As the oldest son , It is my responsibility to take care of a Mom , it has not always been easy or pleasant at times . Not always knowing what to do and thus being reactive and not having plans or knowing how to get what is needed or best makes things very hard and stressful. When a friend suggested that I contact A Place for Mom, the help they offered and gave I can not find words or enough praise to begin to express my gratitude. The All American Assisted Living Faciliy that they found and directed me to for my Mothers care has been fantastic, not only is the place cleaner than her last care provider that staff and whole facility has gone what I feel above and beyond seeing to her care and happiness and general well being . Both they the staff and other residents are happy ,the programs that they provide for their residents keep them engaged and as a result in better health in mind , body and spirt . This is no easy task to do if like my mother , they are very independent strong willed person who always did for themself and none could do it better than themselfs. It is hard to see what age and the loss of mind will do to a loved one but to see them in better health and spirt after trying both care given and care given at a provider the care All American has given has her looking better than she has in the last couple of years , at 94 years old very active life .

Very nice facility. Clean. Staff was all friendly and came forward to talk to us. Even the cook. The facility has 2 levels of care and they are laid out very nice. Good security, but also a home atmosphere. I liked how they try to keep the residents doing much as they can by themselves but help if needed.

I was very impressed by Bentley Commons and when the need for respite care comes so my husband and I can get out of town they would definitely be my first choice. I love how bright it is when you walk into their entrance and it is obvious where to check in. The dining room is beautiful and they have plenty of activities for their residents. The onsite beauty shop is a real plus for the elderly ladies, too. The apartment I was shown is a very generous size. The only negative I could possibly share is that respite care is on an “as available” basis. I can understand why Bentley Commons can’t guarantee a place, but once it is determined that a place is available for a specific time period, it should not be sold or given to anyone else. It makes family planning too difficult and there isn’t always going to be a back up plan for care. Of course, this works both ways and if the family makes a commitment there should be a penalty if they decide to go in another direction.

Love this place first choice! They said they do not have any male beds available at this time. Looking for similar facilities.

Bentley Commons has been a wonderful home for my father. Everything from the kind staff to the beautiful facility. We are very happy that he is well taken care of.

This is a very nice community, bright, open and clean and the staff here are friendly, attentive and interact will with the residents here. Our mom likes her room and has settled in and she likes going to the dining room and visiting with the other residents during meal time and she likes the different activities they do here as well.

My dad has lived in this community for 4 1/2 years and is healthier and happier than ever. This community has a perfect mix of privacy with spacious apartments and private bathrooms for all and wonderful and engaging social events. Dad loves chorus, happy hour with live entertainment and cool outs on the patio. The entire staff is fabulous, especially the nursing care.

My Dad was a resident of Merryvale for nearly two years. It was his home! He loved the other residents and the staff. During his last few months, his health necessitated that he transfer to a full nursing care facility, but he wanted to return to his home at Merryvale. The engagement provided by Merryvale was exactly what Dad needed. Every exercise session, bingo afternoon, devotionals, singing - all of these kept him active and prevented him from being lonely or depressed. Most importantly for Dad, the care ... real, genuine care ... that he received from the staff at Merryvale was superb. Our family took great comfort in knowing that the professionals at Merryvale would do anything for him.

My mother was one of 3 women who moved into [Removed] All American Assisted Living Memory Care ([Removed]) on the first evening of their opening. She has been treated with exceptional care! She has adjusted well to all of the nurses, CNA's, office workers, activity staff and the other residents. She has had her share of health issues and they have treated her with care that was above and beyond. They get to know each resident and make a point to be sure they are included in the activities of their liking and give them space when they are not interested. I really can't say enough about how caring and kind the entire staff has been, not only to my mom, but to our entire family. If you are looking for a place for an aging family member I would recommend the AAAL without hesitation.

My father is doing very well at All American Assisted Living. The staff there take very good care of him and check on him constantly. They have a daily schedule full of things to do and keep the residents busy. It has been a good experience so far.

This is a very good facility, and my mother is doing very well since her move here. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. I'am comfortable with her move to this community. They have a great staff here, we have had a good experience with them. Overall everything is working out well for us at this facility, and I would recommend it.

My mother moved here and she loves the meals although they have recently put her on a restricted diet. She is not participating in any activities because she enjoys watching the news more. Paragon village is exceptionally clean and I would recommended them.

I am happy with the care of the care of this staff and how they keep me informed on her progress. The community is very clean and always nice. She is happy with the activities that she is involved with. I like to knowing that this is a good place for her care and would recommend other families to this community for good value and care of a loved one.

We are thrilled with the care that my mother is receiving. The staff is all very attentive and genuinely caring and compassionate. They are alert and aware of all of the resident's individual needs and when they need to be attended to. I am glad we were able to find such a positive place. The building itself is immaculate. The dining room is very nice, and they have a varied menu with tasty food.

Everything is working out very well for my mother since her move to this community. The whole family are comfortable with her move here. We know she is safe, and being provided with good care. It is a nice place with kind people, and I would recommend this community,

Had a schedule tour with [Removed]on 11/27. Small cozy facility with excellent room sizes. Individual care and pricing meets our requirements. Up front costs seem higher than most as the require both a room deposit and community fee. There care levels look to be the best for aging on place and they do not require rehab before returning unless ordered by the dr. We have put down a deposit to hold a room for mom. Mom has been there since Dec and within 10 days of moving in they had her out of the wheel chair and walking on her own with a walker. Something her previous assisted living place could not accomplish. We are very please with Bentley. They have plenty of activities to do. The food and care is great.

I was delighted to learn this community allows dogs. My uncle to have his pet as a valuable asset. He is doing great. I appreciate how they see to give good care. The staff are great. I can point out that it is clean with many activities daily. He loves the meals and with my recent experiences, it is very good tasting meals.

I can not say how great this community is. The staff have been helpful and friendly. The food is good and they keep the community clean. They offer some daily activities. I would recommend this community.
