My mother was there for only two weeks. She fell and hit her head. It was an unwitnessed fall. She ended up in the hospital and died two weeks later. My mother cried every day she was there. She had a lot of anxiety and wanted to go home.

I would highly recommend it all American, it would be helpful to know ahead of time that in the memory care unit patient's personal hygiene needs needed to be provided by the family. Things like toilet paper, are the responsibility of the patient's family. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because the bathroom in my loved one's room was poorly, attended to and there was never any hand towels and rarely toilet paper in place.

Overall a good experience so far. Some hiccups in December with temporary help filling in for full time staff. I was told there would be choices for meals but in the memory care unit I haven't seen that

What I like the most about the community is The staff. The staff members really are very caring. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families and already have!

I would recommend. The price was right and it was a newer establishment.

The overall experience was a life saver. We could visit her anytime yet it wasn't as stressful for everyone, and it was getting way too much for my father in law to handle. Most of the time the facility was very clean, once in a while they wouldn't wipe down a chair that someone had wetted. But most of the time it was clean. There were some staff there that was amazing,they just loved her. Then you had some that were not made for that job. I didn't deal with the administrative part if that is the part with bill paying. The food wasn't too bad until she had to have pureed food, then it seemed like she got the same stuff everyday. They did have some good entertainment about once a week. She loved it when they brought little animals that she could hold. They would have people come sing which she liked. I miss some of the people that took care of her, two of them actually came to the wake, which was so sweet. Those were her favorite ones, it meant a lot. So overall I would recommend All American but I did hear that some of the good people she dealt with have left.

It's been great! If there is an issue, they are great with communicating it. My Mother has been very happy there. We picked this community because of the location.

There has been a couple incidents with the dining room staff. However, what we like about the community is the nurses, activities and management. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have recommended this community to others and will continue to do so

For the activities, dad doesn't really participate in them any more and with the value for cost it is a 5 though we have no other experience to compare with. For Dad the shared (2 resident/apartment-style living set-up made for a good transition from living on his own to assisted living memory care. He likes his privacy, gets social stimulation @ meal times, special events & w/ family and enjoys the food well enough. He likes the staff and often remarks about how clean & nicely-kept the interior & grounds are. Caregivers are kind & respectful to residents & families. There've been some Admin & Wellness (Nursing) staff changes - things are still being worked-out but seem to be going pretty well. One thing I did let Admin know in a recent review request: some kind of family orientation would've been helpful - for things like policies (after 2 years our family is still discovering things we weren't ever made aware of), care plan or status updates, etc. All things considered, though, All American has been a good experience for Dad & we'd recommend considering it for anyone seeking memory care assisted living for a loved one.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful, but the meals could be improved on some

The nurse and aids know the sweet side as well as the ugly side of my mother who has severe Alzheimer's. They are patient, understanding and work with her. She is kept comfortable and content "most" of the time and that means the world to me.

I felt that the establishment was nice but the response time when my Mom needed help was too long especially when she had to go to the bathroom! While visiting, I saw it would be an hour or more for someone to respond. They would always say we are understaffed so you have to wait. Also, the food sometimes was not good for my Mom(lactose intolerant) so my sisters and I would have to bring her things to eat.The receptionists were so nice and there was one caregiver,[name removed]that Mom loved and we did too!When my Mom pasted, none one even called us to give condolences!

Caring and compassionate staff. Attentive to detail, good family interaction. Very homey atmosphere. Staff attentive to detail. Facility is currently short staffed as are most today but they do well.

I would absolutely recommend it. I have experience from both sides ..memory care and the traditional living because my mother-in-law lived there for several years and she was one of the first residents.

It's a beautiful, new center that is bright and cheerful, friendly staff and happy atmosphere. It seems that the assisted-living side of the facility is active and happy. On the memory care side-- where my loved one is --there are more challenges because of the diminished capacity of the patients. There's less engagement. There's a fine line between skilled care and memory care that is difficult to bridge. My loved one is there for the memory care and it seems to be improving as her time there goes by. The staff has been attentive and is trying their best to create a comfortable place where my loved one can be herself in the best possible way. When looking for a Care Center for your loved one try to be as clear as you can be about what their needs really are. Assisted-living, skilled care, and memory care are three very distinct levels of care. All-American is a fine choice, and they do their best to respect the needs and personalities of their residents. Keep in mind that generally, the healthcare industry has a difficult time keeping up their staffing levels because of the world we're living in these days. So while you're looking for the best possible place for your loved one, avoid idealizing your loved ones needs or the capacity of any Care Center. Overall, All-American gets very high marks

I would definitely recommend it to others. I would tell them that the cleanliness depends on the staff and they need to keep an eye on it. The same goes with Laundry.

I would highly recommend the facility to others. The staff is friendly and warm and very helpful. Communication has been good. The move-in process was wonderful. Everyone was very very helpful with getting him settled in. The food is better than we expected and is restaurant quality.

I would highly recommend that they visit all American assisted-living in Wrentham. I chose the all-American assisted-living in Wrentham because they had a two person cyst that could meet my husband's need at the time

I would say that overall it is a good place, it's clean, and the Administration is good, but they need more Aides to help, and the prices are high. Family still has to bring in toiletries, toilet paper , Kleenex, water, etc . I think older people who are in need of Assisted Living should not be charged this much money, especially when they are sharing a room with someone else . The price was just raised in January for all residents and these people are paying everything they have to be there .

Not everything we were told in the initial interview with them was totally accurate, but my loved one here seems to be content.
