I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Residence at Natick South , and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and warmth they provide. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The facility itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms and a range of engaging activities for the residents. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about the well-being of each individual, offering personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs. The community feel is strong, with plenty of opportunities for socializing and building friendships. I highly recommend living at The Residence at Natick South for anyone seeking a compassionate, caring environment for their loved ones. It’s a place where residents feel at home and well cared for.

The team at Natick South and LCB as a parent company will take an individual approach to every single resident that becomes a part of their community. They sit down and get to know you and get to know your loved ones needs to ensure that each resident has the tools they need to be successful in this new chapter of their life. From activities, to nursing, to dining care and thought is seen and felt!

The time had come for my 87-year-old aunt to sell her home and move into an Independent Living setting. She had been living alone for nearly 50 years, but realized that was not a long-term option. We had toured a nearby larger community a few years ago, my aunt placed a deposit and was on a waiting list. She later changed her mind, saying that the facility felt too “institutional”. My wife and I live a few minutes from Melrose Station, so we went to take a tour without my aunt. We were so impressed! The facility is gorgeous, kept immaculate, and has that “just right” feel to it. It is also very “homey”. My aunt first moved in for a “respite” 30 day stay in November. We hoped that she would like it and agree to become a permanent resident. Mission accomplished! She loves it, the staff, the food, the ambience:) Family members who visit rave about it as well. My aunt tells me that she can’t believe how happy she is there, and thoroughly enjoys her new social circle.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional care my father has received since moving into the Memory Care neighborhood, Reflections at The Residence at South Windsor Farms. The entire team, thoughtfully led by their Memory Care Director, is truly dedicated to providing a safe and engaging environment for residents. Her flawless communication has been a highlight for our family—she provides daily updates, keeping us informed about my father’s well-being and any changes. It’s clear that she and her team take the time to understand each resident’s unique needs, ensuring they feel valued and cared for. The activities offered are thoughtfully designed to keep residents mentally and physically engaged, and the staff’s attention to detail is remarkable. We’re so grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and consistency shown by everyone here. It’s a comfort to know my father is in such capable, compassionate hands. Highly recommend!

My Dad has been a resident in the Reserve’s memory care unit for [date removed]. He is benefiting greatly from the caring staff that provides regular medication management, meals and housekeeping. The facility is beautiful and kept very clean. Their Sales & Marketing Director is absolutely wonderful and has treated us like family since day one. Management has changed recently, but my initial interactions with the new administration have been positive.

Our Dad is thriving at The Reserve! It's a loving community where everyone looks out for each other. Now, we can enjoy being his children and spending quality time together without the constant worry of him being alone or in need of help we couldn't entirely offer. Thank you to everyone! Each role within the community is essential, and together, they create a seamless, collaborative environment.

My aunt seems really happy here. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the environment feels clean and organized. She's made many friends and enjoys the activities they have. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a place for a loved one!

My aunt has been living here for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about it! I can’t say enough about the people that work at the residence at freeman lake, just top notch. They care so much for their residents, they treat them like family. The food is great and they have great activities for the community to keep everyone engaged. You can’t go wrong having your loved ones live in this community!

Visiting my friend at The Residence at Freeman Lake is always a pleasure. The staff are so kind and attentive, and it’s clear they truly care. My friend is happier, more active, and feels right at home here. The community is clean, welcoming, and full of life. It’s great to see my friend thriving in such a supportive place. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for excellent care for a loved one.

I rarely write reviews but recently I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside the clinical team from The Residence @ Freeman Lake as an outside VNA provider, and I have been blown away at the professionalism and care their staff provide to their residents. From the kitchen department to the front line nurses and Administration the teamwork and dedication they’ve shown to ensure that quality of care matters has exceeded my expectations. I travel regularly to various communities for my work and I must say this place is truly at the top of my list. The residents are well taken care of and most importantly are happy.

I joke with the staff that they better save me a bed, I love coming to visit my Mom. It feels like a home. Great personalities and caring people- it’s what they do. It’s the last place you want to move your parent, but this has been seamless

The residence at Freeman is a beautiful community, the residents all look happy & there is always something going on when you enter. Ever since my friend has moved there she has actually partaken in all of the activities! The food is also fantastic.

When it was time for my mother to start looking at facilities to live in, she was so scared and very nervous about the whole process. Choosing the residence at freeman lake was the best decision we could have possibly made for her. The staff have gone over the top to make sure she is comfortable and enjoying her new home. The director has personally gone above and beyond for us, and my mother proving how much she truly cares for these residents. The resident care director is always wanting the best for mom, and making sure she gets the correct care she needs. The whole environment of this community is everything I could ever ask for.

My family is here. They are taken care of very well. Any questions or concerns, they are addressed immediately. I wouldn’t want my family member in any other assisted living facility. The nursing director & executive director are awesome and extremely helpful. Place is very clean, the culinary experience is top notch. We never had a bad meal here. There are also many activities to enjoy in the community.

My Mom is genuinely happy here. I could cry happy tears writing this. I just received a picture of her at a concert. And then she went out to lunch with her friends. I don’t think my mother has left her home in 3 years. I don’t know how the staff there did it, but they get her out on their van, and she’s so happy to share her day with me at the end of the day. So much to tell me. We visited lots of places, the staff here sold us. They’ve continued to amaze us.

The team at LCB Freeman Lake is beyond amazing. They are truly in it for the right reasons and, take such good care of their residents. Their kindness and compassion make you feel like instant family. I highly recommend this assisted living for anyone looking for a home like environment with an amazing leadership team.

I could not be more pleased with this community. The experiences I have had in memory care (and with the assisted living team!) have been nothing but positive. This entire team goes so far above and beyond to care for the residents. The Memory Care Director and Executive Director are both nurses which helps put my mind at ease when I think about the care my loved one needs. This, coupled with the incredible dedication of the Nursing Director, has solidified the relationship and confidence I feel with this community. You truly need to visit to see how incredible this place is and why we would choose this over the other options locally. Thank you to the entire Residence for all you do for us each and every day!
