My loved one moved from [community name removed] to Suffield and I think this place is great. This community is safe and friendly. I think Suffield has more activities and is bigger, but it is more expensive. However, I like the location and the food is good.

It’s been a great experience for my Mom. She has transitioned really well to this new arrangement. I am especially pleased with all the activities she does there. She is rather high functioning so she has a couple of others like her and therefore has formed friendships

I am typically not a person that writes reviews. I hardly ever read reviews. However, in this case I feel I should write a review for The Lighthouse at Lincoln. My wife has been a resident at The Lighthouse at Lincoln for a year now. She has received exceptional care and is very comfortable at the facility. The staff is so caring and attentive to all her needs. There is nothing harder than having to place your loved one in a memory care facility. In my case I held out for as long as I physically could before placing her in a memory facility. The first day you leave your loved one is very hard. You are never sure you have made the right decision. The staff at The Lighthouse at Lincoln made me feel very comfortable leaving my wife. They communicated with me that day as to how she was doing and for the next few days before I went back to visit her. The staff communicates on how my wife is doing with every visit. The Residence has welcomed [name removed] to their facility and provided him with a positive and caring experience. The physical space is very open and welcoming. They provided him with a lovely apartment in Assisted Living with Level 2 additional care that was furnished. His apartment is always kept clean and clothes are washed weekly. The entire facility is spotless and inviting. Fellow residents invite [name removed] to eat with him and he has made some friends which did not happen at his previous facility. Nurses, PT and other staff respond as soon as possible to any inquiries that [name removed] or I have. The staff are ready to answer questions and set up outside visits to the dentist or doctor. Meals are available all day but most residents choose them at a certain time. There is a full days menu with always 2 choices available each morning. Excellent reviews! [name removed] chooses exercise class every morning- there is a menu of activities for him available every day. The cost of room and board is about the same as his former facility but this is a cleaner, nicer facility, and he is able to be more engaged with other people than before. We both are very pleased with The Residence.

I liked all of the activities and the staff was very friendly and compassionate. Based on the experience we had with The Residence at Voorhees, I would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Both my parents were here together for several months. Different kinds of dementia - mom with Alzheimer’s and Dad with Lewy Bodies Dementia. Dad was a handful as is expected with LBD yet the staff was always working to keep him calm, redirecting when needed and supporting his ‘fantasy world’ safely. Mom is still there and very well cared for. The staff is fantastic! They truly care about the residents. Knowing that a trip to an ER usually results in a deterioration of the residents health, Lincoln makes every effort to bring medical treatment to the resident. I cannot emphasize how important this is for my Mom. I would HIGHLY recommend lighthouse at Lincoln to any family looking to place their loved one in a memory unit.

Staff is kind and do what they can to keep the residents comfortable. My grandma is staying here and she has area to rome and get her steps in. The room she stays in is taken care of and I see the staff keeping an eye on the other residents.

The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They have many activities for the residents to participate in every day and they change them daily. The food they serve is delicious. They are excellent at what they do.

The nurses, administration and staff at Residence at Bala have been extremely helpful in caring for my mother-in-law. They are communicative and go out of their way to help. She is in the memory unit but still has regular access to the outdoors on their secured patio. Thank you for referring us to this facility.

Overall experience, we're very happy at the Residence at Quarry Hill. The staff are wonderful. The food is good, but it is not great. The cost is in line with others, but still $$$.

Our experience has been excellent , we feel comfortable knowing that mom is being watched over and cared for. If there are any concerns about mom the staff will immediately call us to discuss any issues. Everyone is courteous to mom and to our family. I have only praise for the reserve and the employees.

5 on all categories. The cost would be prohibitive if he was there for very long. He never got to do any activities so we never got to feel the full value.

The representatives from Residence at Summer Street reached out to us when we were scrambling to figure things out, and they were very helpful with accommodating needs when I and my brother were not immediately available to help with his transition. My dad stayed as a temporary / respite stay for about 6 weeks, and he had a very positive experience with the staff and residents. It is in a convenient location, and the facility is very clean and well maintained, and well staffed. The community was very friendly and my dad had a good time at meal times visiting with and joking around with the other residents, and the mood was always light and welcoming. Anybody who is looking for an assisted living facility in the Stamford area should definitely look into Residence at Summer Street.

My husband & I came to visit a dear friend to celebrate ?? her birthday. ?? The staff was kind, caring & compassionate. ?? It is such a good feeling to know that our friend is surrounded by professionals devoted to providing quality care. Everyone we encountered took pride in their role. The facility is clean & comfortable. There are numerous activities for the residents. Thank you for everything you do to create an uplifting atmosphere.

The staff are great with your loved ones. The services provided in house are amazing. While the activities daily keep them busy and active. While still being able to live their own style of life they are closely monitored based on their level of needed help. Management is very nice and helpful when asking questions and if the answers are not clear they take the extra steps to find the desired answer.

Very clean community with a fantastic atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and inviting. You can tell the staff really take pride in their work. I highly recommend Lighthouse at Lincoln to anyone looking for memory care.

It's a great place. Clean , organized and my dad is well taken care of.
