The sales manager did a good job giving me a tour. The community did not seem like a fit for my parents. This is an assisted living facility and my parents did not need the assistance. This would be suitable for others.

I am very pleased with the community. They are a good fit for my parents. It is clean in the public areas as well as their room. The communication is easy with staff and they are nice to my parents. My parents like the meals the community serves. I think for me it was mostly the facility, it was open and welcoming, it seems inviting.

This community is wonderful. The staff is great and very caring. The activities are very helpful to stay active. The food is good and a variety. A very clean environment . I would recommend this community to other families.

The community at Town Village overall meets my expectations and exceeds them in some areas. Andre the new chef is terrific! The food is spectacular and I really want him to stay. There was a lot of turnover in the kitchen previously but they have brought in Netta. Netta is amazing and very helpful! I am so busy with the variety of activities the community has to offer. They have a walking program, exercise class, bingo, Mexican train, trivia, ice cream socials, and happy hour with live entertainment. I love to dance and they have dance's from time to time as well. Other residents within the community are wonderful and I have made many new friendships.

The staff are really good and they are helping me to encourage my mom to participate in some of the daily activities offered. The food is real good I was impressed. The Physician Assistant came in and saw her. I would recommend this well maintained community.

My mother-in-law is fine and doing good here. We are happy with the care she is receiving and the price. The community is clean and the staff gather the residents to play bingo or other activities. My mother-in-law has no complaints about the food served. We had to work out a few things to get into a routine but all seems to be well now.

Our experiences with this community have been very good so far. My mother is really enjoying her time here. The community looks great, they do a very good job with the cleaning. They have a very great staff here. They are very helpful and friendly. She is trying many of the activities offered. There are wonderful activities offered. They had an Alzheimer's walk and serve a wonderful meal. She is pleased with the meals, they are nice. I know she is being cared for well. This is a community I would highly recommend.

We are impressed with the welcome The Bridge has given my sister. The staff is helping her with the difficult transition to the new apartment. She is already making her way back to her normal bouncy self. The accommodations and services are excellent and the cost is not exorbitant. We are grateful to have found Raider Ranch.

Both my parents are at this community and they are very pleased. I know it was a good choice. Also I know they are safe and in good hands. The community looks very nice and neat, my parents haven't had any problems with the cleaning. The staff is nice and helpful. They do enjoy the meals, the food is good. I'am confident about the care they are receiving.

New development - not yet fully occupied but apartments were spacious. Debbie [removed] who accompanied me on the tour was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and enthusiastic. The various staff members I met were very welcoming and very pleasant. I'm looking forward to joining this community.

My husband and I moved to Town Village after we retired. I can highly recommend this home away from home. There are so many activities and lots of very nice friendly people. I would rate this senior community with 5 stars. The staff are attentive and helpful. Come home!

The apartment units are beautiful and well-appointed. The staff is helpful and friendly. I'm looking forward to giving up the ordeal of maintaining my home and moving to Watercrest at Katy

They have really been great to us at this community. They are treating my parents very well. The community looks great and very clean. The staff is great, they are really good at caring for my parents. There is something going on everyday, they do offer nice activities. My father and sister say the food is really good. They have been very helpful and answered all my questions. I would recommend this community.

My visit at Watercrest at Katy was great! Ms. Young is an asset to your company: she is professional, very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable and at east talking to her. I gained a good view of what Watercrest at Katy has to offer with her great presentation. I will definitely recommend Watercrest to my friends!

Everyone has been so positive and helpful. They answered every question, gave us a tour of everything, even a last minute request to look at an apartment a second time before we left. Extremely gracious and knowledgeable young women!

Your facility has got to be the best in Texas until you come to the price. As a place for seniors, prices are way to high. Your employee (Dede Young)is the nicest and most helpful person on the planet.She goes way above what you would expect in helping ALL persons. Truly a beautiful person inside and out. We feel Blessed to have met her.

We've toured the seniors apartments for my parents and loved it!! They are very excited activities that are offered and can't wait to try out the amazing restaurant! My parents put a deposit down to move in then they open! I can't thank you enough DeDe [removed] for your time and assistance with our tour.
