We chose Residence at Chadds Ford because it was clean, staff was friendly, and we just felt it would be a great fit. When you walk out, you do not feel depressed. It is a more of an upbeat atmosphere compared to other facilities that we looked into. I would definitely recommend them to other families looking.

They have very caring staff members there and we would most certainly recommend The Residence at Valley Farm to others.

It has been such a pleasure working with the ladies who run 'The Residence'. I am helping my dad and step-mother and have needed lots of guidance...and, while i can't see the property until it's completed, i can't imagine it will be anything less than promised! ronni

Our family had an in person tour and we loved this community. We did not get to see the memory care unit because they had a positive case but everything we saw on the assisted living side was amazing, we were extremely impressed. This would of been the facility we would of chosen but the location was just to far away considering weather and traffic.

Our family had an in person tour and The Residence at Shelburne Bay was outrageously wonderful, they would get 10 out of 10 stars. We did not mind the travel since we loved this community but the price was just a little to out of reach. However we loved the way they treated their memory care residents, this is the place you want your loved one to be with memory loss issues. The staff members and just everything about this community was mind blowing.

I cannot say enough about the overall experience with the staff at The Reserve! My spouse is safe, and so well cared for in the Memory Care Unit. They are truly angels on earth!

Small and intimate community and a lot is closed down due to covid protocols. The staff are also very friendly. I have seen activities like Zumba but I have not had a chance to see anything else due to the restrictions.

This community had a check and the menu was so diverse and had so many options to pick from. The community was good and had its good and bad points but when I narrowed it down it was just another community that worked out for my loved one better.

My mom moved here two years ago. It was the best decision we ever made. The residence is beautifully maintained, the food is incredible and the staff are very caring.

Our family had an in person tour and we actually preferred our loved one to go here over another community we toured because it had everything. It is a beautiful facility with so many amenities that appealed to our loved one, but it was just way to expensive.

This community was great they just were only assisted living and we needed independent living. my loved one was just not at this point yet. The tours were great my loved one was just not at that point yet.

We are still settling in so we haven't been able to really take advantage of the activities, but it does seem like they have a wide range of things going on. The first impression we got from The Residence is that it was light and airy.

I loved Residence at Pearl Street and I loved the staff. It is an old library, so they have huge windows and a lot of natural light. When I need a place, this is where I will want to go.

Our family had an in person tour and The Residence is a very lovely community, but it was a little to high in price then what our loved one was comfortable with. However, for us this would be a place to come live. They were all very accommodating and let us talk to the residents and ask them questions.

My loved one loves being in this community. The food is fantastic and everyone gets along great with my family. The staff are amazing. The community is a little expensive but I do understand that this is the price now in these times but i do not think it should be that much for Sr. citizens because not everyone can afford. Other than the price everything is great.

The decision of where/how to care for a parent is extremely emotional for any parent(s) & children. The Residences eased every anxiety from the moment we walked in the building and in turn as we met each team member. Every corner of The Residences is immaculately clean, bright & so classy; truly a beautiful "home-like" experience in every way. EVERY team member knew Dad well & genuinely cared about him, wherever he ventured within The Residences. Sincere thanks to all team members for the loving care & daily smiles they provided Dad. Heartwarming & appreciated beyond words. Dining room & food are amazing & the "anytime" food situation was fantastic. He enjoyed the daily wine/cheese gatherings & social interaction they provided. Regular daily "check-ins" on all members provided comfort for us. Also, each apartment has a 24/7 emergency call button w/team members responding literally in minutes. In summary, a truly special place & amazing, caring team members. THANK YOU!

We chose The Residence because the apartment was larger and it was quiet unlike her previous place. They also offer anytime dining so it puts residents more in control, they can eat whenever they want and sit wherever they would like to. They have a 6 page menu to order from as well so they have tons of variety. They also provide plenty of activities for residents to participate in. I would recommend to others looking.
