I can’t say enough about the people that work at the residence at freeman lake, just top notch. They care so much for their residents, they treat them like family. The food is great and they have great activities for the community to keep everyone engaged. You can’t go wrong having your loved ones live in this community!

Visiting my friend at The Residence at Freeman Lake is always a pleasure. The staff are so kind and attentive, and it’s clear they truly care. My friend is happier, more active, and feels right at home here. The community is clean, welcoming, and full of life. It’s great to see my friend thriving in such a supportive place. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for excellent care for a loved one.

I rarely write reviews but recently I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside the clinical team from The Residence @ Freeman Lake as an outside VNA provider, and I have been blown away at the professionalism and care their staff provide to their residents. From the kitchen department to the front line nurses and Administration the teamwork and dedication they’ve shown to ensure that quality of care matters has exceeded my expectations. I travel regularly to various communities for my work and I must say this place is truly at the top of my list. The residents are well taken care of and most importantly are happy.

I joke with the staff that they better save me a bed, I love coming to visit my Mom. It feels like a home. Great personalities and caring people- it’s what they do. It’s the last place you want to move your parent, but this has been seamless

The residence at Freeman is a beautiful community, the residents all look happy & there is always something going on when you enter. Ever since my friend has moved there she has actually partaken in all of the activities! The food is also fantastic.

When it was time for my mother to start looking at facilities to live in, she was so scared and very nervous about the whole process. Choosing the residence at freeman lake was the best decision we could have possibly made for her. The staff have gone over the top to make sure she is comfortable and enjoying her new home. The director has personally gone above and beyond for us, and my mother proving how much she truly cares for these residents. The resident care director is always wanting the best for mom, and making sure she gets the correct care she needs. The whole environment of this community is everything I could ever ask for.

My family is here. They are taken care of very well. Any questions or concerns, they are addressed immediately. I wouldn’t want my family member in any other assisted living facility. The nursing director & executive director are awesome and extremely helpful. Place is very clean, the culinary experience is top notch. We never had a bad meal here. There are also many activities to enjoy in the community.

My Mom is genuinely happy here. I could cry happy tears writing this. I just received a picture of her at a concert. And then she went out to lunch with her friends. I don’t think my mother has left her home in 3 years. I don’t know how the staff there did it, but they get her out on their van, and she’s so happy to share her day with me at the end of the day. So much to tell me. We visited lots of places, the staff here sold us. They’ve continued to amaze us.

The team at LCB Freeman Lake is beyond amazing. They are truly in it for the right reasons and, take such good care of their residents. Their kindness and compassion make you feel like instant family. I highly recommend this assisted living for anyone looking for a home like environment with an amazing leadership team.

I could not be more pleased with this community. The experiences I have had in memory care (and with the assisted living team!) have been nothing but positive. This entire team goes so far above and beyond to care for the residents. The Memory Care Director and Executive Director are both nurses which helps put my mind at ease when I think about the care my loved one needs. This, coupled with the incredible dedication of the Nursing Director, has solidified the relationship and confidence I feel with this community. The Reserve at East Longmeadow has been a wonderful place for my grandmother. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and treats them with kindness and respect, which means so much to our family. Before choosing The Reserve, we toured other facilities in the area, and this one stood out as the cleanest—it didn’t have any unpleasant odors, and instead, it smells like pine trees, which my grandmother loves. That small detail makes it feel more like home for her. She is always busy with activities that keep her engaged, and she’s been socializing more than ever. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, making visits comfortable and reassuring. It’s such a relief to know she’s in a safe and supportive environment where she’s happy and well cared for.

I toured 7 facilities for a place for my Mom & e first rDad, hands down this was the best placatee. From my initial meeting with [name removed], the management and staff have been professional, caring, and compassionate. The communication continues to be first rate. Everything [name removed] promised was right on. I know Mom & Dad are being taken care of.

If you are exploring options for Senior Living look no further than The Reserve in East Longmeadow, MA. They are in a league of their own for senior living in wmass. Our Dad has been living there for a year and his overall health has improved physically and cognitively since moving there. Your first step should be to call [name removed]. She is an incredible resource to speak to on your first phone call or visit. She is the Director of Sales & Marketing. She was a pivotal reason why we moved forward originally. Too many positives to list here with [name removed] and the The Reserve.

Freeman Lake was the best decision we could have made for our Mom. They have welcomed her with open arms and we have such peace of mind knowing she is safe, well cared for, and enjoying this time in her life! Mom has new friends and the socialization has been an absolute godsend. She enjoys happy hour, playing a good card game, bingo, movies in the "cozy" room as she calls it. Mom is thriving at Freeman Lake. The staff are caring, professional and very obviously take pride in what they do. Its a true "Community" and there is a comradery between the staff and the residents that resonates throughout. We are so glad we trusted the Residence at Freeman Lake with our Mom, and she is too!!

This community is one of the best ones out there! The team is authentic and that is hard to find. They are helpful & kind. The residents are always busy and the lobby is always vibrant with activity! Every time I visit there are residents talking, reading, doing exercises in the lobby! I highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking to place a loved one!

Choosing a place for my father-in-law to live when he could no longer stay at home was not an easy task. On paper and during telephone interviews, most facilities appear to have what is needed. However, visits often proved just the opposite. The Residences at Melrose Station delivered the product we needed to be comfortable he was in a caring and well maintained environment. The staff quickly learned his name and his likes and dislikes. He has engaged in activities and is enjoy the experience. Is it the same as living in your own home? Of course not. But the quality of the product they provide is far superior to other facilities we visited.

I would definitely recommend to others!!! They have some very special caregivers there!!!! I was attracted to the facility because it was clean and lobby was very welcoming. Very friendly staff when I visited. Small in size. Only 66 beds.

Suffield by the River is a wonderful senior living community offering my 95 year old mother a safe place to continue living independently near her friends and family. We are grateful for the exceptional & caring staff and engaging friendly residents who have welcomed my mother and our family to this very special community. There are many options for activities promoting wellness and connection as well as delicious meals. My mother often comments how pleased she is with the cleanliness and maintenance of her apartment and the entire facility. The residents and staff make this a very special place.
