My 99 year old mother-in-law has been there for almost 2 years. She is happy and cared for. The staff has been helpful and attentive. I am especially thankful to the Director, [name removed], who is always quick to respond and manages this place in a way that makes it feel like a safe home. We are very happy that this is the place we chose.

I was incredibly impressed with the Residence at [name removed] during a recent visit. There were so many wonderful activities happening - and the residents all seemed engaged and in good spirits. The living accomodations are beautiful and immaculately clean. And the staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met during visits like these. I would recommend this place for anyone considering helping their loved ones transitioning into an ongoing care setting.

The Reserve is beautiful! Everyone is so nice, and very helpful. I’ve met so many nice people here. Also I have been able to tour the Reserve and it’s just beautiful. They tell me the food is delicious and so many fun events!

Beautiful place! Love the staff all the residents here are amazing and so friendly. They talk about all the fun things that are available for them to do! Bingo, movies, great food, and just a great all around place to live!

They really take care of the patients. Room was too nice he never wanted to come out of it except to eat . He liked the meals too. He didn't always like the staff checking up on him but that was their job. After a while he understood.

Almost all of the staff were very nice and caring for my wife. Building is just 5 years old. Beautiful furnishings in lobby and restaurant, large wall type fireplace, Bistro with dining area, billiards table. On weekends [name removed]is a Barista and also leads guests in crossword puzzles and word jumble games. There's a baby grand piano and [name removed]always books great musicians and singers

It was a great initial visit. Our first impression, as we walked into the reception area, was how clean and bright it is, and how welcomed we felt by reception, and of course [name removed] the therapy dog. Our meeting was with [name removed], who was so gentle with us, as well as knowledgeable, which was very comforting as we start to navigate this process for mom. The suites were the perfect size. As we toured, all the staff members we met were so friendly, and offered helpful information about their work at Lighthouse. Thank you!

The food was very good and the spaces were designed with high quality materials. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. My mother stayed for one month of recovery from a fall and it was great for her. I'd say it's perfect if you want a small, high quality community with a lot of different levels of assistance possible

Living at The Residence at Charles Meadow has been wonderful!

What we like the most about The Residence at Watertown Square is the village atmosphere. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

The care for my dad is fabulous, if I have a concern they are right on it. The activities are great and my dad goes to most and has fun. My dad says the food is delicious and generally finishes the whole thing. If he doesn't like what they have for that meal they will find something that he does like. I would recommend the Lighthouse to everyone.

The Residence is amazing. - Spotless. - Everyone is friendly, a family feel. - Care is excellent. - The administrative staff is attentive to our needs and always available. - The food is from scratch, they even make their potato chips. Tasty and healthy. - Tons of activities each week. - And compared to other area facilities, the price is fair. My sister is very happy.

The facility is beautiful and the memory care residents can go into any part of the facility they would like to visit with family. There is even happy hour on Fridays with live entertainment. The staff is very attentive to their needs and listen when you want to talk. The director [name removed] for the Reflections section is very knowledgeable about Dementia and friendly and is only a phone call or text away. They track and trend everything from the food they eat to hygiene and the staff could not be more helpful and empathetic. The nurse calls you for medication changes and if anything happens like a fall or something if happens. They evaluate the residents and help them be as independent as possible with self care. Everyone is super supportive and friendly.

When faced with finding an assisted living community for my mom with very short notice, A Place for Mom considered our needs and provided referrals to appropriate communities. Knowing that they had previously vetted these communities, gave us significant peace of mind. As soon as I toured The Residence at Great Woods and met the staff, I knew that my mother would be safe and happy here! It was a bit of a scramble for us since she needed to move in directly from rehab and her rehab insurance benefits expired before we expected. The sales manager and the RN, could not have been more helpful! They made everything happen exactly when we needed it too and streamlined the whole process for us! My mom has made many friends & is enjoying the activities & outings. Thank you to both A Place for Mom & The Residence at Great Woods!

This community is amazing! The residents are always active, and there’s such a warm, vibrant atmosphere. The management team was so wonderful to my family throughout the transition. My mom has since moved in, and she absolutely loves it here!

I visited the community with my husband and we were thrilled with the staff - the Executive Director was so engaging and welcoming. The nursing team was outgoing and friendly as were the housekeepers and everyone we met during our visit was wonderful. We truly felt welcomed. The community is stunning with its high ceilings and large windows and beautiful architecture and decor. We stayed for lunch and my husband said it was the best salad trio (homemade scoop of chicken, egg and tuna) he had ever had! I enjoyed the Greek Salad with Salmon and the chef was absolutely delightful. We highly recommend The Residence at Natick South!

I visited a family member recently and thought the facility was super clean and I thought the front desk staff was nice. Overall a positive experience and I trust the staff. The food also looked good!

Residence at Shelburne Bay is a facility you can be comfortable with. The staff is very accommodating and compassionate in working with your family members. They are easy to talk to when you have questions and will help you through any problems you might have. I would recommend this facility to anybody without question.
