overall, my loved one is very happy. We are super happy.

Others should definitely consider it .And I wish my mother would be there are now.

My mom is living her best life at The Residence at Ferry Park!

The staff goes out of their way and they treat you like family. Whatever my mom needs - they take care of right away. There are so many activities going on, I don't know how people keep up! Tomorrow they are taking them out to a play house, residents can sign up for lunch and cruise, they constantly have speakers coming in to give lectures. The facility is unbelievable. It is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. We would highly recommend them 100%, we could not be happier.

We got great value for our money, have been very pleased. Everyone was nice to my loved one, and made them feel comfortable.

The staff is great. They always did what I needed. There was no complaint about the food. It's clean, and the staff is very friendly. I had a go to person, if there was any issues. The communication was great. It is a bright atmosphere with a great view. The communication was great. Overall, i was totally happy, and it was a beautiful place.

They were able to get our loved one settled nicely in regards to the medication so we appreciated that they paid attention to what she needed. Based on our experience with The Lighthouse we would recommend this community to other families.
