Very nice but I found a place, that was more economical.

Overall the food is not great, my sister in law complains on the food. She thinks some of the things in the activities program may need more options and change it up to more advanced options for more active residents.

The Residence at Quarry Hill are very friendly. My mom likes it there, she loves the people and thinks they're very friendly. They are short-handed, but they make one heck of an effort. The staff are excellent and I'm amazed by how good they are. She has gotten so much better since she's been there. It has been an excellent experience so far. They give fantastic service, but the cost is very high, so you've got to be able to afford it long-term. My mom is in memory care, which is about [price removed] / per month. I think that's a lot, but to provide service like that I guess you've got to pay that much. I would recommend The Residence to others who can afford it, and I'm thankful that my mom can.

Things are working out very well for my loved one at The Residence at Salem Woods. We visited 3 or 4 other places and this facility was head and shoulders above the rest. The staff are super friendly, helpful and attentive. There are many activities provided. It is expensive, but you get a lot for what you pay for. I would definitely recommend them if you can afford it.

We chose Traditions of Dedham for a 3 week respite stay for my mom. It was fabulous; although about half of the time she was there, they unfortunately had a Covid outbreak. They seemed to handle it all efficiently. They had all the residents tested, and quarantined those we needed to be isolated. It was an unfortunates experience, but thankfully my mom didn't get Covid. It changed the activities and the dining experience - it wasn't what it could have been during that time. Once things cleared up, she was then able to experience the activities and socialization aspect of being there. Overall they handled it very well and I would recommend Traditions to others for either respite or long term . I think they were very good.

Every time I visit everyone is so polite and friendly. The residents always are happy. Recently one of their managers moved up into the ED position and we could not be happier. Her and her staff are always there if we need anything!

We had equally as good of an experience with The Residence at Watertown Square as the place we chose. They gave a great tour and made a good impression. It just came down to a location for us.

We really like it here! They have a little bit of staffing issues every once in a while, but for the most part they take care of everything. When you call, they call you back, and they do a good job helping my family member with her health issues. The staff have been very friendly, including the people in charge. The main supervisor is very friendly, and the nursing staff is excellent. They also have a fantastic doctor that comes in twice a week, and she coordinates beautifully with the family. She calls us and lets us know what she thinks and gives us updates. We didn't have a geriatric doctor before, and it was very difficult to figure out where my loved one was with her health. But that's much better now. In Memory Care, everything is included, so there are no a la carte / piecemeal charges, which has been a big plus.

They are very attentive and the activities are great. My loved one is thriving and better than she has ever been. The staff are just like they were when we toured the community and it is great that it all stayed the same. My loved one also likes the meals and is eating vegetables and her health is better she always tells me how good everything is. The activities that they have are phenomenal, they have art activities and more everything is well rounded and I am very impressed with everything that they offer. I was worried that my loved one would not want to participate but she is participating and has done a lot in this community. They really stimulate her. This community is expensive but it is worth it. I just want my loved one to be as happy as possible. I am excited for my mom.

The Residence at Quarry Hill is a great place. I'm really glad we found a spot for her there. They've been very friendly and accommodating and seem to take good care of my mother. They do what they can for activities in memory care and go on trips. It's expensive, but it's just what we were looking for. All around it's been a very good move.

This community was much to expensive and fancy for what I was looking for for my loved one. The tour was great it was just not the right fit of community for my loved one.

The administrator [name removed] is above and beyond. She has really done a great job with our move-in and our placement. My parents can't say enough good things about the nurses and PCAs there. They're very helpful, friendly, and professional. The facility is always clean. Their trash is taken out regularly, carpets are vacuumed, floors washed, beds are made. My parents tell me the food is excellent. I think it's a really good value.

Our mother has lived at Traditions for the past 4 years. Initially in assisted living and now Memory care. The staff is amazing. They are all so kind and caring. They know our mother well and have also been a support to us in navigating her care. Attention to detail is where they excell. Mom always looks so nice. Her outfits are clean and even coordinated. They let us know if anything comes up or Mom needs anything at all. We truly can’t say enough good things about Traditions of Dedham.

Compared to other tours we took, The Residence at Freeman Lake facility was very cheery and open and the atmosphere felt comfortable. The staff were great and they offered 2 different levels of care here. It was just not the right fit for my loved one.

Traditions of Dedham has a smaller more homey atmosphere and it has an older transitional look with a modern attitude. The room sizes are fabulous and very spacious. Overall the staff and the care she is getting and the diligence and response time has been awesome. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

We went with The Residence at Orchard Grove because they were willing to waive the up front fee for us. The communication with the director up top the point that mu uncle actually went into the facility was wonderful. Once he was here there were a few issues that did arise and the communication was poor and I was disappointed with that. They had plenty of great activities provided for the residents but he did not participate. I would definitely recommend them to others looking, overall the quality of care is top notch in my opinion.

They were close to our desired location. We had a good tour experience. We saw a lot of activity with residents there. The rooms were nice. Our guides were really wonderful. We were just looking for larger place with more residents for our loved one to have more social interaction with.

I loved it. My husband was there for two weeks, and he had been to other places, so I had things to compare them with. They were very friendly and very helpful. They were also very well trained and very cooperative with the fact that my loved one was going downhill in his disease progression. Even after he left, the people were very friendly and outgoing, and they were helpful to me in clearing up all of his situations. Compared to the other places he had been, I would rank The Lighthouse at Lincoln the highest.

I would recommend it, it is just very expensive. You have to have some money to be able to do this. This location has 1 floor. The memory care unit is a locked unit. The food is very good. Laundry services are done regularly. The staff call if they have any concerns or questions regarding my loved ones care. The staff has been wonderful really. Billing is setup on auto draft. Administrative staff has been very good as well.

It's not for everyone. It did not work out for my loved one. She didn't like it there. The residents and the staff are very nice. The food used to be phenomonal and it has gone downhill. It has 2 floors. They offered bingo, cards, card making with arts and crafts. They would go for rides to the grocery store and around town. She enjoyed that. They did offer automatic payments for billing.
