Our family had an in person tour with All American Assisted Living at Londonderry and we really liked that the community was close to home!

Merryvale Assisted Living is a little lax in communication as far as the resident needs more personal supplies, shouldn't have to ask if need, should be told by staff low or out bring more also constantly loosing shoes and clothing and personal items even though marked with permanent marker

It's well worth a visit. I've recommended Butler St. Senior Living to many family members considering a place for their love ones. We picked this community because of the price, location and staff.

Based on what we've experienced at All American, I would recommend it to other families looking for assisted living. The staff is great and very attentive.

My mom has said that the residents here were all very friendly and welcoming. As far as the food goes, I think they need to offer healthier meal choices as well as more options for the residents to choose from. I would recommend All American at Hillsborough to others.

My brother was only 59, but they were willing to take him. Most places you need to be 65+ so we really appreciated how accommodating they were. I also though that they handled covid precautions very well. I would recommend All American at Raynham based off of our experience there.

The place is nice, but some of the aides there need to be retrained in Alzheimer's care. They have some really good aides and some really bad ones that aren't so nice. I feel that charging separately for disbursing meds is not good. I feel it should be included, and its very expensive. Otherwise the place is clean and meals are fine. I would recommend it overall. It's better than a lot of other places, even with the not so great aides.

With the care services I wish they had more aides for the amount of residents they have on the memory care side, however the value for cost is really good compared to other facilities I had visited. They also have so many different activities like, singing, jeopardy on big screen (popular), bingo, coloring, painting, crafts, golf, bowling - inflatable pins and ball, outside entertainment brought in, visits from dogs brought in, and walks outside when the weather is nice. They encourage the residents to participate in all activities.

Our family had an in person tour with All American at Enfield, and overall we thought it was a really nice place and tour, but at the time our loved one needed to move in there were no more single rooms left.

If a shared living space is something one would consider, All American is certainly cost effective option. It's a wonderful facility, bright, clean, and friendly. The tour guide was pleasant and very helpful to work with.

My loved one is getting good care. They can improve with communication. My mother has had trouble getting her front door fixed even though we have reported it several times. When she first moved in they raised the price and did not tells us until we were signing the paperwork. We have been in constant contact with the facility so there was absolutely no reason why they could not have communicated.

I toured this facility and it went good!

The only thing we didn’t like was you had to share a room with a roommate. The community was very loud and boisterous, which would have suited one of my parents but not the other. But it was a very happy place. It almost had the feeling of hotel, like you were constantly on vacation. Everyone was very nice and friendly.

They are very friendly. We picked this community, because of the value for the money. They check off all of the quality boxes. In general, they do everything well. They do the that best they can. They can improve on supervision of the nurses aides.

The facility is nice and the staff is wonderful. The food quality is the biggest issue. My mom has been there 7 months and they are on the 3rd cook. I would say if you are looking into this facility and your loved ones have specific dietary needs, they should look deeper into it.

The community has good staff; however I feel they are understaffed currently. There has been some staff turnover since my loved one moved into the community. Due to the staffing challenges this can cause delays in waiting for meals, care, and more. [name removed] the Director is wonderful; however she seems overworked. [name removed] is also wonderful. [name removed] does a great job with the activities for the residents.

What stood out to us about this place is that it was a smaller facility. One floor is Assisted Living and one floor is Memory Care. They worked very well with hospice and made my mom very comfortable in the end. She was able to stay at Bentley with hospice care until her passing. The staff was very caring. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We do understand a lot of community are having staffing issues, but this one seem to be better than most. They definitely have many activities and they try their best - for assisted they rate high. The value for the money is very good. We do really like the staff and so does our loved one. Sometimes it is also hard to keep everyone's clothes straight.

I liked Butler Street, and my parents liked it a lot. The building was a converted nun’s convent turned school that has since been repurposed for senior living. They were very organized and seemed to have a lot of activities for everyone there. Their cost was just a little out of reach for us.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was fine but they wanted our loved to do dual living and we just did not think that would work out
