It's new and clean with very nice staff and residents. The food is very good, especially compared to the previous place I lived. The activities are very good, but it's hard to please everyone. I live in Independent living and the care is fine. My apartment is spacious and bright. Administration could be a little more responsive, but that's very likely not the fault of local mgmt., but rather home office fiats. I'm happy here in this very pretty facility. I have my car, new friends and everything I need. Of course it's expensive, but not as bad as some facilities, and my physical and occupational therapy are very and accessible.

Was able to have my mom cared for while I recovered from an injury for a two month stay. She received excellent care, better than other facilities we tried for respite care. The facility was clean, the staff caring and there was enough activities for her to stay engaged. I would have kept her there if the pricing was more affordable for the long haul. That said the pricing is competitive for the area. All elder care facilities cost way more than they should.

There are limited onsite parking including day parking for visitors is a plus, given its location. Surrounding area seems less walkable offsite and had limited access to onsite outdoor spaces, which could be a minor detractor but it depends on the individuals staying there.

Only downside is rates increase yearly, but we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

My family has had a great experience with The Lighthouse! The facility has been designed with all of the small details in mind to make memory care patients live quality, fulfilling, dignified lives. The staff are so attentive and caring. They even text us pictures of my loved one on a regular basis, which is great to share with extended friends and family that are not close by. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a care facility for a loved ones living with memory issues!

My father had to move abruptly because of storm damage to his house where he was still living independently with progressing memory issues. I toured half a dozen places in a week’s time and of all the places, this one stood out. The staff are incredibly caring and helpful and have already gotten to know my dad personally. The other residents are also quite friendly. The building is newer, the apartments are well appointed, and it’s near many amenities such as groceries, coffee shops, and public transportation. And the facility isn’t overwhelming or a maze which might have been an issue at some of the other larger places. The activities they offer are the perfect type and amount for him at this stage in his life. I’m also thankful for this service that helped us find this option in such short time!!

The Residence at Valley Farm is an outstanding community. Everyone is warm, welcoming and goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The move in process was seamless, the dining and activity options are well planned. My sister was the resident and over the course of the months, required increased assistance, (which was delivered in her apartment), the team was professional and caring in helping to negotiate the next steps, into Memory Care. Any questions or concerns were answered or addressed within a timely manner. The Care Plan Director, nursing staff and RCA's are skilled, caring and professional. I would recommend the Residence at Valley Farm to anyone looking for a community of continuity of care.

Facility very clean and bright. Staff has been wonderful about everything and so very friendly. My friend [name removed] who lives there says it is Totally better than she ever expected.

The staff is caring, attentive, and professional. It is obvious that they truly care about the residents. I visited many facilities to try to find the right fit for my loved one, until I visited The Lighthouse. After my tour, I was hopeful that this was the right place for him and it absolutely was the right decision. He is safe, relaxed, and engaged. I can visit him anytime. When I do visit, he is generally participating in an activity which brings me joy. Because of their special training, the staff is adept at encouraging participation. They really get to know the residents as individuals. They are wonderful!

The staff was very caring and friendly. They recognized what Dad liked and worked with him versus ordering him around. They were very patient.

The staff at the Residence at Great Woods is caring, professional, exceptional and committed to caring for the residents. The facility is also top notch, from the activities offered to the meal selection offered everyday. We were blessed to have our mother cared for by this outstanding staff. We highly recommend the Residence at Great Woods.

Very helpful administrators and staff. Always friendly and helpful with questions and if any concerns they were addressed immediately.

The facility and staff have been very nice to my mother as well as me. Always willing to help with questions and make my mother feel comfortable and safe.

I would just say that the transition to senior living is (usually) a very difficult and stressful process. Ours was complicated by my father's serious hospitalization right before him moving in to Boylston Place. The team at Boylston....the sales director to the director of memory care to the head of nursing....went above and beyond to make it a smooth transition. I can't say enough nice things about the efforts they went through. And the care and lifestyle he has enjoyed since moving in has been as impressive as his transition.

My mom, myself, and everyone who visited had all great things to say about it. Even after my mom was in Reflections, we could take her to other areas of the facility and enjoy the patios, game room , or pub to watch ball games. The care my mom received was amazing. All the women and men were very caring and supportive. I felt confident that my mom was in a safe and supportive place. Mercer Hill is a special place!

ALL staff are so helpful and friendly. Staff also have such a wonderful rapport and amazing respect for the tenants.

Clean, Caring attentive staff, on site dr visits, nurses, aids, dining room, activities, hair salon/barber shop. We check 3 other facilities within walking distance and by fair we were and are VERY happy with her care for the last year she has lived there!

Staffing was excellent and helpful. Day staff very involved with patients. Unfortunately my mom developed some medical issues they were unable to treat due to state laws. Mom would go to the hospital and staff at the hospital would take her off her dementia medication, which took her back several steps. The facility is beautiful and home like. Most of the aides and nurses were wonderful. Administration was great as well. The food was not so good. Mom did not participate in many of the activities. The value for the money was excellent.

In my line of work, I have been fortunate to frequently visit The Lighthouse at Lincoln, and I cannot recommend this community highly enough! The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. A special shout-out to [name removed] and [name removed]– their dedication and compassion are far above and is shines through their happy and engaged residents. The Lighthouse at Lincoln is a wonderful place for loved ones to thrive!

Immaculate, comfortable facility with warm, caring staff who are incredibly knowledgeable in memory care. With numerous activities , excellent cuisine and great sense of community, this is a safe, happy home for loved ones in need of a helping hand with daily living.
