I recently toured this community for my Mother. I was incredibly impressed with the passion that showed with the CNA’s interacting with the residents. I also observed an exercise class called Barre and Balance. Never seen this program done before and saw how much fun the residents were having. This community definitely left a lasting impression.

An amazing warm and family environment! Nursing care and a add are amazing. Residence at the community are very friendly and welcoming to all that come to visit and the team does a ton with the residence from engagement to Services

From the moment we visited Great Woods we knew this was THE "home" we wanted for our wonderful Aunt. This beautiful woman gave us all so much throughout her entire life and now she needed special love & care. We want the BEST for her - and we found it at Great Woods. The facility is incredible: totally designed for the physical and psychological health and care of each person. The private "apartment " is beautiful and well cared for. We have been allowed to make it "home" for our Aunt with family pictures anher own furnishings - which have helped her make a positive transition.The programs that are offered daily are amazing! From music, exercise & dance to special Holiday celebrations- which allows "Aunt" to interact with many others. But to me, the most VALUABLE asset of Great Woods is the Staff. Each & every one of these amazing people are so caring and knowledgeable in what they do. Any facility can be "beautiful", but it is the Staff that make Great Woods the highestquality

Very good experience, nice people to work with. We picked this community because of the dinning options, cleanliness and location. I would recommend to others. All of the residents seem very happy.

I have several friends whose family lives at the community. These are ppeople that I grew up with and spent years with while growing up Everytime I visit they are busy with something wonderful. They have daily happy hours and so much going on. The food is exellent.... It is fresh, creative and so many choices. Truly though..it is the feeling when you walk into the comunity that gets me everytime. It feels alive and active. Everyone is happy and people that work there you can tell genuinely love there job.Everyone is friendly. It truly is a special place and I am so glad that they are living such a great life in their senior years.

My first visit to The Residence at Great Woods left an lasting impression on me. This facility is truly a haven of care and comfort for seniors seeking a nurturing and supportive environment. From the moment i stepped into the facility i was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel immediately at age. The family was immaculate , well maintained and thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of the residents. [name removed] the Wellness Director radiates friendliness and warmth, creating an environment that feels like home The facility consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the well being and happiness of their residents. This facility is fortunate to have such an exceptional leader steering the facility towards excellence.

My Mom lived in the NYC area all her life, but after a fall and a stay in a rehab facility, we decided to move her up to Massachusetts to be close to family here. After visiting several communities we settled on Orchard Grove in Shrewsbury, and we could not be happier with how things have gone in my Mom's first month. The Residence is lovely, clean, warm and welcoming. The staff are consistently friendly, supportive and accommodating. There are always activities to choose from (My Mom has especially loved the crafts and exercise options), and the food is truly exceptional! Her room is spacious and comfortable, and we were provided with temporary furnishings and a tv until we could shop for permanent items, which was so helpful. My Mom has made friends, is eating a much healthier and varied diet now, is getting the timely and caring assistance she needs, and has grown comfortable way sooner than we ever expected. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a home for a loved one.

The staff is wonderful, could not have asked for a better experience. The cna’s treated us like we were their family. The food was excellent. Overall wonderful experience for our family and we highly recommend this place for your loved ones.

My in-laws had moved in to Great Woods residences respite section from the Stste of Georgia due to my mother in law s cancer diagnosis to be closer to family u til the end. From the first move in day the staff was amazing catering to their every need helping move them and meet the staff . Over the course of the nearly 3 month stay from the kitchen to the care assistants the staff made them feel welcome and comfortable in what was a very stressful time for both . Both constantly commended the staffs actions and work ethic going above and beyond Daily which for them speaks volumes as my in laws are old school and hard to please . In closing I was more than impressed and pleased with the service we received as is our entire family and would definitely recommend The Residence of Great Woods should your family need that special caring assistance.

Staff is very compassionate and know their residents very well. They are always willing to help and make the residents feel loved and special. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe environment for their loved one.

The residence at GreatWoods is an exceptional facility! They take wonderful care of their residents, their staff is so kind and compassionate. The facility itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the common areas are welcoming. Above all, [name removed] the RCD at GreatWoods is a true leader. She is dedicated to providing all residents with the best care and experience while at GreatWoods. Anyone looking for placement in an amazing facility with great staff should not think twice about GreatWoods!

My sister and I walked in to a welcome sign on the desk. Everyone smiling and friendly. Appointment with [name removed] was so good, we signed contract after meeting and tour. What a relief that our mother was going to a beautiful place once released from rehab. It was nice to finally have something run smooth and effortless; it was hectic moving her back to the north. Apartment adorable and pristine with fresh paint and new rug. My mother loves her place, her new friends and Orchard Grove as a whole. She can even walk to her new dentist, who shares the same parking lot. All staff wonderful and not one issue or complaint. She's been there close to 6 months. Thank you Orchard Grove for caring so much about our elderly, as well as their family members.

Very pleasant atmosphere with residents that seem happy and engaged. Many amenities and large spacious apartments.

My Mom is thriving here! The staff is highly attentive and makes a real effort to know the residents. Services are great, including medication administration, cleaning, and laundry. Days are packed with activities to keep the residents engaged if they want to participate. Food is excellent, served all day, restaurant-style, and the restaurant staff and chef are very helpful. The facility is spacious, with lots of common areas indoors and out, and is extremely well maintained… it still looks new. And it’s been a good place for my Mom to make new friends after a tough year and moving her from her longtime home.

The Lighthouse at Lincoln is committed to providing excellent care. The associates are very friendly & make everyone feel right at home. The building is clean & well cared for. I would be happy to recommend the Lighthouse to anyone!

My late spouse resided at The Lighthouse at Lincoln a few years ago. The team really left a lasting impression, paying special attention to even the littlest details and going above and beyond with all of their services. I felt that the staff genuinely cared for my husband, which was extremely comforting, and they were like a second family. I'd absolutely recommend this facility to anyone!

The people working at Suffield by the river were very very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. The place is beautiful, clean and bright. The apartments are bright and roomy. Would recommend to anyone

My sister is a resident at The Residence at Orchard Grove and things have been very good for her at this facility. Everyone is so nice and friendly. The meals are good. Communication with the family is excellent. My sister cleans her own living space, so I'm not sure about housekeeping. I would recommend The Residence at Orchard Grove to family and friends.
