We really liked this community. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly. We had a good feeling about it. It was definitely one we were considering, but we found one a little closer that is easier for us to visit. Very nice though.

My loved one has only been here for a few weeks, but so far everything has been going very well! The facility itself is very clean, and the staff members are all very caring and friendly! The only complaint I have is that sometimes there seems to be a lack of communication between staff members, I've had to repeat information about medication to two different staff members noticing the same information and calling me.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when we toured the facility. I was impressed by the clean rooms as well as the layouts. There were different activities going on when we toured and the residents all seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. I would highly recommend!

Gena, I want to thank you for taking quick action regarding my mother's reaction to the amoxicillin. I just talked to Betty and Carmichael's just delivered the Benadryl. (7:45PM) All of the people at MerryVale are so caring and helpful. We appreciate the culture you have created that results in this level of care.

After speaking to Tracy at Bentley Commons, this is not the right fit for my mom. Tracy was wonderful and very helpful with information. I did not tour the facilty; however, what I saw was very nice.

Very clean and new. Units were very nice, good sized. Food looked healthy and nutritious. Staff and residents seemed very friendly and pricing should be affordable.

I really liked them. they were very supportive and friendly and I hope I get a place for Mom. They do not have any progressive alzheimers facility but they will move the resident to the next level which is the facility next door.

Clean & neat. They follow the rules. I love it. great food, nice new dinning room. Room is clean and perfect.

The staff is friendly, and very helpful. They are very informative, and there to answer questions. My loved one seems to like the food. It's a very open and nice feeling place.

All American Assisted Living at Coram is a breath of fresh air after all the other previous communities our loved one has lived in. She has gone from being a total recluse to wheeling herself around in her wheelchair just living her life. The activities director [name removed] has done a wonderful job, and [name removed] who takes care of everything else and who has been there for a few months now is great. He goes out of his way to help schedule appointments for our loved one and keep us up to day. The only issues we have is that sometimes the response time is a little slow which can be frustrating.

Overall, the place is lovely. The people are lovely. I think certain things are just getting off the ground, and they're having the same problems everybody else is right now - hiring a good chef, hiring a driver for the van. But I think that will all work itself out. The only issue my loved one has mentioned to me is there's room for improvement with the food. She says the quality is just not great overall, and it's definitely not gourmet.

The gal who gave us the tour was great. When I walked in I did get a faded, old resort feel from the facility.

Communication could be better with the family, but the staff is amazing, and if I call with a question they answer immediately. They have a 4 o'clock happy hour, and I would like to retire here also. I would definitely recommend this community to others and we have already two of her friends.

I wanted to share our families experience.. not only is this a beautiful building and the cranberry bog setting, speechless .Residents are always happy and well cared for. During difficult times of limited visitation due to pandemic, AAAL Wareham is doing everything they can to keep residents safe, happy and entertained.

I have two friends living at All American Assisted Living and have visited about 30 times. This place is by far the best I have ever seen, the staff are just what they should be, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The place is always clean and have activities all day long. Also they have a nurse on staff, apt program. The food is excellent, tasteful and served by a friendly staff. If you or a family member needs this type of care, do your self a favor a take a tour, you won't know unless you visit. My opinion 5 star rating

This is an amazing place to have a loved one. My brother- in- law has been here almost a year and I have no complaints. Every time I go the staff is so very helpful and the place is exceptionally clean. They have many activities for the residents and the staff get to know their residents personally. It is such a plus to have a nurse on duty all the time. It puts my mind at ease knowing they will call the minute anything happens. Would recommend to anyone.

Choosing to place my dad at an assisted living facility was probably one of the hardest decisions I have had to make. I originally had him in a different place, but it turned out not to be a good fit for him or his needs. I needed him out of there very quickly and All American came to the rescue. After calling Caring for Mom, the director from All American immediately called me and saw me that day!! He sat with me, discussed everything from the food, activities, rooms, care and had me meet some residents. Dad is a very picky eater and he assured me that would not be a problem with their "restaurant style dining". He can also be difficult, because of course he would rather be home, but the staff is very good and keeps me constantly updated. The director is always available which I love. Great communication is so important. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. It is so beautiful and brand new. It is truly like a 5 star hotel. The grounds are well kept, and in and out are exceptionally maintained. The staff is so friendly and caring beginning with the front desk person all the way to the waitstaff. They are so accommodating with his every need. The price is very fair and I love that there are no "hidden" fees. Everything is included which was amazing to me because that is not the case in most places. I also love that they have a memory care unit right in the same building for if and when dad may need that level of care. I have witnessed several amazing staff members working with those residents as well, bringing them outside often on walks and also on community trips. That helped put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend All American Assisted Living to anyone who is faced this decision. I now know that this was the right decision for my dad and could not be more impressed with the facility, staff and overall experience at All American.

We really feel athat home here. The staff is friendly and are there for us with whatever we need. We are at peace here. The room is easier to get around in when you are in a wheelchair.
