Juniper Communities

I have no complaints about the tour I had received of this community. It had great amenities that where offered and the place was very well maintained. The bedrooms where spacious with lots of natural light throughout the studio. I would recommend this facility to a friend or family in need of a retirement home for there loved one.

My tour of this community was scheduled at night. So I wasn't able to get a view of the appearance of the community. My mother needed a place that could help her recover from accidents she had. The issue I had with this community, was that the only way my mother could call for help was by using the phone next to the bed. I didn't feel that was very safe. It was not the community for my mother and her needs.

My loved one has really been enjoying his dinning experience. It is a nice environment with beautiful decorations and my dads eating has had a lot of improvement. The lobby and rest of the community is very well maintained and kept clean for all of the residents.

I toured this community for my mother. My tour went well, but I didn't really get a warm feeling being there. The community looks very nice, a bit fancy. The staff was kind and friendly. I just didn't feel this was the community for my mother and her needs.

Our experience with Brookdale Paramus has been a very good one, overall! It's a very nice looking place, and they do a fantastic job keeping everything clean. The staff is friendly and very pleasant, and they always offer to let me stay for a meal when I visit. They also have a good variety of activities. I also think the price is very reasonable for what they provide.

The warmth and personal attention that Juniper staff gives my mom is wonderful. Everyone goes out of their way to make her safe and comfortable. It takes a special type of person to have the empathy, patience and kindness that geriatric care requires, and Juniper's staff has it all.

My mother-in-law is new to Juniper Village. She has lived at Junpier Village for about 5 weeks. My family can't believe how well she is doing. The whole staff is kind and loving. Thank You!

We toured Juniper Village while looking into senior living options for a loved one. Juniper Village seemed like a very nice place, it was clean and the staff seemed attentive and friendly. However, our loved one wasn't quite ready for assisted living.

A place for mom was a wonderful agency to work with. They were better then the other agency I previously worked with. They referred me to this community and everything is working very well, I am very pleased. This is the first home that I've work with that I feel they are in my corner. I had a meeting with the staff in regarding my daughter heath care plan. Most of the staff is pretty good. Some of the staff do not speak English and there can be communication problems at times. Overall they are caring for her very well. There is many activities offed when she ready to participate. The food smells and looks good. This is a great community and I would recommend it.

In general I think Brookdale Paramus is a nice place. The facility is clean and well kept, and for the most part the staff is friendly and professional. The management staff are good about follow-up, and the daytime aide staff are very good. However, we have had some issues. I think during the touring and sign-up process they could have done a much better job explaining the level of care they provide, there are a few care needs that they do not cover that have become an issue for our loved one. I've also had issues dealing with the nighttime care staff. Overall it is a nice place, and I would definitely recommend it, but be sure the level of care they provide matches what your loved one needs.

The facilities are beautiful and clean. My mom gets good care. We put her there to go get stronger to go home and told them that going in, it would be helpful if they could try to walk with her more. Wendy was very helpful in the transition to the personal care home.

I came for a tour, but they didn't offer respite stay as an option, so I didn't really stay and take the tour. However when I came in, just from what I saw it looked fine. I didn't see anything concerning, or alarming at all. They just didn't offer what we needed. I do appreciate them being up front with me though, and not stringing me along, and wasting our time.

So far so good. Mom moved in last week. She is nervous and a little sad, but the facility is clean, nicely decorated and the food is good. The staff has been kind and helpful for the most part. The doctor and therapists have been thorough and effective. I highly recommend Brookdale in Paramus.

The Brookdale has turned out to be a wonderful place for our Mom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the personal care given is top notch. We have been in 3 other facilities for various reasons, and find Brookdale to be the best. From a cost standpoint Brookdale gives the same, if not better, care for less money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for assisted care.

The staff here at Brookdale is warm and friendly. The building is always clean and smells very nice. They are always pleasant and willing to help with anything that we might need. The food could be better.

So far, so good. She has had a tough time adjusting to the place, but that is normal and to be expected. She is hanging in there. It has only been a couple of months and we hope this is for the long haul, but only time will tell.

I would give them 8 out of 10. They are good, and very attentive. It's relatively clean, and the care has been good, they have been helpful. The food seems to be okay, and she really likes the desserts. Wendy was very nice and helpful during the transition. I like that there is a hospital right across the street, as well as a storage facility, that let us use their truck to move things.

My sister and I were very impressed with this facility. It was very clean no bad smells! The staff was very helpful
