I toured this facility with my Wife while looking for a place to live. The facility itself we found to be fairly nice. All of the staff members and residents were very friendly. They also have a large pool, and you can decide if you want to pay for their meals or not. We ended up putting a deposit down and then decided it was on the expensive side. When we changed our minds, we got our deposit back within 10 days. I would recommend this facility to other families.

Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. It is very large and can be taxing on those with limited mobility, but there are benches to rest every few yards. Apartments are lovely with full-size appliances. Only drawback are the odd angles of the walls in the bedroom. My mother wants to follow up on this one and visit again with some of the residents. She liked the idea of those in assisted living area can meet and mingle with the residents in the independent living section, which gives her more opportunity to make friends.

Facility was beautiful. A lot to offer. Very friendly staff and residents. Secure facility. Great place to live out remaining independent life.

I took a tour here and the facility is fabulous. The pricing is reasonable, the grounds were beautiful, and the apartments were lovely. However, the building itself was huge and I was concerned with the possibility of my Mom getting lost. The person that gave us the tour was a lot of fun and knew everything about everything. It seemed like they had plenty of activities going on and even had these fabulous bungalows in the back of the facility that were 2 bedrooms. Everything was brand new, state of the art, and just wonderful. It is strictly independent living, but you have the option to bring in home health care if it’s needed. I didn’t move my Mom in, but just from what I’ve seen, I would recommend this place.

My Mom and Dad live here and it’s been good. The staff is very welcoming and took the time to introduce them to everyone. The food is good, they have a good menu change every day so there are a lot of options to choose from. They have featured items every day, like a Chef’s choice, and then you can also choose from the main menu. They offer lots of activities and have a puzzle room, library, movie room, and a pool indoors and out. They also go on outings to different places like the grocery store or theater and offer many exercise classes. The facility is kept very clean and it’s beautiful. There is a housekeeper that comes by once a week if you want them to, but you have the option not to use them. The grounds are huge and gated with lots of walking paths. It really is a nice place.

It's beyond anything we thought our loved ones could afforded. I have never seen a happier group of seniors.

Isle at Watercrest is excellent. The staff has gone above and beyond to make my mom fell comfortable. They have been so welcoming, they have great dispositions, and their response time if she presses her call button is very good. The place is clean, and they take care of all of my mom's housekeeping needs. One thing she likes is that they have multiple levels of care there, so if her needs do increase, she can stay in one community. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

My mom is here. Things are going fine and she seems to be happy. The staff has been great! They were very welcoming when she first moved in and really took the time to explain to her how things worked. [Removed], the administrator, is incredible and he’s there and involved in every aspect. Everyone that we’ve come in contact with has just been great. As far as I know, the food has been fine. She complains about the food sometimes but that’s typical. I think her complaints are more her issues than the food itself. The cleanliness has been excellent and housekeeping comes by once a week. Every time I’ve been to visit, her apartment is clean. The floors and cabinets and the bathroom are all kept clean as well. It appears to me that everything is being kept in order. The community has a whole list of activities to do and they’ll give her a calendar every month of every activity, the time and the place, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend them. I would move there if I was at that point in my life.

My family chose this facility because it is a younger population and my Brother would fit in better here and also, he would be close to other family members. All of the staff members have been treating him really well and our family is very impressed with this community. They are living up to their expectations. My Brother is very happy and he really likes it here. I would recommend this facility.

While looking at other communities I wanted my relatives to go here because the location and cost was more convenient. Another reason why I like this facility is the staff team is doing everything right, the maintenance team will get things fixed when they get broken, everyone is nice, they have plenty of activities to do, the food is good, and they also have an outdoor courtyard. The outdoor courtyard is in the middle and there are chairs, table, cabanas, and a beautiful garden. The tenants are free to walk outside and enjoy this scenery. The housekeeping team keeps everything very cleaned and organized. I know that they take out the trash three days a week. With the food that they serve they have a menu that comes out weekly with a variety of choices. If you do not like what is on the menu one week there is six choices on the bottom menu that doesn’t change and could choose from that. With the activities they have Wii Bowling, they have entertainment that comes in, they have a garden club, yoga, and fun day outings every Tuesdays. They also provide blood pressure checks and doctors come in every Tuesday. All in all I would recommend this community to others. They have a great location and a very communicative staff.

I have lived at the club for 3 1/2 yrs. The building is lovely and the grounds are kept nicely. I feel secure as it is gated. Many activities and educational programs are given. Friday nite happy hour with music where all can meet and visit. Great atmosphere, happy residents, friendly employees. Apartments are very nice with many options.

I have been part of Raider Ranch Villas for exactly 11 months. I want to thank whoever is in charge of the office personnel. I have been lucky enough to have been exposed to each and everyone who is in management. They are a huge part of what makes Raider Ranch so special and each one although different individuals are a great team player. Your management is awesome and all are above the normal cut and I appreciate what they represent and how hard they work at trying to help all of us at Raider Ranch. I have basically been in management for over 50 years and I know how hard it is to get everyone on the same page and I am impressed with their attitude a great deal.

This is a nice community for care. The staff has been good. The apartment is nice and she does enjoy her new environment. We like knowing that it is clean. They do have someone to help with the maintenance. I like knowing that my mom is happy with the menu. We like that knowing that this community is closeby. We would recommend this community to others wanting a nice place to call home for the care and value.

I like living in this community. My apartment was brand new and very nice. The staff is caring and they make sure that things are taken care of. When you need care they always have someone available. They offer activities for the residents. They have to housekeep if needed. They will help with handyman services if needed. This community has many choices on the units. I have already recommended this community to others looking for a great place to live in.
