As far as everyday needs they are spot on. There are problems with laundry, she never seems to be wearing her own clothes. They say that they wash her laundry all separately. When I bring it up to the one on one staff they weren't very responsive. The nighttime staff is Johnny on the spot with letting me know what happened. They are excellent with the activities. I have seen a huge improvement in her cognitive function, since she has been there. The admit process, left us kind of on our own, they told us what room and sent us on our way. It would be nice if they had an orientation, for move in. We liked the location too. Trish Bossow at A Place For Mom was amazing, she put me back on solid ground, and gave me so much peace after the first contact.

Moved Mom into the facility. Nice, caring, conscientious people who take great care of the residents. I am very picky about the care my mother gets and these people do a great job of taking care of her and her needs. The food is great and the care of the nurses, attendants and administrative staff has been excellent.

They've been very good, the cleanliness seems good, I haven't noticed anything. It's cheaper than the place he was in so I guess the value is good. So far we've had a little problem with feeding issues but we got that worked out really good. I had told them before we went in that I wanted someone in his room with him when he ate because he isn't really able to go to the dining room and the other week we went in and he was just filthy. I talked to them and they were able to fix that really quickly. The have a calendar up of activities but I didn't pay attention because it didn't really apply. We got a list of other places but I really was set on this one, it was convinient and they had jsut started this program for extended care.

We have been disappointed about several things that have developed. The bus providing transportation for residents has been broken for 2 weeks. The food is awful most of the time. It is overcooked or cold. The staff is nice but the food and transportation to be provided was presented to be a selling point for facility. I have instructed my friend to complete review cards for the dining and submit them to the staff. We are hopeful these issues can be resolved or at least greatly improved.

It’s a lovely facility and I was favorably impressed all around. My issue is the meal plan or lack thereof. I need a place that serves at least 2 meals a day, and the food service at the Watermere shuts down at 1:00pm! Although I really liked the kitchens, a smaller version would work for me, like no dish washer, no garbage disposal, no oven. I ‘m still looking and considering, so you may see me/hear from me again!

Price too separated. Rent, Utilities, adds ons for meals. Basic breakfast only. Next level breakfast + one meal, next level breakfast +2 meals.

We love the staff, the outings, the special occasion parties, happy hours, activities and the house keeping. Yes, we would recommend Town Village to other families based on the experience so far.

What I like most about this community is how spacious and comfortable the apartments are, whether for one person or a couple. The layout feels open and livable, not cramped. There are plenty of activities for seniors, along with multiple common areas that give residents space to gather, socialize, and participate in different events. The large dining area is another highlight—it easily accommodates everyone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Transportation services are also a big plus. They offer rides for group outings, errands, doctor appointments, and more, which makes life much easier. The community provides a wide range of amenities, including therapy services, a beauty salon, gym, swimming pool, and even a pool table. For those who need additional support, they also offer extra services such as cleaning, private group meetings, private outings, and other personalized services for an additional cost. Overall, it’s a well-rounded community with a lot to offer.

Sometimes difficult to get actual nursing needs right away, such as administering medicine. However, we like the Friendly staff. My mother benefits from physical and occupational therapy on-site. Therapists are excellent and very friendly. My mother is in extended care (nursing home type of care), and the nurse on duty carries a cellphone which family can call at anytime. Usually the nurse either answers when I call or returns my call promptly.

The apartments are huge with great floor planes. They have an exercise room, pool and pickle ball court. The landscaping and court yard are beautiful. Full sized washer/dryer connections in each apartment. Flooring in apartments are vinyl but look like wood. Dining room serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. Dinner is served one day a week. I prefer a seven day a week dining room that serves 7 days a week. The apartments are super quiet even facing the highway. There are plenty of activities and everything is so inviting.

The staff for the most part was kind but they were clearly needing more staff to cover needs on a couple of occasions. The rooms and people were very nice to work with and super accommodating . From my mom's perspective she absolutely hated the food. The variety was there but the quality wasn't very good. No concerns about cleanliness but the taste wasn't great.

Very nice facility with many options. Prices seem reasonable. Unfortunately, right now, my brother in law is looking for a 1 bedroom stand alone cottage which Watercrest does not offer. Also, offering only one level of assisted living without possible memory care and full assistance might not be the best facility for him.

What I like the most about the community is that the people are very friendly and it is a safe and secure place. The food is also great. Yes, I would recommend Watermere at Frisco to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff is very friendly. The residents are very friendly. The only real negative is the food is too fatty and doesn't consistently allow for dietary needs. We are working on this with them now. There are multiple apartment sizes available. Amenities seem adequate. Lots of events.

Isle at Watercrest is a great place. Love the look and enjoy the staff. We made a great choice for my dad.

The 2 bed, 2 bath is a very nice size apartment. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is fair to average. I think the activities directors do a very good job giving us a wide variety of things to choose from.

Very helpful staff and administration doing all they can to make this living experience the best it can be. Tried to meet all our needs. I highly recommend this facility.

They are kind and take a lot of the load off the care takers.

Moving in and out is a real pain. Narrow doors, no freight elevator, doors will not stay open long enough to use the medallion and pick up a box and enter through the very narrow doors. So, bring help to hold the doors. Choose your room wisely. Mine is at the farthest point from the elevator which is a pain when moving or grocery shopping. My wife hates that. Covered parking is limited and garages are very expensive. Carrying groceries from the car, during a driving rain storm is no fun, especially since there is no roof over some of the entryways, so you can get drenched while fumbling for your medallion to unlock the door. Try to get a good parking spot. The staff has always been very friendly helpful. The building and grounds are always beat and clean. The swimming pools are nice and there are some really great restaurants, and a movie theater, very close by.

Food could definitely be improved. i really appreciated the frequent trash being taken out daily. I founf it very difficult to take my laundry down the hall to wash and dry it. [name removed], the activity director, was very friendly and I enjoyed the trips to walmart with her and the bus driver, [name removed].
