The food and meal preparation is very good. Staff is accommodating and loved ones are able to visit anytime. The facility is clean. And the medical personnel are accessible

Staff very helpful in answering questions and visitors walking around the facility to observe themselves in the company of a staff person who can answer any questions they may have. Visit three different times and check out how The Residence compares to others. I found that very helpful in making my decision to move to The Residence at Shelburne Bay and have never regretted it.

It is a smaller residence so you can quickly get to know the other people and it feels more like Home. My mother says the food is delicious, and again, I think that dedication of the staff is top-notch. I can't speak highly enough of the activities coordinator [name removed]. She is amazing, so dedicated to the residents.

Mom’s exact words were “I am very happy here.” Mom always said she wanted to die in her own house”, but it became too difficult since she lived alone. Mom told me that she was surprised that all of the people that live at the Residence at Voorhees were very nice. I told her that was because they were happy. Mom enjoys the food, activities, entertainment, and social interaction. The management and staff go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the family members as well as the people that live there.

Just like "Cheers " , every one knows your name. Location - in same town .Friendliness of all employees even 4 months later. Open , attractive areas on main floor. Bright , ample studio "with a view" .

I was concerned about where my parents were planning on moving, but my concerns were quickly settled when I visited Suffolk by the River. The property was beautiful! the food was fabulous and the people working seemed to love their jobs and the residents. The person that answered our questions, Valerie, was kind and informative. I highly recommend Suffolk by the River.

They are very friendly with clean and quiet rooms, and very good menu choices.

. I am very happy here. Feel good value for my money, though more costly than other places. Choose it because it offers continuing care, has an extraordinarily compassionate, caring staff who go out of their way to make this our home.

Very clean. Lots of great activities. Great about checking in if they don't see my Mom for a bit, both with her and with me. Suggested a pharmacy program that has been a lifesaver. Great that she can see a nurse, her PCP, the dentist, podiatrist, and hairdresser without leaving the building.

They have an open menu from 7 to 7 and they could order anything that they wanted. Loads of activities, including happy hour every day at 3:30 and excursions. After less than one year, her rent went up significantly.

I think they could do more trips for those in memory care and maybe offer a couple of group exercise classes which they did at [community removed]. But I thought the staff was incredibly and caring. As for memory care I would recommend it as a place for someone who is elderly and needs more care than [community name removed] memory care which has more activities but better for those with earlier dementia but physically able. Might like Sellecks AL set up more than [community removed]. Seemed easier place to make friends

My husband was only there for a month but in that time I would rate each category a 5. Everyone was very kind and accommodating to the people there. The facility was very clean which was the first thing I noticed when I first visited. They were very good at keeping me up to date on what was going on with my husband and would call with any concerns.

The staff is great. My mom says they are very helpful to her. They always check in on her. The admin takes the time to introduce you to the head staff when you initially are accepted as a resident and makes you feel comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend this assisted living place to anyone. I feel very confident my mom is taken well care of.

The staff has been wonderfully attentive and friendly. My mother-in-law has gotten extremely comfortable and loves the other residents and staff

What we like the most about The Resdience at Quarry Hill is that Everyone is very polite, nice and helpful. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My Mom needed a safe place to live after her stroke, initially we found [community removed]. Mom was left like a piece of furniture, they did nothing with the residents on their memory care unit. When we reported a serious safety concern as a necessary piece of safety equipment was removed from her room, they did absolutely nothing about it for hours. We moved her to the Lighthouse and couldn't be more happy with the staff and facility. They are all kind and caring and Mom is so much more content in her current life situation. The Lighthouse has been a wonderful place for our mom. The staff is awesome and so attentive and caring!

Very friendly staff, beautiful property, good location, nice room layout, very positive experience overall. My father is 102 years old and he chose Quarry Hill for the location and because he used to visit residents there.

My 99 year old mother-in-law has been there for almost 2 years. She is happy and cared for. The staff has been helpful and attentive. I am especially thankful to the Director, [name removed], who is always quick to respond and manages this place in a way that makes it feel like a safe home. We are very happy that this is the place we chose.

I was incredibly impressed with the Residence at [name removed] during a recent visit. There were so many wonderful activities happening - and the residents all seemed engaged and in good spirits. The living accomodations are beautiful and immaculately clean. And the staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met during visits like these. I would recommend this place for anyone considering helping their loved ones transitioning into an ongoing care setting.
