I would say my father seems to be very happy there. He was able to adapt very well. It is a very nice place to live. I would recommend it to anyone.

They were great with my father-in-law for the short while he was in there.

I think they have had a few infrastructure and staffing issues in the past year but because of the communications and their efforts to resolve issues I still give them a top rating. It's a nice family of friends there all with similar circumstances that brought them to Suffield by the River. Plenty to do if you choose, but my mom takes part in allot. She loves morning exercise and has been a big winner at the Bingo games. She also likes doing flower arrangements and was just recently performing with the choir group. All in all the best place for my mom.

We are very happy with Residence at Orchard Grove. My sister has benefitted from being in this community, she loves the staff & the food. The facility is always so clean and attractive and staff are very responsive to her needs.

Overall, what has made it such a great experience so far is I think it comes down to their care and their empathy. The facility, food is great, but, it is the care they give my Dad, that we really appreciate. They know how to manage his behaviors and needs. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My mom is doing great at The Residence at Melrose Station! The staff are taking very good care of her. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families! It is not cheap but it is worth the money.

Residence at Orchard Grove is very special place! The staff are caring and friendly, and the facility is beautiful and clean! I cannot say enough about how blessed we feel to have my Aunt at such a great place!

At The Residence at Selleck's Woods they have live music at least twice a week, sometimes more! They have special events with great food. They just had two Cinco de Mayo parties over the weekend, with good Mexican food and ice cold Modelo. There is always some sort of activity going on! I would recommend The Residence at Selleck's Woods to others.

The journey to place someone is very complicated and stressful but the staff made it very easy and no stressful. Everyone was very helpful. They not only are concerned about the resident but the family too. They gave support for family members as well because it is a journey for the family as well as the resident.

This place is perfect and so clean and well run. Staff are amazing and they really keep the residents active and engaged . This place is beyond perfect and they really care for the residents I would highly recommend

What I like the most about The Residence at Summer Street are the staff members and other residents living here. They are exceptional!! {name removed] explanation's and introductions were very impressive and I would recommend this community to other families.

Everything was absolutely perfect at Great Woods but unfortunately my mom had to step up to long term care. They were so wonderful. The facility was beautiful and clean and all the staff were great, helpful and friendly. And the food was excellent...chef prepared meals that were just wonderful! I was disappointed when my mom had to leave, l truly felt that we were very blessed!

Freeman is an amazing residence! The staff is wonderful, Friendly & very engaging with the residents. My mom loves the food, they keep the community engaged in activities. If my mom is sick or if she falls, they call me right away to have a discussion. If the staff does not see my mom at breakfast, they will go to her room to make sure she goes to the Café for breakfast. They bring in singers, guitarists, animals, etc. for the residents to enjoy. I cannot say enough great things about the Residences at Freeman Lake! The cost is definitely high but it is not the most expensive that I visited. I highly, highly recommend the Residences at Freeman Lake!

Our family is obviously very happy with The Residence at Summer Street community and based on the experience so far, we would definitely recommend them to other families.

Everyone is very friendly. My Mother in law has made friends. Getting involved in some activities. The only thing she says they have to much food. We laugh at that. They took over giving her her medicine which was helpful. The nurse practitioner checks on her all the time and have her a therapy for her knee. Very nice place.

We give the Traditions of Dedham all 5 stars, and based on the experience we have had with them so far we would definitely recommend them to other families. Traditions of Dedham has really given us a peace of mind.

I continue to say and believe, it is always best to care for your loved ones where they want to be but if you can't provide what they need to be safe Residence at Shelburne Bay is the place to be. Compassion and understanding about my feelings of not wanting to place my mom in a home. Others seemed like it was a business matter where Shelburne Bay was a community home.

this facility is one of the best out there. the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are amazing. They were able to answer all of my questions without having to look up or ask and made us feel that they could meet all of Dad's needs. Would recommend, highly, based on the staff meeting all of my father's needs, the cleanliness of the facility, and the Memory Care staff.

From the moment you walk into the building, the staff is warm and inviting. They have fresh cookies! The facility is spotless and the residents are active and engaged. There is weekly live entertainment and nightly cocktail hours. Residents are encouraged to invite family in for shared meals- it's a real family atmosphere. My mom has made so many friends and really loves the volunteer student intern program Anthology of Millis hosts- as a retired teacher she enjoys seeing the young kids in the community. My mom has been able to keep her independence being able to participate in weekly shopping trips and outings. I cannot recommend Anthology of Millis more!

The folks at The Residence at Cedar Dell are all so welcoming. I ate in the dining room and on my first day all the staff already knew my name. Everyone is so naturally friendly and approachable. The Welcome Committee, which is a group of residents, gave me a nice welcome gift. I enjoy reading and the library is well stocked. I have already made friends, and I enjoy conversing with everyone. I continue to drive and it's a great location for me.
