It would be nice if the dining room daily specials were listed along with the daily activities each morning...I think the residents should know what the daily specials are before going to the dining room.

Staff at the Lighthouse at Lincoln approach all of the tasks associated with caring for their patients with kindness, understanding, and patience. Both the administrative staff and caregivers approach their jobs with enthusiasm and the patient's well-being as a main concern. The physical environment at the Lighthouse at Lincoln is bright and welcoming. The decor changes frequently and provides stimulation to the residents.

The staff is excellent. They're generally very responsive. Upkeep in the facility is very good, and its very clean. The overall accommodations are nice. My loved one's room is quite spacious. While the whole industry is expensive, they're less expensive than others we looked into and seem to be on par for the Massachusetts area.

She is very happy here. Most people there are great but she's had some issues with cleaning staff. She has been very impressed with the food and the activities - much happier than she expected to be there ( in assisted living).

The Residence provided everything that my loved one needed. He was there for two & a half months, and his illnesses worsened. He passed 12/31. The care the staff provided went above and beyond. They all worked so very well with the Hospice nurses that we didn't have to move him to a higher level of care. He remained safe and was made very comfortable in the end.

We recently moved my dad into The Residence at Freeman Lake. The process was simple, the employees very helpful and kind. All our questions were answered. The facility is clean, welcoming, and my dad enjoys the food. They have many outside trips that he has the option to participate. in. I have noticed a huge change in his attitude...... I can't say enough.

We looked into Ferry Park for a memory care placement for our mom, and we found the staff to be transparent, timely and extremely helpful. Everyone we worked with showed the utmost professionalism, and the staff genuinely appears to care for their residents, the families of residents, and each other. People working there seem very happy, and there appears to be a very structured program in place with high expectations for residential care. We are looking forward to mom's experience in the memory care community. Our thanks to everyone at Ferry Park who helped make our transition for mom's memory care as smooth and as stress-free as possible.

I have been searching for an assisted living/memory care facility for my mom for about 3 years. I have toured many facilities in the greater Hartford area and keep coming back to the Residence at Ferry Park. I finally made the decision this week to move my mom here in January and I slept well for the first time in months. The Sales Specialist has been an amazing resource. She has been kind and patient as I made this very difficult decision and has provided reassurance and guidance throughout the process. I have visited the Residences at Ferry Park three times. Each time the residents all appear to be happily engaged in activities, enjoying lunch, and socializing with other residents. The facility is very well kept. The staff is friendly when interacting with the residents. The apartments/rooms are updated and inviting. I am very confident that I have made the right decision for my mom (who has Alzheimer’s disease and is no longer capable of making this decision on her own).

The staff at the facility is very friendly and caring. The housekeeping comes once a week, and they do the laundry for the residents. The residents are able to have cars if they would like. They do have yearly increases on rent. The food services are really good, they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. They do have activities they have weekly schedules and daily specials.

Our loved one is still adjusting but so far we have found the staff and the residents there to be very nice. The staff are very caring and really do seem interested in our loved ones well being. The facility itself is very nice and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.

The community is nice it is a little bit smaller but it is very clean. Staff is attentive and the food is good. The community has a lot of entertainment for the residents.

We moved our very social, active and vibrant 87 year old Mother into Mercer Hill in May of 2022. The facility is stunning, the staff is attentive and super sweet! Our Mom is so happy living here, she enjoys all the activities, beautiful facility and new friends. Thank you Mercer Hill for providing a wonderful place for her to thrive! Our family is thankful and we know she is happy and safe!

The Residence at Ferry Park exceeded expectations. Very professional, quality care, excellent food, spotless facility, well-pointed building, nice activities, convenient location.

I would recommend because the people there are happy for life, they want to enjoy the time they have remaining and it is a very welcoming and friendly community

We picked this community, because of the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of facility, and dining room. Also, we liked the flexibilit, the activity options and closeness /proximity to town. My loved one, felt cared for and that he mattered.

My mother has been living at the Residence at Summer Street for over 3 months. We were concerned it would take a long time for an adjustment. Not at all, it was quick and seamless. The staff is fantastic. The areas are so clean, and safe. The food has been wonderful too.

We've had to lean quite heavily on their expertise and caring recently. The people there are great - every single one of them are spectacular, from the cleaning crew, to the front desk, to nursing. We couldn't ask for better. Every single person has welcomed our entire family and has their eye out for all of us. It really is a wonderful place. It's very clean. I've eaten multiple meals there. Everything I tried was good, and the service was very good. Our whole experience has been fantastic.

My loved one, is quite happy with the food. It is expensive. We picked this location because, of the location, and it's closer to my home.

This was a good community and our first choice. They didn't have any availability for our loved ones at the time.

This was one of the best decision we made. Our loved ones are thriving in the community. The staff attention has helped our loved ones settle into the community. The staff communication has been excellent with the family. They have been good at keeping us updated on concerns, questions, and have been responsive to our questions. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and they have choices to choose from and snacks are provided. The community allows private dining to be scheduled with our loved ones, and the food has been delicious, fancy, and amazing when we have engaged with this! The community provides activities for the residents to participate in. There are outings, church services, exercises, yoga, and more for the residents to engage with. The community also provides a monthly calendar to the residents for activities. In the memory care unit there are hourly checks on the residents by the staff.
