Getting her transferred was a little rough and could've been smoother, but otherwise we are happy with the choice. Thank you for all the help. Have all medications and Dr change totally set up. And complete list of linen, towels and toiletries needed.

My mom as been at Traditions for a couple of years now. She has many friends there now and really enjoys the activities. She is very opinionated and tells us all the time how happy she is there even though she was skeptical at first. She enjoys sitting outside, the exercise classes, happy hour* and her private space where she can relax and be at home. She has slowed down a bit lately and Traditions is supporting her all the way. She gets health care as well on site, for the most part we don't have to take her to the doctor's office any more for most services, the NP visits her in her room if any health care is needed. So that's a big plus. *happy hour is is her favorite activity :)

My Mom has been living at The Residence for 18 months and she is thriving. Her quality of life has improved significantly after moving from an apartment where she lived alone. She engages in many activities and even hosts a painting class. The staff are caring and engaging and build relationships with the residence. I know my Mom is happy and safe! Great for her and great peace-of-mind for me and my brothers.

For the short time I have been living at The Residence at Shelburne Bay, I have had nice experiences. The staff and residents are all friendly and helpful. There are many things to do, both physically and culturally, and I have yet to be bored.

I first heard about The Lighthouse through a friend, and I’ve been attending their Lunch & Learn programs whenever I can. The education they provide is so valuable, and I always walk away having learned something new. The support from the team is wonderful, and the food is consistently great! I don’t currently have a loved one in need of care, but these sessions give me knowledge and resources that I know will be helpful when the time comes. Highly recommend attending if you get the chance!

A dear friend of mine recently moved into The Lighthouse at Lincoln, and I can honestly say this place has been such a blessing. Every time I visit, the folks there greet me with the kindest smiles and treat my friend like family. She’s happier, more at ease, and really enjoys the activities and meals they offer. The whole community just feels warm and welcoming, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s surrounded by people who truly care.

Watching someone you've known since grade school face memory loss is something you never expect—and it's been an emotional journey. But I can honestly say that finding Lighthouse at Lincoln has brought tremendous comfort during such a difficult time. The staff here are exceptional—kind, patient, and genuinely dedicated to supporting not just residents, but families too. My dear friend is treated with such dignity and warmth, and it shows in the little things: the thoughtful activities, the gentle routines, the compassionate care. I never imagined we’d be walking this path, but I’m so thankful she’s in a place where she’s safe, supported, and still able to experience moments of joy. Lighthouse is more than a memory care community—it’s a lifeline for families like ours.

My dads is very happy there and the staff have been doing a great job! I would definitely recommend! hey really show a lot of personal attention to the residents and do a great job providing a sense of community.

The Residence at Glastonbury surpassed my expectations in care, nutrition, services, lodging and meaningful activities. Great staff. We went from independent living to memory care and hospice in place.

The Residence at Voorhees is very welcoming. The staff is great. Very helpful. Many daily activities with amazing directors. The nursing staff is great as well. The Residence is immaculately clean, dining options are delicious & staff super friendly. The residents all seem happy with the accommodations. My family is very happy we chose The Residence at Voorhees

The food is superb and you are able to order off the menu, if you want breakfast all day you can have that. The staff is highly qualified, they seem to assign your loved one with two regular staff members, so they know you well and are highly trained. The staff checks on each resident in memory care every hour, which is part of the excellent care. Seems like most CNAs are from this country, which helps my father-in-law because if someone has an accent he doesn't understand what they are saying. The facility is gorgeous and the rooms in memory care have a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, so it feels just like home. The rooms are kept extremely clean and the staff and residents all know and greet you by name. I love the monthly large events that family are invited to, also love the ice cream socials on Saturdays and Sundays. They have lots of activities and hold them in both memory care and assisted living. That way the two areas are more united, which helps when spouses or friends might move into memory care from assisted living. It is made to feel like memory care is not a negative but just another part of the facility as a whole.

They were amazing. The staff is phenomenal. Very approachable and absolute wealth of information and empathy.

Two years ago we were looking for an assisted living facility for our family member. We visited many places and The Residence at SW Farms was our last stop. Talk about saving the best for last! The staff and administrators go out of their way to make sure residents are well cared for, healthy, safe, entertained and well nourished. Top notch in every way!

My parents moved in 4 months ago. From the first day, staff has been welcoming and accommodating. Activities are accessible and spread out throughout the day. and the special activities are a nice touch. Many dining choices are available.

The staff at Lighthouse are always so warm, welcoming and have a smile. The facility is immaculate and well maintained. The residents are well cared for and look as though they are enjoying their new home.

My father lives in the memory care unit at Quarry Hill. He receives excellent care by staff who clearly love him. We have great communication & family support from Quarry Hill. He is engaged in activities, has trusting relationships with staff & they provide excellent nursing support.

My family is so happy with our choice to have The Residence at Bedford as my father-in-law’s new home. My father-in-law is in memory care, he loves his new apartment, the food is superb, and the staff is so attentive and caring. We really enjoy the beautiful facility and grounds as well as the monthly events which our family can enjoy with our loved one. We also like enjoying meals as a family in the dining room. The staff all know us by name and make an extra effort to make sure that we feel welcome and that my father-in-law is happy. For example the director of The Residence took my father-in-law to the dining room for lunch with two other gentlemen from assisted living. It was so nice for him to get special attention and have a fun break in routine. A added bonus is that the residents are very friendly and outgoing and make an effort to get to know new families. The Residence at Bedford is a very caring and supportive community.

It's new and clean with very nice staff and residents. The food is very good, especially compared to the previous place I lived. The activities are very good, but it's hard to please everyone. I live in Independent living and the care is fine. My apartment is spacious and bright. Administration could be a little more responsive, but that's very likely not the fault of local mgmt., but rather home office fiats. I'm happy here in this very pretty facility. I have my car, new friends and everything I need. Of course it's expensive, but not as bad as some facilities, and my physical and occupational therapy are very and accessible.
