The Lighthouse at Lincoln is beautiful and clean . Staff is wonderful and attentive . The Marketing Director [name removed] is excellent and spends a lot of time with all families that come in to tour the building and share information about their family member . I would highly recommend the Lighthouse at Lincoln to my family and friends.

I work in the health care community and have visits to this facility frequently. I can’t say enough about the facility and the staff. To start , the building is well kept and maintained. The staff pays great attention to detail when it comes to the residents care and needs. The patients always seem happy and well cared for . There are always activities and engagements for the residents in this community. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living !

We are very happy with the care our loved one is receiving in the memory unit. Our loved one is happy, well fed, clean, entertained, and most important, he feels safe. There is always someone available to help him, or just talk with him.The staff is wonderful. Excellent communication with the family and very patient with the residents. [name removed], the memory care units director, is wonderful. She is always available if you have questions or would like something addressed. [name removed] treats the residents with love and respect. She always has a sunny disposition and great sense of humor. Our family members take turns almost daily visiting our loved one residing at Freeman Lake. We are there at different times of the day and see everything going on, and have met all staff members. The staff here truly does a fantastic job in our opinions. Thank you to all the staff at The Residence at Freeman Lake! We are so grateful for the care you provide.

The Lighthouse is clean, well run building, with friendly, caring staff. The activities, and dining programs are specifically designed to have the most impact for residents with memory impairment. The building features many secure outdoor recreation spaces.

The community was clean. The staff was friendly. The residents all had wonderful things to say about living there. A woman name. [name removed] showed me around and she was caring and compassionate about my mom’s care needs.

Unfortunately my father past away on [date removed]. Our experience at the Residence was short but they were super. The people there from upper management to the line staff were excellent and incredibly supportive. I would recommend them highly and would be happy to talk to you via phone.

My mother was a resident at Penniman for about two years. She was in Assisted Living for a year and a half and Memory Care for about four months. The care she received at Penniman Hill was outstanding. The front desk, nursing, engagement and the business office always went out of their way to help. The care she received in Memory Unit was equally as good. The Administration, Nursing and the entire staff, took such good care of her. My mom was very happy at Penniman Hill from the moment she entered the building. She was engaged and was socially stimulated. Our family will forever be grateful for the care and comfort she received at Penniman Hill.

Suffield by the River was great physically and staff wise. I would give them the highest rating possible. The caring, helpful and positive attitudes that the staff has makes the whole place work. I would absolutely recommend Suffield by the River to friends and family.

We moved mom here seven years ago and she couldn't be happier. The care, activities, food and social events are wonderful. It's one big happy family, residents and associates and families included.

I would rate Orchard Grove as 5s all they way down. They are exceptional. I know my sister recommended that facility to an elderly woman who was planning on moving on her own. My mother, originally not happy with moving back to the north, totally LOVES it there. We got her a studio apartment and she is extremely happy. They not only treat their residents like gold, but they treat the families the same way. Maintenance staff, cooks, dining room help, clinical and administrative office staff are beyond friendly and caring. My family is very happy we chose them!!

The friendliness of the staff members get a 5+. What we like the most about the community is that the staff workers are amazing and they listen to residents with community meetings and activities. The food is excellent with choices at each meal. We would definitely recommend the Anthology of Millis to other families based on the experience we have had so far .

Our mother lived here for almost five years. The staff was very caring and helped my mom through some difficult times until her passing. She was happy here. She always said the food was good and the people are nice.

The team at The Lighthouse are amazing! The engagement throughout the community is top priority. The community is clean and well cared for. The model apartment is a must see. A wonderful place for your loved one!

Our family had an in person tour with The Residence at Cedar Dell and it is a very nice facility, and would have preferred this facility for our loved one but it was just not affordable for the budget we were working with.

Anthology of Millis has been a great place for my mom. She is very happy at her new home there. The staff is very attentive and caring of the residents. The community is beautiful and comfortable. There are lots of activities provided for all. I would without a doubt recommend Anthology of Millis to other families who are looking for care for their loved ones.

Such an incredible experience with these folks. Sarah was particularly helpful - answered our questions thoroughly, made my mom truly feel like a VIP, so welcoming and inviting. We felt like we were truly part of the family!

All the staff have been so welcoming to my 97-year old MIL. She is settling in very well to this new experience for her. Living on her own with no illnesses for 95 years it's been a bit of a transition to accept help but the staff are very patient and kind.

The staff at The Residence at Boylston Place is loving and caring. The facility is clean, updated, and cheerful. The size will be just right when they open up the new unit. For our needs, the facility is very well located. There is a lovely outdoor space. I very much like it as does my loved one, the resident. The meals are rather bland, but nourishing.

Our family had an in person tour with The Residence at Salem Woods and it is a newer facility and the staff members were friendly. [name removed] was who we met with & followed up a couple of times as well. However, they did not have availability until recently.

The Residence at Selleck's Woods is a beautiful community with wonderful caring staff. I helped my best friend's mother-in-law move into the community. Since she moved in, she has made so many friends and every time we come to visit, she busy. We are all comforted knowing she is getting great care and love from a truly compassionate team.
