I toured this community and it was very nice! Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. The residents seemed pretty active. The only thing we noticed was that the location didn't provide a nice view like some of the other places that we toured did.

My parents seem pretty happy. It's been a really good experience getting them in quickly and transitioning them. The staff has been very friendly. It feels like a very secure place for my parents. The apartments are nice - very roomy, very clean, with newer appliances. The maid service is really good. The other residents have been very nice. They reach out to my parents and introduce themselves and have been great at making them feel welcome. And that has been really good for them. Really the only negative was some early morning starts to construction going on there, but that was just temporary.

It's a good facility, but the cost is a little high.

I would tell others about the things that we didn't know: they don't have alarms the memory care rooms, so if someone falls there's no way to alert someone else, and there are only two aides for twenty residents. We like it, they are very communicative. I check in everyday and they are responsive. I do feel that my loved one is safe there, aside from the call button issue. The saving grace has been the aides; they are very personable and they take extra care to be attentive to the clients, they are really good. I would recommend Isle at Watercrest.

We chose Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch because they seemed like a secure property, everything is in doors such as the access to the apartments. It is also a very clean facility that is well kept and well decorated. We like the fact that they have meals available on site as well. They answered all of our questions on the tour and [name removed] was great. Some of the amenities are not working such as the computer stations but supposedly they are working on that. Overall it is a good property and all of the residents are friendly and seem to be happy. I would recommend them to others.

I looked at multiple communities, and Watercrest was the number one on our list. The gym is very spacious and has more machines than another community. The meals could be improved for the residents. They are trying their best to fix the meals for the residents. The staff are very nice and helpful with the residents. They always smile and say hello to me and other residents. They are very friendly here.

Watercrest at Mansfield was the second best facility that we toured while looking for places. Everyone was very nice to us. The downfalls here was there was not as much natural light, it was not as updated, and you had to pay for the meal service which is something my loved one was not going to be using.

I would say to check this community out it is good. The staff are also pretty receptive.

we currently live at Watercrest and think its one of the best choices in this area. they could use some improvement with dining as the meals aren't fresh and could offer more of a variety. we also have pets, but feel that the dog park is lacking. its isolated and doesn't feel the safest at night. aside from those things, we do enjoy living here.

This community is very well ran, organized and clean. I recently had an issue with billing that is still ongoing - so there may be some room for improvement in that aspect.

We had a really nice tour experience with Town Village. It seemed like a very good place to have a loved one, it just did not feel like the right fit for my mom.

I would highly recommend this community for your loved one. The administration is a little slow to respond to request and emails but the staff and the therapies are top notch.

This was a beautiful community with lots of activities. Everyone was friendly. [Name removed] was knowledgeable.

We chose Watercrest at Katy because of the value of the money, you are able to pick and choose what you want and can add things on. My mom has the smallest apartment available and it is ok, she wants to move to the next size up and that one is really nice.

This community was good and the tour was nice it was just not what we were looking for environment wise for our loved one. Also there was another community that just happen to outshine and take our attention.

Town Village is an extremely nice facility but it was way too expensive for what I was looking for.

I thought Town Village was very nice. It was just too far away from my family. But it had everything available that we wanted. The room was nice, they had a library, and it was a nice facility overall.

Priced at 4960 and 5175 which is over our price range. [name removed] was very nice and helpful with information and the videos of facility and apartments available were gorgeous. Just too high.

We chose The Isle at Cedar Ridge because of the cleanliness as well as the different levels of care that they provide. The room sizes at the facility are on the smaller side, they do have different sizes depending on how much you want to pay. I would tell others that the staff members here are very easy to work with and I would recommend to others looking.
