I have no complaints about the Reserve. It's not for everyone because they are private pay only. The service they gave my mom in the short time she was there was top notch.

I would highly recommend Penniman Hill. My mother loved it there and the staff are absolutely amazing.

All I can say is we were at another facility for a year and the resident is 100% better. The only thing I can't attest to is the activities because unfortunately my loved one doesn't participate in the activities and didn't at the other place either, but our experience here has been overall positive. We were desperate to get out of where we were because it was so awful. Everything looked good here and now that we've been here since the middle of December, it has been good.

I have recommended the Residence at Stafford to friends for their loved ones numerous times already. The facility is lovely. The staff if friendly and professional. They really care about the success and independence of each resident.We are thrilled with the care dad is receiving at the Residence at Stafford.

We were highly recommended to visit The Residence at. Great Woods for my mother. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and toured the community. We met the Executive Director and the Chef. He personally met us and asked about what kind of food my mother enjoys eating. We saw spacious beautiful apartments. We bumped into many residents and the community had lots of activities to choose from. My mother moved in about a month ago and she has met new friends and absolutely loves it!!

They are quick to address any needs or changes you make. The care of facility grounds during the bad weather is exceptional. Someone is always around to help you to if you need something. The people living there are very friendly and welcoming to newcomers.

Staff is very friendly , easy to talk to about things. The meals are good and there is an extra book to order from if you do not like the 2 daily choices for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is available 7 to 7. We eat breakfast between 9:30 and 11:00 AM. I would recommend the facility. Cleaning of the rooms is typical (floors, bathroom and kitchen).

Once we visited The Residence based on The cleanliness of the facility, bright ness of the facility, seeing the activities that was taking place, eating what the residents were eating, smiles and greetings from the staff to the residents just gave us a feeling of safety and caring.They are kind and compassionate to their residents.

We picked this community because It had 12 levels of care. It was expensive but less than a nursing home and much, much nicer!I would recommend as long as they can afford it. It is a lovely atmosphere with very caring staff.

My aunt moved into ferry park a few months ago!!! We as a family are thrilled that she is engaged each day with fun activities and exercise classes! She has made some lovely new friends and we sleep better each night knowing a caring staff is there for her!

I am a member at Ferry Park for the last 15 months calling it my home!! Yesterday we had an amazing mediation program that I really enjoyed! I felt so relaxed afterwards and enjoyed the refreshments!! always something to do here!!!

Everything was a 5 except for dealing with their billing department and when I was having an issue with her medication management. We picked this community because of the woman, [name removed] that we met with, it does not have a confusing layout, the size of my loved ones apartment is great too, and it's close to my home.

Staff is very friendly and always available. My grandmother has felt comfortable here from the beginning.

First of all, the reception we received when we first came to Quarry Hill was amazing. The woman who greeted us was so friendly and upbeat. She told us about the facility and answered all of our questions. We were invited for lunch and several staff members came by and talked to us. All the help staff we saw were very friendly. The facility is clean. You get 3 meals a day, they clean each resident's room once a week, change sheets every week, there's a beauty salon and many spaces for residents to meet together.

My family and I have been very pleased with the process of comfortably integrating our father into his new home. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and welcoming and the entire staff is making his transition enjoyable.

My mother liked it much better than the other one we considered. I very highly recommend it.

All 10's an amazing place, well worth the money They are trained caring and sincere. Cannot imagine a better place their sincerity , compassion kindness and training are truly beyond belief. Truly changed our lives after a very stressful selection process. I have never experienced. This quality of care for myself but especially for my beautiful wife. Whose life has been impacted dramatically. She Is a new person and Life is worth living again.

My Mom is very happy here. It is a brand new facility and she has been here just 2 months. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The newness of the facility and much of the staff does lead to some slow response - especially in the dining room.
