We're very pleased with how things have turned out at All American Assisted Living! The staff here is friendly, helpful, and very kind to the residents. It's just a very nice, tight knit community, I would highly recommend it!

Dad moved into the All American Assisted Living in Londonderry NH when they'd been open for only 5 weeks. Despite the newness of the facility and systems, everything went very smoothly. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They always say hi when they encounter a resident, calling them by name, asking how the family is, etc. The other residents are a hoot and so very supportive of each other, watching for each others' safety (don't forget your walker..) and having a marvelous time enjoying each others' company. The 2-bedroom suite that Dad is in is not huge, but ample, and he is paired with a gentleman with similar needs. The food is okay per Dad but he's been a spoiled man for many years where his food is concerned. The waitstaff are also marvelous. Dad hasn't participated in many of the varied activities thus far, but perhaps he will do so more often as time goes by. It's only been three weeks but Dad seems happy and very accepting of his new Home.

Our dad moved into All American mid June 2016 @ Londonderry, NH. All of the people we have come into contact with that work there have been great. As expected there are a few kinks to be worked out which I'm sure they will be. For example sometimes not quite sure who to contact about different issues that may crop up. I'm sure they have or are coming up with a system to handle various inquiries. The food is pretty good, portion sizes are geared to the elderly but I believe they can ask for more servings if needed. The value you get for the cost is great and this is due to the companion suites that are featured which lowers the cost of each person making it more affordable.

I feel the services are very good and staff are well trained. I do not worry about my mother's care which gives me peace of mind. The facility has continuous activities for the everyone. I feel there is good communication between the staff who works there.

My father moved in November and we have been very happy overall. The biggest adjustment for him was having to have the staff give him his medication as he is still very capable and independent, but he finally seems to be comfortable with that. The staff is very good and responsive. There were a couple things that were a little different that what we thought up front from our meetings and interviews, but those items have been worked out. We are very pleased and my father is very happy there.

Very impressive. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. This will certainly be one of our top choices.

Mom says she is very happy. That says it all! She eats better than she has in years, and has gained 9 pounds. She also loves all the activites, especially the music and dancing. Staff are all so loving and dedicated, she loves them. Best decision we made for her.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Bentley Assisted Living, I'd give them top marks across the board! It's a beautiful, clean facility, and the people are all very friendly. The staff is accommodating and caring, and they've got a good variety of activities and amenities to offer the residents! Mom really seems to love it here!

Excellent care in all areas. My Dad laughed more the first 3 weeks he was there than he has in years? Everyone there is always smiling and friendly.

They have been absolutely wonderful to my loved one. The process of getting him was amazing and I could not ask for better service or care from them. I cannot think of any improvements that they need to make.

They have bent over backwards for my family and my loved one. They made the move-in possible for us, right down to loaning her a wheelchair until she gets her own. If I need it, they provide it. They care is phenomenal. The only negative I can think of is that sometimes they lose her laundry.

They doing a really nice job taking care of my Mom. I am very pleased with everything and I have no complaints. They have made the adjustment a good experience for us.

All American Assisted Living is an excellent place! The facility is clean and well kept, the people are friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking after the people who live here! I toured a few in the area, and All American Really stood out to me, I'd recommend it highly.

My mother has been living there and never leaves her room for meals or activities, but they will bring meals to her, and she commented that anytime she rings for the staff, they're right there, before at our previous facility that was her biggest complain was that they weren't just right there, so for her to say that in Assisted Living is pretty good since she is impatient. She has the same food every day by choice, and she is happy with it.

All American Assisted Living is a very nice place, overall! The facility itself is beautiful. clean, and well kept. One thing that really sticks out to me is how welcoming and inclusive they are to the families of the residents. They're always holding events and open houses that they encourage families to attend, and if you visit during mealtimes they'll always offer to serve you as well!

My mother has recently reached a point in her life where it we must consider a safer environment for her to live in. She currently lives by herself. We used many different sources to find an Assisted Living Facility that she can consider "Home". My wife and I looked at numerous locations. When we found AAAL in Raynham/Taunton, we drove there and found it still under construction. They plan to open May 9, 2015. The people there took the time to listen to my concerns about moving my mother. It was nice to hear that my concerns are just like everyone elses. Even though the inside was not quite finished, I loved what I say. They were very informative and advised me to look at their other facility in Hansen, which we did the same day. At the end of our tour, we were invited back this Sunday for the Cookout and I'm bringing my mother with us to show her where we would like her to live. I want the very first experience she has to be upbeat, exciting and also fun. The comment that the staff mentioned to me that really made the difference was a comment about everyone who resides there must maintain their dignity. I know this is true and when I was speaking to some of the residence in Hansen, they mentioned this to me. They mentioned that just because they live in Assisted Living, the staff never forgets about them. They feel as if they are the staffs only resident. I hope my mother agrees. My only comment is that I don't know how my mother will take to having a room mate after being by her self for so long. I wish they had single apartments, but I know the interaction will be valuable.

This facility is the best one I have seen. The staff take each on in like their own and just seeing them talk to my loved on and the other residents is amazing. The food is good and activities are okay. I dont have any complaints so for. Their happy and so am I.

My aunt has lived very independently, alone, for the last thrity-five of her 96 years. She had two separate falls that required hospitalization, rehabilitation, and two stays at Merryvale until she was able to return home. She fell a third time in August, 2014, requiring the same follow-up care, except this time her dementia has progressed such that she should not attempt living alone. Based on my/her experience at Merryvale, there was never a moment's doubt in my mind that Merryvale is the best and most caring place she can be. The way Gena and her staff "get to know" each resident; the care and love they provide my aunt -- and me -- feels like family.

Everything has gone very well with Bentley Assisted Living so far, I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff have all been very friendly and very helpful, and did a great job welcoming my loved one to the community. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they take great care of the people who live here. I appreciate that they get in touch with me immediately if any issues come up with my loved one.

They do a great job at Bentley Commons, it has been a phenomenal experience! I'd give them top marks across the board, there really isn't anything they haven't done well. They immediately try and get to know the residents and their families, and try to make them part of the community. The caregivers are friendly and professional, and just leave you feeling confident that your loved one is going to be well taken care of!
