The staff is very friendly and caring. There are different size rooms available. My mother's is a one bedroom and is a great size for her. There are activities going on every day. My mother is very happy there.

I would recommend this facility. It is clean, and every employee I've met has been very nice. We picked this community because of the Location - proximity to my sisters home and work.

My FIL was having behavioral issues, they were the only facility willing to take him. The staff has been outstanding in meeting his needs. Conversely Silver Square was no help at all with this situation!

The staff are very and take exceptional care of my wife. My daughter and I know she is safe and comfortable. It is the right place for her, my whole family agrees too.

I would give every category a 5 with two exceptions as a 4. Friendliness of staff because of comments my Mom has made about a couple of the nurses there. And Overall value for cost just because it wasn't the least expensive option we had. But overall our experience has been very positive. My Mom is very happy and comfortable there in spite of her initial apprehension of moving there.

Mom has been at The Residence at Orchard Grove for one year. Her experience has gone way beyond my greatest expectation! Mom has made friends and feels very happy in her environment and with the staff and the other residents, who she calls her friends. It is a special place! I highly recommend The Residence.

The staff was minimal on weekends. Maple Ridge assisted living coordinator told me that this would be my mother's final home, that they were experienced with residents with Parkinson's disease, that Mom would be able to move next door to their full-care residence without a waiting list. Yet when my mother needed more care, they encouraged ER to admit her to the hospital, then short-term rehab at an unrelated facility and refused to allow Mom to return to either Maple Ridge facility. Not a good place for full care!

It is expensive but knowing that she's safe, well fed, medical care, is worth it all and more. It took her 3-4 months to get acclimated. She was use to her own home, own car and going where ever and when ever she chose. For 3-4 months other than meals she stay in her apartment. Now we call and she's too busy to answer!

Overall, the community is very nice. I especially enjoy walking the grounds to see the nature we are surrounded by. I love reading large print books from the library. We recently found out that we will be going to the local library to obtain library cards as well. I enjoy exercise and go to classes two times almost daily. I am happy and the staff is very kind and helpful.

All the staff was wonderful. I knew they truly cared for [name removed]. It is sort of hard for me since I lost [name removed]It was a year in Feb. I miss him so much. He had to be moved From lighthouse. With this disease agitation comes and goes. Unfortunately he hit a nurse. The law says he had to be moved to a Geri/psyche hospital. Lighthouse wanted him back as soon as the meds were regulated. Unfortunately within 24?hours of being moved he lost the ability to walk and feed himself. He never went back to Lighthouse. If there was a way he would have been there. That shows how caring they were.

After recently moving to the community in late August I can say that I really love it here at Cedar Dell. I enjoy all the engagement programs and working on favorite puzzles in between programs. I can't complain about a darn tootin thing! I am happy I made so many friends and the staff is really great.

Reasons we chose this facility - It was attractive, clean, and up to date. The amenities such as the exercise facilities were also impressive. It really is a wonderful place. The staff is friendly and caring and they communicate regularly with the family.

The Residence at Charles Meadow has been a great place for my Mom. All of the staff are friendly and compassionate. They seem to truly care about the residents they are taking care of. There are a lot of activities for the residents and the outdoor area is very nice. The facility is always clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend The Residence at Charles Meadow.

My loved one moved from [community name removed] to Suffield and I think this place is great. This community is safe and friendly. I think Suffield has more activities and is bigger, but it is more expensive. However, I like the location and the food is good.

It’s been a great experience for my Mom. She has transitioned really well to this new arrangement. I am especially pleased with all the activities she does there. She is rather high functioning so she has a couple of others like her and therefore has formed friendships

I am typically not a person that writes reviews. I hardly ever read reviews. However, in this case I feel I should write a review for The Lighthouse at Lincoln. My wife has been a resident at The Lighthouse at Lincoln for a year now. She has received exceptional care and is very comfortable at the facility. The staff is so caring and attentive to all her needs. There is nothing harder than having to place your loved one in a memory care facility. In my case I held out for as long as I physically could before placing her in a memory facility. The first day you leave your loved one is very hard. You are never sure you have made the right decision. The staff at The Lighthouse at Lincoln made me feel very comfortable leaving my wife. They communicated with me that day as to how she was doing and for the next few days before I went back to visit her. The staff communicates on how my wife is doing with every visit. They are also concerned as to how I am doing. The most import

They take great care of Dad. He's always neat and clean. I would recommend to others. I am very pleased.

The Residence has welcomed [name removed] to their facility and provided him with a positive and caring experience. The physical space is very open and welcoming. They provided him with a lovely apartment in Assisted Living with Level 2 additional care that was furnished. His apartment is always kept clean and clothes are washed weekly. The entire facility is spotless and inviting. Fellow residents invite [name removed] to eat with him and he has made some friends which did not happen at his previous facility. Nurses, PT and other staff respond as soon as possible to any inquiries that [name removed] or I have. The staff are ready to answer questions and set up outside visits to the dentist or doctor. Meals are available all day but most residents choose them at a certain time. There is a full days menu with always 2 choices available each morning. Excellent reviews! [name removed] chooses exercise class every morning- there is a menu of activities for him available every day. The cost of room and board is about the same as his former facility but this is a cleaner, nicer facility, and he is able to be more engaged with other people than before. We both are very pleased with The Residence.

I liked all of the activities and the staff was very friendly and compassionate. Based on the experience we had with The Residence at Voorhees, I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.
