It has been a very positive experience for all involved. The staff is wonderful. Food is good, facilities clean, the activities are plentiful. It feels like a family and everyone is part of it. I would recommend The Residence at Silver Square to anyone.

I had a good tour experience with The Residence at Freeman Lake. The reason we did not choose this facility for our loved one was because it is a mix of assisted living and memory care residents, I was looking for a place that focused only on memory care residents.

The Residence is very clean, the food is very good. It's a great place for people who are alone but need some care. Everyone seems very happy there. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. As long as you can afford to stay there (since it is not cheap) you will not be sorry.

From the first day that we visited Traditions of Dedham my friends and I felt very comfortable. There was a very welcoming feeling to the place. [name removed] met with the friends and explained every detail of the services that Traditions would provide. She never hesitated to answer our many questions and even anticipated some of the things we should know. We were given a complete tour of the facilities and met many members of the staff who would be helping our friend. Since moving into Traditions our friend has adjusted beautifully to her new apartment. She is enjoying meals in the dining room and has met new friends there. One of the biggest benefits is the opportunity for her to socialize with other residents and participate in the many activities offered. Traditions and its staff have offered her a new outlook on her everyday living. Once again, kudos to the entire staff but especially [name removed] who has gone out of her way to make sure our friend is adjusting well.

Riverbend is great. It has worked out well for my mother's needs. The staff is very nice. She has been a resident since June of last year. Many of the newer residents have commented to me that meeting my mother when they were doing the tour helped them make the decision to join the community.

The interaction/communication with the staff, has been excellent. They have been super nice and accommodating. I would recommend this community to others.

We searched for almost a year for Assisted living for my 84-year-old mother. My father had passed away, and my siblings knew my mother needed to be social again. As soon as we visited Ferry Park, we were warmly greeted by staff and residents and immediately knew we had found the perfect place.! A few residents stopped us when we were on tour to tell us how happy they were! My siblings and I are so excited for my mother and how thankful we are that she lives at Ferry Park. She has made new friends, and she is never in her apartment. Thank you to the staff for making my mother so happy again! She has a busier social life than me!

There is supervision while still giving the residents a sense of independence. They gave my loved one a few weeks to acclimate before they confirmed it was a good fit and he was able to live there independently enough for their level of care. They are caring and thoughtful.

The staff are warm and caring. Everyone helped my sister settle in and made her feel welcome. The facility is beautiful and well maintained.

Our friend is very pleased with The Residence at Silver Square community. The activities are very well suited to the community. The meals and dining service gets 5+ stars. They serve really excellent food - they have such a nice variety to pick from at every meal. It is pretty much like restaurant dining. Based on our experience we would highly recommend this community to other families.

What we really like about The Residence at Freeman Lake is the staff, they are amazing! The community has an incredible amount of various activities. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend the community to other families .

What we really like about The Lighthouse overall, is I think it comes down to their care and their empathy. The facility, food is great, but, it is the care they give my Dad, that we really appreciate. They know how to manage his behaviors and needs.

The Residence at Summer Street is a beautiful and modern community with many amenities, but what makes it truly special is the dedicated and compassionate staff that care for the residents. Upon entering the community, everyone is greeted with a friendly smile and welcome, and treated like family. This is a top rate organization where leadership is involved in every aspect of the residents lives.

I have no complaints about LH, the staff is great, very knowledgeable, caring and attentive to all residents, I would recommend to anyone who needs care. The administrative staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful.

We chose The Residence at Great Woods over other facilities we looked at because the apartments are new, the facility itself is spacious with lots of light, also they have a nice outside area for the reelection's neighborhood. What has stuck out about them the most is the staff, they are all very friendly and caring.

Mercer Hill feels like a small village and the amernities are spectacular. It's clean and the staff are wonderful. We looked at a lot of assisted living communities and Mercer Hill is a stand-out. The apartments are modern, spacious and well-designed.

The staff at The Residence at Paine Estates covered all of the questions I had during the tour, and I thought it looked like a good place.

After my father left the house at 3 am and walked down the street and woke a neighbor, my Mom was ready. We brought him to the hospital which was an awful experience. I called a Place for Mom who gave me five assisted living referrals. The Lighthouse at Lincoln was at the top of their list. My sister visited two facilities the next day, Lighthouse being one of them, and said Lighthouse was the place. [name removed] and I believe the head nurse visited my father in the hospital the next day. My Mom and another sister felt good about their evaluation of my father. My Mom agreed that Lighthouse sounded like the best place. My father was picked up within a day. The transition went very smoothly. My Mom was treated with respect and understanding. My father has been there three months now. We have been very impressed with my father's room, the food, the programs and especially his care. The nurses and nursing assistants have been great. My Mom doesn't worry anymore. He is in good hands.

This was a great community. My loved one wanted carpeting on the floor.

We moved my MIL in November 2022 with a plan of a 60 day respite. We’re now 3 months in and she’s thriving! She is continuing her stay there as she feels so much better than when she was home alone & having challenges managing her medications. She’s back to herself, sharper and incredibly social. The food is amazing and is enjoying the new friendships she has made. Every time we see her or talk she shares how thankful she is for the amazing associates and their kindness. The Residence is top notch in South Windsor & would not have her anywhere else in the area! Thank you to all that work there. You have given myself, my husband and her daughter peace of mind. Most importantly you have given her quality of life back where she can be her!
