Overall I think they do a very good job here, I'd give them high marks across the board! It's very clean, and everyone has been very friendly so far. They seem to have a good amount of activities to keep everyone entertained, as well!

When choosing a place with mom the aesthetics and full kitchen in apartments at Keystone Place became deciding factors. My mom is in independent living so she does not receive a lot of care services, but I'd give them a four for the food and cleaning services. She has an outdoor patio and the transition from a home, which my mom lived in her whole life, to an apartment was less jarring because of how nice Keystone Place is. We didn't mind paying more for a newer and nicer facility, my mom was immediately enthusiastic about Keystone Place which really sold us on the place. The food is really good, over other places we toured, I think it's good, although my mom has some complaints, she's not complained about anything else at Keystone Place. The people are really lovely, the residents are very nice, and the people who run the place, the concierge are all very lovely. Kathy Smith has been helpful along with several other staff members, they are very good at clearly communicating expectations. I feel comfortable they will contact me if my mom is not adjusting as well as we expect. So far everything has been great!

Facility clean. Lots of activities/ events. Just had a huge 7% rate increase. Having issues keeping kitchen help. Lost a cook and pastry chef who didn't last 1 month.

There has been tremendous turnover in administration which impacted our experience greatly at the beginning. Not a good start. But things are improving and the memory care area has been consistently good.

Management is very helpful and patient with all the families questions. Very nice and clean, lots of activity and outings.

I only have good things to say. No place is going to be perfect. Keystone does a fine job. The staff at Keystone memory care have been kind, loving and professional. They have made my Mom feel comfortable and safe. The activity director spends lots of hands on time with the residents. She always has plans to enrich their day.

I can say Keystone is a very nice place. My mom's apartment is spacious and very nice. She has a handicap accessible and it is great. I am very pleased with the care and service my mom gets there. Of course my mom still misses her house but my brothers and I are very grateful she is there. It is 100% better than the bug invested [community name removed] (I think it had a name change).

The overall experience is above fair. Quality of dining is an ongoing disappointing experience, staff are excellent, but scarce, there appears to be a strong disconnect between the administration and the paying residents. Generally pleasant environment, very limited staffing is chronic, high turnover, at nearly $[removed]. Per month for two, assisted living, not a bargain!

There is a new Director just coming on board. Theses ratings are based on the previous Director. I am already seeing positive changes with the Interim and new Director and hope they will continue. Hopefully this is a new beginning for Keystone to regain their reputation.

The residents are upset with the menu. Keystone Place needs a completely healthy new menu. For instance, there is no low salt intake option and no selection for diabetic desserts.

Overall good. A little leerie about the nursing staff. My mom was discharged from the hospital with an injectable blood thinner. Prior to discharge, I spoke directly to the director of health and wellness about administering the medication. She assured me it was no problem. As it turns out, CT law does not allow assisted living nurses ( LPN) to administer shots. This left us in a complete bind. It was a Friday evening, so we were in a bind. A family member came to do the shots for the weekend. My mom was moved to hospice that Monday. She also has an impatient aide during the night shift who was a bit rough transitioning her from the bed to the bathroom. My dad is still residing there, and it has been OK. He finds everyone to be very nice and helpful. He is pretty independent and doesn’t require much help. So far, he is comfortable. Food is decent, and there are a lot of activities.

Staff is hardworking, considerate, kind, friendly, etc. Rather high turnover in staff and administration. Need to train new staff with more time and effort. As far as the good goes, they need a greater variety. Improved quality. Quality of dinner entrees is inconsistent.

Keystone Place is working out well for our loved one. The facility is new, so navigating the pre-move in requirements and paperwork was a rather unorganized process. But we got it done. The move in process is completely left up to the family, no help from the facility. Since they are not yet at full capacity, our loved one currently gets a LOT of attention. However, my family and I imagine that this will change over time/as they get more residents. Overall, we would absolutely recommend Keystone Place to others!

Staff is friendly and very caring. The facility is great. The facility is newer. About 3 years old. The independent living apartments are very comfortable and fairly large. The concierge staff is excellent. The assisted living is good. Occasional hiccups in care giving calendar at the beginning but seems to have worked things out. Cleaning staff is excellent.

I would say that they are a very pleasant place but not equipped to deal with people with aggression. They could not handle my loved ones aggression so they evicted him after a little over a month. Tt was not a good experience.

The one drawback is she was brought to apt and not shown or told anything. Care was a little slow to begin with but she was also confused so its difficult to know exactly. Her husband may someday move to independent living with meals someday

When it comes to the meals and dining, the meals need improvement - they are lacking in quality. However, based on the experience we have had so far with Keystone Place at Terra Bella, we would recommend this community to other families.

I am currently a resident at Seaside at Fort Myers and my experience at this facility has been good. The staff is nice and passionate. The cleanliness and friendliness is good. The care services, value for cost and activities are also good. The food is cold a lot of times. I do eat in my room a lot though, so that could be my issue but I'm going to start going down and getting my food. So hopefully, it will stay warm!

My loved one is a resident at Keystone Commons and so far things have been very good. This facility is excellent! The staff is very caring. Communication with the family is excellent. My loved one loves the meals. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

We toured Keystone Place at Richland Creek when looking for an Assisted Living facility for my loved one. Everything was very good here. The cleanliness and friendliness were good. The atmosphere and our tour guide were also very good.
