I have lived happily at WRV for 16 years. The staff is wonderful, food excellent and activities galore. I always feel safe and I am ensured that when I need extra care it is here for me.

I have been a resident at Juniper Village at Williamstown for close to five years. All of the staff treats me with respect. I feel like the staff listens to my problems and helps me take the steps to rectify them. Even the management goes out of their way to help me when I need it. The nursing department always ensures that I take my medication on time, and the food which is served is always of good quality. I would absolutely recommend Juniper Village at Williamstown to anyone who is looking for assisted living care.

My mom has been at Juniper Village for about 2 1/2 yrs and absolutely loves it! There are many activities she loves going to, the dining room personel go out of their way to give her whatever it is she wants to eat. The physical therapy dept is awesome, especially Gosha. The director MaryJane, the wellness director Elise and the aides are fantastic! My mom had to go to the hospital for a while and then to rehab and each time the ladies mentioned above went to see her. She felt so special that they went out out their way for her and could not wait to get back to her home at Juniper. Elise kept in constant contact with our family and even stayed after her shift, along with some of the aides, to wait for my mom's return. I haven't been in contact with one person there that wasn't friendly and helpful. This is an awesome place, ty Juniper!

I have previously had an aunt in this community, and that was a good experience. So we decided to move my other aunt here. She is doing very well here, and I'am satisfied. Our experiences have been great so far. Everybody is very kind and helpful. I'am comfortable with the care she is receiving. I would recommend this community it has worked out very well for us.

My mother has been living at Juniper Village in Chatham for 2 years. The staff is outstanding with compassionate care and genuine concern for her well being. The warmth from the Concierge's desk along with the Community Relations Director carries through the building. Juniper Village is a well maintained homelike environment with plenty of activities and delicious food for all to enjoy

People doing their best in a difficult business. This self evaluating organization always seeks the best for their charges. Moving forward with excellence should be their motto. Thank you for all you do. A better staff you will not find.

We have many years of experience with Juniper at Williamstown. The facility has met all of our needs and the level of care and amazing staff is the reason for our family's continued confidence in Juniper. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of this level of care.

Our experience with Juniper Village was only a brief one, but I thought they did an excellent job overall. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the admissions director was a big help to us throughout the whole touring and move-in process. Unfortunately our loved one's health took a turn for the worse shortly after she moved in, but the care staff here really stepped up and tried their best to handle all of her needs. She was a bit beyond what they are able to provide, but they worked hard to make sure she was well taken care of until we could get her moved to a different facility. I would definitely recommend Juniper Village as being worth a look, if you're looking for care in the area!

My mother needed help with activities of daily living but would prefer to do them herself. My sister and I needed peace of mind that she was safe and cared for but had that independence for 2 years. The atmosphere is reminiscent of happy days gone by. The staff is caring and loving and becomes extended family. Residents can experience participation in sharing life with others.

I'm very impressed with all that Juniper Village has to offer the senior community here in Northern New Jersey. They have a wonderful homelike atmosphere, an amazingly caring and professional staff, all sorts of great programs for the residents to get involved in from trips to the beach, theater, educational lectures, onsite entertainment and more. The food prepared by their onsite chef using organic fruits and vegetables in season is fantastic! Mom or Dad will be well cared for, active and engaged in all seasons. I highly recommend Juniper Village to anyone looking for a wonderful place for their senior loved one.

Mom has been a resident at Juniper Meadville going on 7 years now. We are great full to the staff for assisting our family as well as our mother thru years of Alzheimers issues. The amount of compassion given my mothers individual needs is outstanding! I fully believe this was the best choice for our set of circumstances and continue to be amazed and the superb level of care. Thank you Monica Blood and staff.

The staff is amazing! There are always activities to participate in and the grounds and buildings are immaculate.

My mother has been a resident at Juniper Village for the past six years and thoroughly enjoys living there. The facility, staff, and residents are wonderful. Everyone is warm and caring, and conduct themselves in a professional manner. My mother is very comfortable there. I liken it to living on a cruise ship… an awesome chef serving three wonderful meals in the dining room each day, games and activities, visiting entertainers, library, computers, movies, in-house medical facility, in-house religious services, room cleaning and laundry services, and transportation to appointments, local shopping and outings. I recommend Juniper Village at Chatham very highly.

from the time we walked into Juniper, we felt comfortable. We noticed the residents seemed in good spirits and the staff interacted with them so nicely. the facility is very clean, and we liked the lay-out. The memory care unit is comfortable for mom and seems to fit their needs. the personal care staff have been wonderful with mom during her transition. We feel blessed to have worked with a place for mom and their guidance to Juniper.

My parents moved into Juniper Village at Meadville over three years ago. The respect, assistance, and genuine affection they've received gives me complete peace of mind on their account. I do not know words to adequately describe how wonderful the staff is. Structured and unstructured activities cover a wide range of interests. The Meadville facility would benefit from some updating.. First-time visitors should not let cosmetics outweigh the priceless quality of care.

Since I moved my mom to Harbour on 9/8/14 I have seen a 100% turn around in her life. She is more social, moving around the community herself. She is so happy now because the people are so friendly there and it is like a resort rather than a nursing home. Her mind is working like it use to and now she is able to have her own belongings there. It is not a hospital atmisphere and is only 5 mins from my home. I hope she can live the rest of her life there HAPPY.

My relationship with Juniper Village of Chatham goes back over ten years when my mother and father moved in together. Assisted living was the right answer for them as I grew concerned about their ability to handle any health issues on their own and it gave me peace of mind to know that if there were any health problems, there would be a professional on the other end of the phone. They developed a social life that had been missing in their prior life. Juniper encouraged them to get involved. My mother was a professional artist and Juniper encouraged her to pain and exhibit her work. After my mother died in 2005, my father remained a resident for another six years, enjoying his social programs and movies. Because of their positive experience, my Aunt recently took up resident at Juniper. Personalities run strong in my family, yet the staff handled each new challenge with care and professionalism. I have been very pleased with the way Juniper took care of my parents and with the way they have been supporting me in the care of my aunt, as she has run into some mobility and health issues. The staff has been supporting her every step of the way. Juniper provides an environment in which seniors can truly thrive. The atmosphere at Juniper is what separates it. The staff personifies a warm and caring home, giving residents their respect and dignity.

I am very pleased with the level of care at Juniper. My parent is indeed safe in a very clean, caring, warm, cheerful and pleasant environment. My professional business requires me to see patients in a number of assisted living facilities and Juniper, in my opinion, is one of the best. Not overwhelming, it has dedicated staff, a welcoming presence, quality programs and dining. An executive director who is hands on along with being visible/responsive. The director of the wellness center and her staff, is highly credentialed and very committed to my parents' health and well being. The director of social activities is also committed to providing quality programs and has provided enjoyable events for my parent. For any family, the decision to move a parent to assisted living is emotional and challenging. I have no regrets with our family's decision to move my parent to Juniper Village.
