Juniper Communities

I toured Juniper Village for my aunt, and I found the community to be very unique. The staff itself is very impressive, and you really get a great feel from the community. There’s a town center in the middle of the community with an ice cream parlor and a beauty salon with four little “neighborhood” quadrants where the resident rooms and caretakers are. The rooms and the quadrants are themed, and I really liked how the residents could maintain their privacy, then come together in the center of the facility for dining and activities. There is also an in house dentist and doctor area. It definitely is a unique community, but we opted for a place that we felt would be a better personal fit for my aunt.

The staff at Juniper Village is very attentive to my Mother. My Mother says the staff is nice and polite to her and she feels comfortable with the girls who come and check on her and sees that she stays active, which I appreciate.

The staff was very caring with my mom while she was there. Having dementia is difficult for the family and Juniper was very open and caring as we worked our way through her passing. I would definitely recommend Juniper Village.

We toured this community and we liked the staff. We found this community to be nice, we did not like that it was so glamorous. The menu and the list of activities were very nice. We would recommend that of their families tour this community for the care of a loved one

This community seemed to be active when we visited. This community is two levels and it felt a little to large for my loved one. The people we met during the tour were friendly and it seemed like a nice community.

We liked this community when we visited. It looked clean and well maintained. The person that took us on tour was nice. They do allow pets and they seem to offer some nice activities. This community was just not what we were looking for.

The staff are nice and receptive at Brookdale. Dad seems to like the food and enjoys some of the activities. He has started making friends. The community is well taken care of. There is not always a quick response from the billing department when we have questions. I would recommend this community.

Many good recreational opportunities. Good care and helpful assistance. Food is good, but too much and too often. On the whole, satisfactory. Staff is very friendly and considerate

We toured this community and found it to be very nice and clean and the staff was wonderful. The community was clean and maintained. We needed special care that they did not offer at the time. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My family, and I had a good tour of this community. The community looked good.The staff was very kind, and courteous. The director was very nice. If my mother was ready for my father to move to assisted living, this would be one of my top picks. It is a good community.

My loved one is a resident here. The main reasons why we chose Juniper Village is they are exclusive to those with memory care needs. The residents are at her level so the care and activities are more suitable for her. I also like that a lot of the staff members have been there for 10-15 years.It seems to be a company that takes care of employees and retains them. One thing they could improve is they call frequently to give updates but I would like more meetings and one on one conversations to happen.

We have only been here 3/4 of a week, but so far I think this facility will be fine for us

The Brookdale was very expensive and very commercial like. When you walk in the door, everything is there right away, the residents watching television, exercising, there was too much going on. The place was clean and very nice, but it was not what we were looking for.

I toured this community for care and us would of like that it would have been close to my home to visit. They did have a menu to choose from. I can not recall if they did offer activities. I did appreciate that the community was very clean and taken care of inside and the outside. I recommend a tour of this community to other families.

[Removed], we were very pleased at what we saw and heard at Brookdale. It's seems to be what my mother-in-law would be happy with.

My loved on is still here at the community, I was not really happy with the outcome from an incident. Things came up that I saw that was surprising to me. The aids were on their cell phones when I tried to help loved one I had to ask them and bring it to their attention. This is a top notch place and I didn't expect to have to look for help. The higher up medical staff are great, it's their team that needs improvement.

My aunt is living here at this community. We have found that the staff are very nice. They assist in most of our needs. We like that they keep the community clean. She seems to be happy with the meals and the good variety. We would recommend this community for other families.

I had a great tour of this community, all of the staff where friendly and helped with any of the questions and information I had needed from them. I would have placed my dad in there memory care unit but unfortunately they did not have enough availability for him to reside there.
