The facility is exceptionally clean, very pleasant staff, convenient, flexible and accommodating provisions for visiting loved ones. Frequent activities offered to diversify and entertain. The only chronic negative is the food offerings in the dining room, although specific concerns have been bright to the attention of the administration, little has done to provide improvement.

So far things seem to be going well and we would recommend this community based on our experience so far

The staff are very friendly and caring and helpful. My mom was quite a handful and they did a great job with her. They do wonders with my dad as well. I would absolutely recommend Clearview Lantern Suites to others looking.

Keystone Place at Newbury Brook was a close second for us. The few reasons we did not go with this facility was because of the location, we were unable to tour the full facility at the time, and our loved one would have had to move into the Danbury location first and then the Litchfield which was a turn off for us.

I had brain surgery (hydrocephalies), sold house - no family.

Very nice community, but was too big for my loved one.

This has been a positive experience with the staff. The accommodations are nice as well. I would recommend the community to others for their loved one's care. The food is horrible. The meals are high in carbohydrates and doesn't reflect what is shown on the website. There is very little protein or fresh veggies or fruits. They could improve their ability to work with dietary restrictions. A sample meal with fried bologna sandwiches, that has a lot of bread, and canned fruit. I wish they had more fresh wholesome foods, like they advertise on the website. The food is served cold.

I enjoy living here 4 years of friends. Exercising and therapy are positive.

I'm very happy here the staff is helpful and friendly. The facility is bright and clean and there are lots of activities to do.

We thought Keystone Place was very nice but very expensive. The person who gave us the tour was terrific. The place was wonderful, and the location was ideal. They just wanted too much money.

From our understanding the activities are starting to come back slowly. Our loved one is a complainer but so far they have not complained about the food so we can assume its pretty good. We do feel that our loved one is getting goof value for their money.

It is good as any. It is close to my home, and the maintained staff is good. I would like to see better food during lunch and dinner for residents. It would be better if the food was available for different dietary needs.

We have had a wonderful experience, they people there are very very nice and they do seem very caring towards our loved one. We would without a doubt recommend the Keystone Commons community to others.

The staff is friendly, they have good follow up, and they provide feedback. I feel confident that my mother is getting care 24 by 7. The communication is good, and I get right through to speak to someone about my loved one.

This is a nice clean community and they treat their residence well. The communication between the staff and the families is good and they return my calls. The activities are great and include Bingo, and arts and crafts. I would recommend this community to others

My room and walk-in closet are spacious. My view over a tiny lake is pretty and serene. The weekly housekeeping is adequate and the physical therapy sessions bi-weekly are helpful. My medications are room delivered daily. The food is tasty and well-preparred and served in a large dining room at individual tables. The daily movie selections are terrible.

I'm happy here.

Nice area and people. Good food.

They raised the rent three times in two years. You need to be present to let them know you are involved. The food was good. They have entertainment. They have transportation. They had holiday parties. I would recommend them. They always were helpful and answered questions.
