I am happy living at this community. The staff is very nice. The staff are very helpful and always caring and attentive. They need a little improvement but I am happy here. I like knowing that I can have my dog here. The food seems to be good. I like living at this nice community and have informed others of this great place to live for the care and value.

We are very happy to be living at Watercrest. This is an attractive community inside and out and they are doing a lot of landscaping. They have some daily activities and they offer a van to go out to dinner and different stores. They have a game room with shuffleboard and card tables. They offer an exercise room with top of the line equipment.They offer a great breakfast that is included and some pretty good lunches you are able to pay for.

Wonderful place & everyone was super friendly! Very clean & new. Nice facility layout & very nice apartments for residents. Nice courtyard for residents to get some exercise. Overall costs seem affordable for my parents, so will definitely investigate further.

We're very pleased with how things turned out at Watercrest at Mansfield! Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. They really do a great job assimilating new residents into the community, and put a lot of effort into getting new residents comfortable and adjusted.

I am very happy with the care that is given here. The staff is caring. You can get help when needed by the great staff. The food was very good. They do have a lot of nice activities that are offered. The community is clean and maintained. I would recommend other families to this community for the outstanding care and value

My mom is very happy here. The staff are very friendly and caring. She likes all the great activities and stays very busy. The food is wonderful and a variety. It makes me relaxed to see her in great care here. I would highly recommend this community for the great care and value.

I was favorably impressed with Watercrest and will be moving there soon. Tobi Kerbow was very helpful in showing us around & supplying information to us.

This is a wonderful community – we have wonderful caregivers that always are very attentive and compassionate. Glen Davis is an exceptional E.D. And Cecilia Mittchell is one of the best nurses I have worked with in any assisted living facility. The entire staff is very warm, friendly and welcoming. My patients love living here!

The Isle at Watercrest has great caring staff. My mother really likes this place. The housekeeping does well maintaining the whole community clean. Meals that are served have good taste to them and are healthy. Most important my mother is in a safe place.

I did not get to take a tour of the community itself because they are still under construction. However, the people did show me what it would look like and I think that it is beautiful. They did answer my questions and I'm very excited about the move.

Watercrest is a beautiful facility with an even better staff. They went above & beyond, on multiple occasions, helping my parents find the perfect unit for with their needs and budget. I would highly recommend watercrest to anyone.

The sales manager did a good job giving me a tour. The community did not seem like a fit for my parents. This is an assisted living facility and my parents did not need the assistance. This would be suitable for others.

I am very pleased with the community. They are a good fit for my parents. It is clean in the public areas as well as their room. The communication is easy with staff and they are nice to my parents. My parents like the meals the community serves. I think for me it was mostly the facility, it was open and welcoming, it seems inviting.

The community at Town Village overall meets my expectations and exceeds them in some areas. Andre the new chef is terrific! The food is spectacular and I really want him to stay. There was a lot of turnover in the kitchen previously but they have brought in Netta. Netta is amazing and very helpful! I am so busy with the variety of activities the community has to offer. They have a walking program, exercise class, bingo, Mexican train, trivia, ice cream socials, and happy hour with live entertainment. I love to dance and they have dance's from time to time as well. Other residents within the community are wonderful and I have made many new friendships.

The staff are really good and they are helping me to encourage my mom to participate in some of the daily activities offered. The food is real good I was impressed. The Physician Assistant came in and saw her. I would recommend this well maintained community.

My mother-in-law is fine and doing good here. We are happy with the care she is receiving and the price. The community is clean and the staff gather the residents to play bingo or other activities. My mother-in-law has no complaints about the food served. We had to work out a few things to get into a routine but all seems to be well now.
