They have had issues with Covid-19. They have done their best to protect the residents. The staff is dedicated. I would move there again. I would recommend them to others. The room sizes are excellent. They have different floor plans. They have a lovely courtyard out back overlooking the lake. The food is excellent. Family members are welcome. During Covid-19 they have a newsletter on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They are doing well in communicating with families.

They have a 2 year waiting list for the patio homes. We were not able to actually visit one of the patio homes as they are all occupied.

My mother was here briefly. I thought they were doing their part and they were fine. There is an adjustment period for any place you go, though. But overall I thought they were great. I thought the staff was pretty good and I’ve been there periodically on different occasions for hours at a time. It’s very apparent that the staff cared about the residents because they knew all of them by name and interacted with them well. The only thing I will say I didn’t like is that I didn’t see that scheduled things were really being adhered to, such as showering. I spoke to them on the phone and they gave me her shower schedule. I would call my mom to check on it and by the time I spoke with her, she still hadn’t been given a shower. One of her pain medications was only available on request and they would not give it to her unless she could tell them the name of the medicine, but it’s a difficult name to pronounce and it’s disappointing that they wouldn’t let her have it. The food seemed good, though, and it seemed to be well balanced and nutritious. Everything seemed to be clean and housekeeping would come by once a week to help change the bed sheets and the towels. They would also vacuum the floors and clean the bathrooms.

After only being here 3 weeks my father in law became ill and the staff was the ones that picked up that something wasn't right with him and brought it to our attention. The staff is wonderful very attentive and professional and nice. The community is nice very clean and well maintained. The food seemed to be good. The location is great very close to my home so we can be there often to visit. We would recommend them.

I enjoyed my tour with the staff, they did a nice job showing me around and answering my questions, they were friendly and the community is very nice. My mom was not sure that she cared for the multi levels and she had her heart set on another community she had already seen.

My mother in law is doing very well here she likes it a lot. She is participating in all the activities that they offer on site but she does not care for doing the thing off the grounds. She likes to socialize with the residents here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to the residents. She has said the food is not good at all not hot and it tends to be tough by the time it is served. It has been mentioned to the administration so hopefully, in the near future that will change

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far she is loving it. I am so happy to see how well she has adjusted and how much she is liking her new living environment. The staff have been fantastic to work with and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities with the other residents. Overall it has been the perfect fit and I would recommend it to anyone interested.

I liked this community very much however at the time they had a long wait list and I can understand why. The inside was nice clean not outdated presented a homey feel. The staff seemed nice and helpful answered our questions on the tour. It appeared they offered a fair amount of activities for the residents to join. The only major issues that I had was the wait list other than that very nice place.

This community was just a little larger than what my loved one was looking for. The people we met during the tour were nice. They do seem to offer some nice activities. They have a movie room as well as a fitness center.

My father is well at this community. He is being cared for very well at this community. The staff is great.

Our tour of the Meridian Village went well, but it was farther from our home than we wanted. The place was very clean and well maintained. Very ice place overall just not what we were looking for at the moment.

The main issue I have with this community is that they ordered an assessment by a home health agency and did not notify us, otherwise the place is good. The staff are great with my mom. She is in a small memory care unit that is always nice and clean. The food seems ok and mom does not have any complaints. I would recommend this community but I would suggest checking into the communication first.

I like the cute pillars in the rooms and beautiful pictures hanging all around and plenty of sitting. The staff are really, really great and accommodating. They allow my mom to smoke and allow animals. There are always fun things going on. It is clean and well maintained. The food is good. Kudos to A Place For Mom for being prompt. I got a live person within seconds and provided me with great information! We got great service and made everything easy

When we looked around we looked at ten or eleven places. This was in our top two, it came down to location, and availability. This was a nice place, with big rooms. We liked it a lot.

We had a little problem getting his medication right, people were very helpful and friendly, the place is beautiful,we cant wit till all the snow melts and we can go outside, thnk u so much for a place for mom,im very grateful for your help, i would recomend highly.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. It was not a bad visit, a few things would stand to be improved, but it also was not the worst. The care services were just enough to meet our loved ones needs. Overall, it was okay, and someone we might consider due to it being conveniently located for family.

Very happy that we moved mom to Keystone Cedars. Very nice room, tailored level of care, plenty of activities, and lots of new friends.

Nice apartments on both sides but smallest assisted living apts were small. Indie living meal times were ltd. Transportation was ltd to groups mostly. Beautiful mtn views.

The food looks appetizing, I would say a 4. I would like to see the director be a little more knowledgeable about the facility. The biggest reason we chose them was location, and ambiance, it was homey and the nurses were great, and they came recommended by a few people. The care takers were excellent, in the memory care unit. Mary Ann the marketing executive told us that after private pay, she would be able to get assistance from the state. After signing the contract we found out that we were not eligible for that. That was extremely frustrating.

They do a very good job here. It's a nice looking place, and they keep it very clean. The staff are great, and provide a lot of one on one care and attention. They really get to know the personalities and care needs of each resident, and know how to deal with their particular issues. The only problem we've really had is that I have to be sure to double-check the bills we receive, as there have been mistakes more than once.
