The staff that I have interacted with at Mercer Hill at Doylestown are all engaging and energetic. I like that there are very young staff and middle aged staff. And they all interact well with the residents. The staff were so helpful and accommodating when I was going through the admission process with the administrators. I don't feel qualified to speak to the quality of the food, but my parents seem satisfied with it. The housekeeping is top notch. The public areas are always super clean. My parents' apartment is cleaned thoroughly, at least once a week. My sisters and I are thrilled with the choice that we made for our parents.

The Residence at Chadds Ford was very nice. The staff was great. Meals were good. If my Mom just wanted something small to eat, they would accommodate. The place was clean, with nice rooms.

My loved one is a resident at The Residence at Stafford. The staff seems helpful at this facility. The housekeeping does as well. However, communication with the family could use some improvement. My loved one was brought to the hospital and I wasn't notified. The meals are good quality, as I am told. The facility is nice, but a little on the expensive side. That being said nothing in life is cheap.

My family and loved one have had a great experience with the community? The staff have been helpful, kind, attentive, accommodating, and caring. Everyone has been friendly. There are meals and activities provided for the residents to assist with their socialization with others. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others.

Mercer Hill staff made this difficult transition so much easier on us by being patient and understanding to our needs. Communication has been over and above. They support both the family and your loved one living there. The facility is absolutely beautiful and so clean.

They have caring staff, and it's an excellent facility. We picked this community, because it was close to my home, it had space for my mother when we needed a space, and it looked like a good place to be. The interaction/communication with the staff has been very good.

Everything about the overall experience has been great and we would absolutely recommend The Residence at Ferry Park to families looking for a place for their loves ones.

In looking for a place for my mom, I visit the Residence at South Windsor Farms and stayed for lunch. Lorrie and Eileen were so knowledgeable, warm and fully understanding of the conflicted feelings the family and my mom have about making a change. All of the staff we met smiled, said hello and the food was outstanding! We also met some of the department mangers, each who took the time to tell us what they do and how their departments make the Residence the best assisted living around! Highly recommend!

What has made The Residences at Great Woods such a great experience so far is the large spacious single rooms and the amazing staff that goes above and beyond on a daily basis. We would 100000 % recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Well I know that when I was touring for my mother another resident said to me "if I had one word to describe this place it would be caring! They are about everyone and everything" and he was 100 percent right. We are so thrilled with the way my mom has integrated into the Vinnin Residences. Everyone there is nothing short of sensational

I am very happy with our experience at The Residence at Silver Square, although the cost is expensive. But I would recommend it to others looking for assisted living.

[name removed] is a special key executive of Great Woods and you can easily appreicate her expertise in this field. She made my parents feel 100% comfortable, answered every question, as well as adding important key information which was not asked but related and extremely valuable. The facility was clean, impressive, and cost effective. [name removed] answer all follow up questions and provided service to us above and beyond. You should be extremely proud of your staff and the service you provide your customers. Keep up the great work, you have BIG supporters from me and my family. I would recommend this location and be an advocate for the Great Woods.

I am not sure if I am the best one to answer these questions, but based off of my overall experience and interactions, I would rate everything a 5! The food would definitely be a 5 plus. they have an on site nurse practitioner and she is very helpful. They also have a van service that is good. Staff have all been very friendly and professional. I would recommend The Residence at Orchard Grove to anyone who needs a managed-living situation.

I came to Quarry Hill from the UVM Medical Center. I was there because I broke my hip; it healed nicely but I needed medical assistance, primarily physical and occupational therapy. For two months, every day, I was helped by three physical therapists. These young professional women, who knew their stuff, gently but firmly rehabilitated. In ten weeks, I recovered strength in my hip, moving from a wheelchair to a walker until, at the end of rehab, using a cane. During this rehab, with the help of experienced staff assisting my wife with the decoration of myapartment, I began the task of finding my place in the QH. We all go through this key process of rediscovering oneself. This was successful because of the love and care of every staff person I encountered. Whether med techs, or dining room servers, chefs, cleaning persons, the engagement director, and other administrators, all were courteous in addressing my needs. They have made my residency here a friendly, loving, house.

We picked this community, because it was equidistant from two family members, a beautiful setting, and stay-in-place model. Beautiful home on beautiful grounds, about to undergo large renovationn as they were newly acquired by a top-notch large company ensuring excellent staff; activities director is amazing, nursing and staff attention exquisite, and our Mom is extremely happy there!

Our experience at The Residence at Penniman Hill has been wonderful. The people are wonderful, the staff are great, and the care is excellent. My mother loves it here! I would highly recommend Penniman to others.

The Residence at Pearl Street is a warm, welcoming facility... clean, comfortable in a lovely neighborhood. Has a range of activities and outings. The food is delicious! The staff works hard to please and care for all guests. Would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful. Caring. Warm. Food was fair but all else was great. Excellent! Great care. They have a great kitchen area, that is big, clean, and updated. Absolutely would recommend. Love all the aides, nurses, management. I had previously had my loved one in a place in Florida that was cold, messy, unfriendly so this was wonderful to see how these peoples cared for the residents

Wish the cost could be lower, but The Residence at Cedar Dell is great! It is a very clean and warm place. The staff is very, very nice. My father loves the food. And the people living there seem to be very comfortable there!

The Residence at Cedar Dell is great across the board. It has a clean, cheery, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere. The staff are wonderful, and there is a general sense of community. The only reason I rated value at a 4 is I think that, like a hotel, all centrally accessible options like TV/Cable should be included and not require residents to create an private/separate account for anything except possibly for individual personal services.
