The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They have many activities for the residents to participate in every day and they change them daily. The food they serve is delicious. They are excellent at what they do.

The nurses, administration and staff at Residence at Bala have been extremely helpful in caring for my mother-in-law. They are communicative and go out of their way to help. She is in the memory unit but still has regular access to the outdoors on their secured patio. Thank you for referring us to this facility.

Overall experience, we're very happy at the Residence at Quarry Hill. The staff are wonderful. The food is good, but it is not great. The cost is in line with others, but still $$$.

Our experience has been excellent , we feel comfortable knowing that mom is being watched over and cared for. If there are any concerns about mom the staff will immediately call us to discuss any issues. Everyone is courteous to mom and to our family. I have only praise for the reserve and the employees.

5 on all categories. The cost would be prohibitive if he was there for very long. He never got to do any activities so we never got to feel the full value.

The representatives from Residence at Summer Street reached out to us when we were scrambling to figure things out, and they were very helpful with accommodating needs when I and my brother were not immediately available to help with his transition. My dad stayed as a temporary / respite stay for about 6 weeks, and he had a very positive experience with the staff and residents. It is in a convenient location, and the facility is very clean and well maintained, and well staffed. The community was very friendly and my dad had a good time at meal times visiting with and joking around with the other residents, and the mood was always light and welcoming. Anybody who is looking for an assisted living facility in the Stamford area should definitely look into Residence at Summer Street.

My husband & I came to visit a dear friend to celebrate ?? her birthday. ?? The staff was kind, caring & compassionate. ?? It is such a good feeling to know that our friend is surrounded by professionals devoted to providing quality care. Everyone we encountered took pride in their role. The facility is clean & comfortable. There are numerous activities for the residents. Thank you for everything you do to create an uplifting atmosphere.

The staff are great with your loved ones. The services provided in house are amazing. While the activities daily keep them busy and active. While still being able to live their own style of life they are closely monitored based on their level of needed help. Management is very nice and helpful when asking questions and if the answers are not clear they take the extra steps to find the desired answer.

Very clean community with a fantastic atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and inviting. You can tell the staff really take pride in their work. I highly recommend Lighthouse at Lincoln to anyone looking for memory care.

My family and are so happy that our family member is so well taken care of here at Lighthouse. I can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the care all of the residents receive. The staff is engaging and very compassionate with the residents and their families.

We work closely with The Residences in providing hospice services within their community. The RCD is attentive to any of our staff that are providing care to her residents, she accurately provides care updates to our team, and is a great liaison between families, residents, doctors, and myself. We meet monthly with The ED, who also knows the residents well, and what care they would need, it’s impressive. They have catered lunches for us, and the food is top notch, the chef is friendly and drops in with treats. It’s our favorite community to visit, we laugh a lot during our visits.

So grateful to have found Freeman Lake. Mom is very well taken care of in memory care. She needs lots of care/ attention and it’s top notch. Food is excellent. I’m there almost every night and eat there too. Great activities and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and compassionate to all the residents. There are some very difficult families that I’ve watched demand the impossible and they still make it happen. This kind of work isn’t easy, I praise the staff!

We moved my Mom to Freeman after a series of falls at home. The management was attentive to any questions we had during move in. I’ve always felt welcomed by the staff, the residents are even welcoming, we felt a sense of community and know this was the right place for her.

I would certainly recommend The Residences to anyone who inquired. I was very pleased with the facility!

Mom and Dad were hesitant to move from Florida- until the walked into Salem Residence. Mom immediately lit up and declared she could see herself living here. They moved in within the month. Everybody has been wonderfully welcoming and the location is near everything for them. Many doctors,shopping,and a senior center across the street for even more activities than the full Residence schedule. It is a relief to know they are now closer and have the support nearby when they need it. Thank you for making the experience so seamless .

I have been very pleased with my decision to move here! I had visited several other places but kept returning to The Residence at Shelburne Bay. Dimmer lighting, less friendly, one bedroom apt seemed smaller, lacked the colorful framed prints on the walls all over,more business like not personable and engaging.

My mother moved in to the memory unit in [date removed]. The staff had been friendly and communicative. The unit floor is spacious and well lit with sunlight, so it has a warm feeling. There seem to be w good number of activities going on like coloring, puzzles, and reading. Parking for visits is readily available.

I live here at the residence and am very happy with my families choice. The food is top notch and the aids are all lovely. Everyone is very helpful and amazing. The events are a good time. The other residents are friendly
