I have no complaints of the tour I received from this community.All of the staff seemed friendly and I liked that the residents where involved in different activities throughout the building. It was just a little to expensive for my mothers budget.

During my tour of this community, the tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The place was very well maintained and had a positive atmosphere. The only downfall was the price, it was out of my budget.

Colleen was a very good guide to this place. It was the only one we visited that had a separate storage space for extra items we may want to keep for now. Gym was way too small with only 2 pieces of equipment but was in the works to be enlarged.

This is a great community, and everything is working out very well. My father is in good hands, they are providing him with care. The community looks nice, and he hasn't had any problems with the cleanliness. The staff is great, they are caring for him very well. Everything has worked out very well for us here, and I would recommend it.

Very nice facility although the surrounding area is not very pleasing. Many residents were outside on the veranda area unfortunately they only had a view of the road.

All American Assisted Living at Londenberry is a beautiful newer community. With a newer community they still are working out some gaps in care and overall safety. They just recently added alarms to the doors. The community is kept very clean and the cleaning staff keep the linens fresh. My loved one enjoys the food and eats all of the food offered. The staff are very nice good people

Staff is helpful and friendly. Beautiful setting. Clients are very happy and friendly as well. Highly recommend.

This is a new beautiful community. The staff are kind, compassionate, super professional and are getting to know each resident and their needs. The food is excellent and they offer several options. They have onsite physical and occupational therapy, exercise classes and a bus for outings. They offer one monthly fee that does not go up and they accommodate residents that require a high level of care.

I found the entryway and common areas and hallways a little worn and gloomy. The dining area was bright and cheerful and the one bedroom unit was the largest I have seen so far with the most storage in the kitchen area and throughout the unit. The only place with a full size fridge.

My wife lived in Rose Lane (Memory Care) for approximately 14 months. I personally liked the arrangement of clusters for the residents, with 8 apartments to a cluster and a common area offering seating and a television. Also, each cluster was visible to the central resident assistant work area. Another positive was the excellent meal preparation and proximity to the central kitchen. High marks go to the chef on staff.

Our experience with Bentley Commons has been a good one overall, it is a nice place! The facility is generally clean and well kept, and all of the staff I have met have been friendly and professional. We're very satisfied!

Toured. Wonderful facility with a great program for Assisted Living. The staff seemed kind and the residents happy. All rooms are companion suites which were pretty good. A little too expensive for us.

She is no longer there, she is at a nursing home rehab facility. She does still have a place at Merryvale. While she was there things were good. We do not have any issues or complaints with the staff or the facility.

My parents are so much safer there.

So far it's been great. We are very pleased with the care she has been getting. It's very clean and the staff has been very friendly. They have been very responsive to our needs. They were less expensive than the other places we looked at, and everything was included, so you weren't being charged for ten more minutes of care or that. I also liked that they had companion suites, so if someone comes to stay she still has her own room.

Overall I think they do a good job at All American Assisted Living! It is a nice looking place, and they take great care of the people who live here. I would rate them a 5, but they're going through some growing pains right now, they had a large influx of new residents and have been scaling up their staff.

She seems to be doing alright. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I haven't had complaints about food at all. It's pretty reasonably priced. I like it so far. I don't think anyone is perfect but they are good, I would give them a four out of five.

I had addressed a few things, but overall it has been good. The value is excellent. It's one of the best prices around. Every time I had an issue, calls were returned immediately. Any issues are resolved quickly. They are open. They are accommodating and listen. The All American Assisted Living is a really nice community. It has been a pretty good experience. I am pleased with the services and staff.

My mother in law has been a resident at Bentley Commons at Lynchburg for about 5 weeks now. She is very happy and enjoying all the friendly residents and staff. Mom does enjoy the food and it is a well balanced menu with a good variety. Meals are always on time and the dining room is well organized. The servers are great! They have a great system in place to address emergencies. There are call buttons in the apartments and residents wear pendants. The only down side is trying to get the staff to address any issues that may arise. The management will step in and get the issue resolved quickly.

Bentley Assisted Living is a very nice place overall, and I thought they did an excellent job looking after my loved one. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are all friendly and professional. Unfortunately they had a rather large increase in their prices, and we had to move our loved one to somewhere more affordable.
