This is an outstanding community with excellent staff who are always caring and attentive to her needs. The community is clean and always maintained. The menu is wonderful and the great variety of meals. They do offer a lot of activities that in time we hope that she will participate. They have a nice indoor pool in winter and in the summer it is used a lot. We really do like the care of this community and feel others would benefit from a tour for a loved one

We like the care at this community. The staff is very caring and attentive to their needs. The community is clean and a nice environment. I like knowing that they like the nice variety of meals with healthy choices. My parents are making friends and that is one of the positives for them We would recommend this community for a nice care and good value for loved ones.

I am having a wonderful stay! The facility is very clean and the staff are attentive. They keep you very busy here if you choose to be. There are also frequent outings that I enjoy going on. The meals are very good. I also like the fact that there is a garage available to me. My stay is going great!

My dad is all good and he is enjoying himself at the community. The staff are good and the meals are good. However he does not like to pay $15 per meal when he is not on the meal plan. The plan has 3 meals a week, it is included with the monthly fee. The residents are welcoming and friendly.

This is a clean well maintained community. My parents like some of the daily activities offered. They eat the breakfast there and they say it is good. The staff have been nice, helpful and answered our questions. I would recommend this community.

I got see the community with a very awesome lady. She spent so much time showing me the place. However it was too big and not homey enough. There were elevators and the too many resident in the dining room. I felt she would be intimidated and overwhelmed.

Mom is doing well at Isle at Watercrest. She really likes the food. The staff treat her well. They do offer daily activities and the community is well taken care of. They offer different levels of care and we appreciate this. Mom is comfortable here and I would recommend this community.

We are very pleased with my mother in law move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and she is doing very well. She is safe, and getting all the nutrition that she needs. They have plenty of activities available for her when she ready to participate. We are satisfied with all they have done for our family. My loved one's stay at The isle is going great! The staff is friendly and the facility is well maintained. Though my loved one doesn't like to participate too much in activities, plenty are offered at this facility. This really feels like the right place for my loved one!

We placed our father at The Isles at Watercrest in March 2017. We have been very impressed from the start with the staff, facility and overall experience. My father was a veteran and they were so helpful in aiding us to get the VA benefits that he qualified for which took a huge burden of us. The nurses have been great about communicating any needs or concerns they have and seem very attentive.

I like the care with this service for my mom. The caretaker was nice and very helpful with our needs. She was always very patient and caring. It was nice having someone th also be a companion for my mom. We would recommend this service and the care that has been received from a very reliable caretaker.

What a lovely place! I've been here a month now, and every day my opinion about the great choice I made for a new living situation is reinforced. The staff goes out of its way to be helpful and accommodating, the location is ideal for shopping and banking, the setting is lovely with views of a lake, and the activities are all designed to get the residents involved. This is a new experience for me, and I'm very happy with the choice I made.

My mother was in the memory care unit with Alzheimer's. She turned out to be a difficult and challenging resident due to her behavioral issues. [removed] and his staff took excellent care of her. I spend a considerable amount of time there and got to know the staff and some of the residents and was always touched by the tender care they provided to the residents . Our family will always be grateful for the tender care they provided her during this difficult time.

Watercrest is still under construction but the community is so luxurious and it's like a resort. They don't have many activities yet because there isn't many residents. The salon opens this week and the pool will be opening soon.Their have not started yet.My mother has been unpacking and settling in as well. She does go to happy hour on Friday and uses the transportation services. Her apartment is so gorgeous and we are very pleased.

[Removed] was very sweet and kindhearted to me and the residents at Watercrest. She made it easy for me relate to her the different options and concerns I have for my Mom. This is a Beautiful Place!

This can be your first and last review to read. In one day, one fall, I lost both my parents to brain injury/Alzheimer's and had to make a fast decision. IN 10 months, they were in five facilities before Isle of Watercrest. We've been the victims of [Removed]. We've been lied to, misled, and my faith in humanity was all but gone. Then, after my parents had scabies, an outside nurse urged us to look at Isle at Watercrest. We did. So burned was I that I didn't believe all their hype. There is no hype. It's all real. What you see IS WHAT YOU GET! Clean, loving, professional and more. As my father was being [Removed], he stopped talking and trusting. Today, just 50+ days at Isle at Watercrest and my father is talking! He knows the staff on sight and likes them. He smiles. And Mom is learning to trust again,too. I am so eternally grateful to the nurse who told us about Isle but even more so for the wonderful and amazing people who care for our seniors. If you think one memory care facility is much like the other ... you haven't been to Isle at Watercrest. As for me, they gave me my dad back. xxoo
