The Reserve at East Longmeadow has been a wonderful place for my grandmother. The staff genuinely cares about the residents and treats them with kindness and respect, which means so much to our family. Before choosing The Reserve, we toured other facilities in the area, and this one stood out as the cleanest—it didn’t have any unpleasant odors, and instead, it smells like pine trees, which my grandmother loves. That small detail makes it feel more like home for her. She is always busy with activities that keep her engaged, and she’s been socializing more than ever. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, making visits comfortable and reassuring. It’s such a relief to know she’s in a safe and supportive environment where she’s happy and well cared for.

I toured 7 facilities for a place for my Mom & e first rDad, hands down this was the best placatee. From my initial meeting with [name removed], the management and staff have been professional, caring, and compassionate. The communication continues to be first rate. Everything [name removed] promised was right on. I know Mom & Dad are being taken care of.

Our Dad has been living there for a year and his overall health has improved physically and cognitively since moving there. Your first step should be to call [name removed]. She is an incredible resource to speak to on your first phone call or visit. She is the Director of Sales & Marketing. She was a pivotal reason why we moved forward originally. Too many positives to list here with [name removed] and the The Reserve.

Freeman Lake was the best decision we could have made for our Mom. They have welcomed her with open arms and we have such peace of mind knowing she is safe, well cared for, and enjoying this time in her life! Mom has new friends and the socialization has been an absolute godsend. She enjoys happy hour, playing a good card game, bingo, movies in the "cozy" room as she calls it. Mom is thriving at Freeman Lake. The staff are caring, professional and very obviously take pride in what they do. Its a true "Community" and there is a comradery between the staff and the residents that resonates throughout. We are so glad we trusted the Residence at Freeman Lake with our Mom, and she is too!!

This community is one of the best ones out there! The team is authentic and that is hard to find. They are helpful & kind. The residents are always busy and the lobby is always vibrant with activity! Every time I visit there are residents talking, reading, doing exercises in the lobby! I highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking to place a loved one!

Choosing a place for my father-in-law to live when he could no longer stay at home was not an easy task. On paper and during telephone interviews, most facilities appear to have what is needed. However, visits often proved just the opposite. The Residences at Melrose Station delivered the product we needed to be comfortable he was in a caring and well maintained environment. The staff quickly learned his name and his likes and dislikes. He has engaged in activities and is enjoy the experience. Is it the same as living in your own home? Of course not. But the quality of the product they provide is far superior to other facilities we visited.

I would definitely recommend to others!!! They have some very special caregivers there!!!! I was attracted to the facility because it was clean and lobby was very welcoming. Very friendly staff when I visited. Small in size. Only 66 beds.

Suffield by the River is a wonderful senior living community offering my 95 year old mother a safe place to continue living independently near her friends and family. We are grateful for the exceptional & caring staff and engaging friendly residents who have welcomed my mother and our family to this very special community. There are many options for activities promoting wellness and connection as well as delicious meals. My mother often comments how pleased she is with the cleanliness and maintenance of her apartment and the entire facility. The residents and staff make this a very special place.

A Place for Mom sent me a list of facilities in my desired area. We toured three. All were very good, but Residence at Orchard Grove stood above the rest. The facility itself has an open, modern design, with lots of light and high ceilings in the common spaces. The decor is warm and inviting, and the furnishings welcoming and comfortable. The restaurant served us high quality, carefully prepared dishes. The apartments are well-designed and with large windows. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the residents seemed happy and engaged. We feel relieved to know that our mom is going to be living here. Her quality of life is getting an upgrade! Thank you to A Place for Mom for advising through the process.

I think the nurses are fantastic and go out of their way to notify family if anything of concern with your loved one. Highly recommend!

Excellent community, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful accommodations and facilities.

What we like the most about The Residence at Orchard Grove is that there are a lot of activities, caring staff, and restaurant menu for dining. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

We're very happy with the community but it is expensive. I am familiar with other facilities in RI which are less expensive and provide more services as part of the rent. I am aware of the differences between what is allowed in RI and what is allowed in MA.

I would highly recommend it! It's a wonderful place and everyone is so friendly and nice to my mother. I would give it a rating of 10 stars!

Mom was welcomed to the community. She was more reserved initially. The activity specialist was encouraging. Once comfortable- attended numerous activities/social events. The staff did a wonderful job making the transition from home to community living more comfortable. The family was closer to her which enabled family connections. Communication between staff and family was positive and informative. Family had peace of mind knowing mom was well supported.

[name removed] has been at The Lighthouse since end of August. I cannot say enough good things about his care, the staff and overall! Very pleased. I would recommend if looking for placement of a loved one ! However, everyones level of need is different but I would say the Lighthouse has satisfied [name removed] many needs.

I decided that The Residence @Basking Ridge was the right place for my mother after visiting and reviewing all of the places within a reasonable driving distance. The management team was informative and responsive to my concerns during the decision making process and continues be months after mom moved in. They layout, food and care is top-notch. The engagement activities are wonderful. Most importantly, the staff seem to genuinely care about the residents

The staff is very friendly and caring. There are different size rooms available. My mother's is a one bedroom and is a great size for her. There are activities going on every day. My mother is very happy there.

I would recommend this facility. It is clean, and every employee I've met has been very nice. We picked this community because of the Location - proximity to my sisters home and work.
