Moved Mom into the facility. Nice, caring, conscientious people who take great care of the residents. I am very picky about the care my mother gets and these people do a great job of taking care of her and her needs. The food is great and the care of the nurses, attendants and administrative staff has been excellent.

They've been very good, the cleanliness seems good, I haven't noticed anything. It's cheaper than the place he was in so I guess the value is good. So far we've had a little problem with feeding issues but we got that worked out really good. I had told them before we went in that I wanted someone in his room with him when he ate because he isn't really able to go to the dining room and the other week we went in and he was just filthy. I talked to them and they were able to fix that really quickly. The have a calendar up of activities but I didn't pay attention because it didn't really apply. We got a list of other places but I really was set on this one, it was convinient and they had jsut started this program for extended care.

Well, I would certainly recommend Town Village for independent living. They offer assisted-living which I cannot advise about. However, I am glad that my husband and I have moved here. The room size is for a double bedroom and double bath and it's about 1200 ft.². We have one of the largest apartments. I feel like I'm living the life of Riley as the meals are prepared; there's no dishes to do. There is plenty of activities as well and a lot of fun people. That they provide in the rent to include housekeeping, the meals, and free parking. They do allow pets, but we do not have one. They have two activity directors and have weekly musicians or entertainment. They also have frequent snacks during the afternoon. They often take people to restaurants once a week together. Some of the entertainers have been [names removed] and once they brought in reptiles from the reptile conservancy for us to experience if we chose to. We appreciate the many courtesies that the friendly and helpful staff provide to us residents.

Evaluating the cost of the facility which is not all inclusive is difficult without knowing approximate costs of typical meals. There seems to be an advantage to this pay per use but keeping track of other costs is more difficult but not a major deciding factor. The Villa option is attractive.

The staff is good with my husband. They are learning about Lewy body and that helps. The food must be good because he is aging a little weight. The place is clean. His room is an okay size for a twin bed and two recliners.

Watermere At Firewheel is wonderful For being the smallest room they have it is actually very spacious. Everything is modern and clean. They have a wonderful selection of activities to choose from daily. And the food is wonderful! Ali in the sales department is very sweet and easy to work with you

Overall the community was very nice. However, for what we were looking for, it was by far the most expensive.

Size is good, nice to have laundry in apartment and small balcony. Staff was helpful with lease by email and answering questions.

She has moved into Watermere and is liking it. She got settled in about 3 weeks ago. Their chef quit the Friday before she arrived, so the food has been a challenge. But that seems like it will be fixed soon. Her apartment is beautiful. Activities have been nice.

Food choices can be improved - particularly for the elderly that have special dietary needs. Facilities, security, activities, are great! It is a very active community that offers options for all interests and needs. Transportation services are great, too!

We've requested apartment cleaning four times now. Each time, we were given a scheduled day, but no one ever showed up. It's very frustrating to keep making requests without any follow-through. What will it take to get our apartment cleaned? We're in Apartment [number removed] and would appreciate having this issue resolved as soon as possible.

What we like the most about the community is the physical therapy staff, the housekeeping staff, the assisted care staff, and the cooks.

The food is still not great but the Signature program is a good opportunity to create bonds and help with getting involved in activities. Most of the staff is very friendly especially[Name Removed]. They are good about checking in with residents daily.

The help they provide and the knowledge they have to help plan for additional care needed. The entire staff is very caring and giving of their time. I appreciate Town Village and everything they do for me and my mom.

Everyone was happy from the residents to the lobby staff to the dining room. Staff was a bright face to see every morning at breakfast!!

For independent living there are several outside services offered. chef has been there several years. Good variety. Main dining room serves lunch daily and dinner on Tuesday and Thursday only. Upstairs dining room serves all meals for additional cost. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Minor issues/questions are resolved quickly. Staff is always available via appointment through the concierge to discuss needs. The concierge desk is open daily early morning to 7:30 pm and can help with many smaller requests.

We have been disappointed about several things that have developed. The bus providing transportation for residents has been broken for 2 weeks. The food is awful most of the time. It is overcooked or cold. The staff is nice but the food and transportation to be provided was presented to be a selling point for facility. I have instructed my friend to complete review cards for the dining and submit them to the staff. We are hopeful these issues can be resolved or at least greatly improved.

It’s a lovely facility and I was favorably impressed all around. My issue is the meal plan or lack thereof. I need a place that serves at least 2 meals a day, and the food service at the Watermere shuts down at 1:00pm! Although I really liked the kitchens, a smaller version would work for me, like no dish washer, no garbage disposal, no oven. I ‘m still looking and considering, so you may see me/hear from me again!

Price too separated. Rent, Utilities, adds ons for meals. Basic breakfast only. Next level breakfast + one meal, next level breakfast +2 meals.

We love the staff, the outings, the special occasion parties, happy hours, activities and the house keeping. Yes, we would recommend Town Village to other families based on the experience so far.
