I moved into Freeman Lake about 8 months ago, when I moved in I did not think my life would be getting better. I thought it was the beginning of the end. Boy was I wrong. I started walking more in the halls and did get better. The staff is impeccable. Anything I need, outside of what they offer, [name removed] and [name removed] make it happen for me. I get great meals every day and lots of opportunities to get out and do something. I’m happy to be here, my kids helped make the right choice for me

I moved my cousin into this community in April. He was quickly declining living at home alone. He is thriving at Freeman Lake. He loves the activities they offer, the food is amazing, and the Staff have been so helpful during this transition. The RCD and ED are a great team and easily accessible for all questions at any hour.

Our brother has been at Lighthouse for two years. He is only 65 and has early onset Alzheimer’s. He is in the late stages of the disease having been diagnosed at 57 Lighthouse has cared and loved our brother from the moment he walked in. The love shown to him comes from caregivers and beyond. Admin staff, dietary, maintenance- the receptionist!!! All showing love and care for our brother and for all of us. We know our time here is waning- but we will always appreciate what Lighthouse at Lincoln has provided for our brother, for his entire family.

I think ALL assisted living communities are crazy expensive. Overall I'd highly recommend Valley Farm.

5 stars for all categories! All of the staff at Residence at Silver Square have been extremely helpful, caring and friendly. My friend who is here, her niece had a lot of trouble with red tape getting her into a facility. I told her to call the person from Silver Square that had contacted me twice from A Place for Mom. Within two days, my friend was moved into Silver Square with her help. I highly recommend this facility to others looking. My friend has settled in very nicely and enjoys the other residents and all of the activities available to her.

Wonderful service. Dining hall was disappointing. Always understaffed and half the menu wasn't available.

We made the best decision choosing the Residence At Silver Square for my mother and father-in-law. The staff are very caring and attentive. They take the time to get to know their clients. One can tell this is their passion, and not just a job to them. My mother-in-law passed away this February and was in the hospice program. They gave every attention to detail and cared not only for her and my father-in-law, but all the family that came to visit. My father-in-law has advanced Alzheimer's and they take the best care of him and let him know he is loved. He is missing his wife, though he doesn't really know it and they take very, very good care of him. They are a very caring staff.

I have peace and comfort knowing that my dad is happy and has wonderful people taking care of him in my absence. He loves his new home and is making new friends. Thank you for helping families so that they can feel at ease knowing their loved one is safe.

From our experience the staff was great with the people, very dedicated, the place is very clean, the food was also very good with a good selection every day. There were many activities and also trips outside of the place. All the holidays are celebrated and family and friends are always invited. It is not cheap to live there but you will not be sorry for your choice.

I moved my 98 year ok father here several months ago after losing his wife of 64 years last year and then a debilitating fall in another assisted living facility and then a month in a short term rehab facility. I have been impressed with how much he has thrived in the care of their memory care team. The food is excellent, he is seen by a doctors PA on a weekly basis, taken out on drives and attending interesting lectures, art classes and other events. They could add a couple more exercise classes for the memory care residents but not sure if there is enough interest.

While it was a stressful time to move my cousin from independent living to assisted living, the staff has helped make this transition a very good experience. Friendly and accommodating staff in all areas (reception, maintenance, dining, health & wellness staff, transportation, just to name a few). I would highly recommend this facility, particularly if you are looking for assisted living.

The price for my Mom went up $[removed]. In a year. I felt that was excessive.The staff is fabulous. The CNAs and nurses are caring helpful people.

The staff was very pleasant, respectful, helpful when needed. I highly recommend them! Lovely place. Monthly rate on the high side, but if people can afford it, I am sure they would enjoy it!

Overall experience - seamless, enjoyable and continues to provide a level of calmness and gives a sense of security for my sister and I. Cleanliness - exceptionally spotless! Probably antiseptic too!! Friendliness of Staff - beyond kind, caring and considerate from chefs, maintenance, healthcare workers and front-desk staff. Management responsive and professional as well. Quality of Care - wonderful. My sister and I have complete trust with the clinical and non-clinical staff. Everyone at this facility has deep concern for the welfare of our elderly. Meals & Dining - my mother enjoys cooking for herself in her unit. However, the meals she has had and continues to have, on occasion, are healthy, top-notch cuisine and all served with the best kitchen staff and chefs in Massachusetts! I give this crew a 6!! (A 5, but wanted to state how much my mom loves team.) My mother prefers to not participate in most activities. The ones she does do, on occasion, she's excited about and Orchard Grove goes all out to make these activities special and fun for residents and their families. Value for Cost - I don't mind my mom's rent amount since she is safe, happy, her little unit is adorable and cozy

Residence at QH has provided outstanding care for my father. He started as an independent resident, moved to assisted living, and now to memory care. I feel that this facility has helped ease the transitions every step of the way and have been responsive to questions/concerns/suggestions. In addition, they have also assisted navigating through Emergency Room visits and plan for after care.

The Residences at Chadds Ford is a fabulous facility. Their food is amazing and their staff team is fabulous. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

The lighthouse at Lincoln is a wonderful memory care facility. The quality of care and the staff are outstanding. They work closely with the family to ensure that the family member gets the best possible care. In addition, they offer caregiver meeting sessions that provide support to caregiver families to help them deal with the challenges of having a family member with dementia. The Lighthouse at Lincoln is easily one of the best memory care facilities in all of southern New England.

You would be well served to bring your loved one to this very safe, clean, approachable environment! Very responsive to caregivers, family and welcoming on all levels! It’s important on all Lela for my mum to feel safe. Everyone from those who clean to those who proved hands on help are very friendly.

I love the staff, my Aunt is so happy there and we all are pleased with the support and communication. I would highly recommend.

I love Cedar Dell. I feel like I am on a cruise, and I am a life long cruiser. You are waited on hand and foot. The residents and staff have been so nice and welcoming. The restaurant makes you exactly what you want and the right amount. I am so happy here.
