The staff is very encouraging on their residents to participate on activities up to a comfortable level. My mother in law will participate when family is with her. I feel that she is in a safe community. The staff are really nice and communicate well. My mother in law says that the meals are wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this location.

The location and building is beautiful. It is comfortable, clean and feels like a home. The staff is friendly, warm, caring and extremely in tune with the residents. They get to know each resident and it feels like a family. We are very happy with the care they are giving our parents and are happy to encourage others to visit and take a tour. Kelly is fabulous and the nurses and Director of Health and Wellness go above and beyond. The General Manger Beth is there for the residents and their families anytime for question, help and or direction.

Clean interior and outside. 1 bedrm apts., are huge w/lg kitchen, walk-in closet, lg bath, emergency call in bedrm. Each apt. has a 3x6' patio. Hospice care is allowed in the apt. Laundry taken care of by resident or staff. Housekeeping takes care of each apt/wk. Menue changes everyday. Bus service takes resident to Dr. appts. anywhere and to entertainment. The risidents were very active with rolling walkers, canes wheelchairs. Indoor pool, exercise rooms. Very social w/shuffleboard league, pinocchle, bridge & bingo, working on puzzles. Considering this place.

We were friends before we even met. Communication with Mary Ann prior to the move was friendly, factual , and helpful. As were arrived the welcoming group were friends from the start. The start was an accurate reading of what was to come. People stopped by to welcome and introduce themselves. In the beginning we were escorted to the dining room. Maintenance team practically moved in with us helping with the unpacking and settling. Dining room staff pleasant at all times; delivering meals with a smile. We are convinced kindness is a prerequisite of the job.

We were pressed for time, and they helped us get the place clean and in there all set up and living there in just two days. They went out of their way to make accommodations for us. The services and the people there are fantastic. They make sure she gets down to her meals and to the activities (which there are plenty of). Mom really loves it there, and has made a lot of friends.

Out of price range. No medicaid. Great facilities.

Just to preface this review, this is the only community we've worked with, but we've had a very positive experience with them. They provide all the care my Mom needs, and the community itself is very nice looking. The staff are friendly, and there seem to be plenty of activities to keep the residents busy. It was very conveniently located, and when we toured it we really didn't see the need to look at other, possibly much farther away options.

Oh this place is just beautiful. The people were very friendly and helpful when I went on the tour. I would have loved it here! They had a really long wait list, though, and we couldn't wait at all to move my grandma.

Keystone Commons seems to be very well run. The community is very clean and it seemed like it would be a good place for my loved one. So far we have not been able to find anything wrong with it. We are please with them so far and would recommend them to anyone.

It was very nice, and the closest to what I want for him. It was expensive, you got that right.

visited Nov 12, more sun rooms offered, all levels of care excellent, local TV and cleaning included, rather pricey but very nice community

VERY EXCITING! If we can get this worked out, I think this is the place. they take Medicaid without a wait period!!! This non profit organization takes care of all the needs of the resident. Issue would be Medicaid would take Mom's SS money and in return, they cover the rest of the cost for the facility. She would get about 100 dollars back in spending cash. They allow dogs and he said they will try to work towards placing her on the 1st floor. At least the dog can come and visit! How cool!!! Called her immediately after this conversation. She said niece lives in the same town. They will try and go look at it this weekend. the Director said we are now officially on the list.

Every thing on this is perfect

All the places that we looked at were satisfactory, including this one. We thought Keystone Place was very nice. It was just farther away than we wanted to be, and a much bigger community than we were looking for.

The meals and dining service is excellent and this community just has a very bright and homey feeling to it. Our only complaint would have to be the lack of supervision on the weekends, that could be improved some.

The past three years have been a blessing for me. I have a one bedroom, bath, laundry, full kitchen, partial office and deck. It has changed my life to one with friends, activities and comfortable surroundings.

It is a wonderful community for your loved one. There are a lot of activities available for the residents. The staff are outgoing, friendly, kind, and helpful. The community is clean. Everyone knows everyone.

Our review is for Keystone Place at Terra Bella. After a very lengthy search for a Nursing Home, we came upon Keystone Place at Terra Bella. As we continued with our selection, it became apparent Keystone would be able to provide all the services we were looking to obtain. As we admitted our loved one, we were extremely impressed with the individual care the staff was taken to accommodate our loved one. The staff was courteous, friendly, caring and was going over and above to accommodate our needs. After spending several weeks, our loved one never once complained about the food, staff assistance or surrounding area. Each day as we called upon the staff, we continued to be very impressed with their professionalism, efficiency, and overall caring. We find the monthly fee charged was well worth the care given. The staff was always willing to go far and above to accommodate our many request. We have never been disappointed in Keystone. If your looking for a place for your loved one to be cared for with great compassion and affection, then Keystone Place at Terra Bella is the place for you.

We couldn't be happier. My Mom is enjoying her new home and the staff and residence have all been so friendly and helpful. We all rest easier knowing she is in good hands.

I toured this community for my mom. I was not happy with the memory unit because it was not what I expected. My mom would of been unhappy here. Very over priced for the care here. The staff were nice. The community seemed very gloomy. This was not a good fit for my mom for the care that she needed. Familes would need to see if this would be a good community.
