The activities at Watercrest are good, our loved one enjoyed the water aerobics as well as the yoga classes. They also have a nice general area where they can play dominoes and be with friends. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

This is the place! Beautiful units and common spaces! Friendly staff! Customizable plans make it easy to get just what you want.

My mom was only there for a few months before she died. The nurse there is excellent and very competent. She was there during Covid So it was restrictive. The aides were very nice and kind and helpful. The food was okay. It was a good experience for her!

Such a warm & friendly place! I enjoy the meals, activities, caring staff, and most of all, we're all safe from the Covid virus. No virus here at Town Village due to safety protocols put in place way back in March. I recommend this community to anyone with parents who are ready for a more carefree and independent life. Residents and staff are safe & happy!

I like the way they take personal time to take of my mother. They are very patient and understanding with her. They are on top of everything and report to me like clock work. I get weekly email updates of what is happening in the community. They post pictures of the residents doing activities and they keep my mom active.The food is incredible. My mom has friends, and my mom is happy there. My mom thinks she is living in a five star hotel. I can finally sleep night.

My Mom has been at The Landing at Watercrest since [date removed]. I can’t say enough about the quality of care she has received. The staff is professional and kind and willing to help in any way possible. The caretakers are pleasant and concerned about the residents. Particularly during this isolated situation, she continues to be happy and well cared for daily. Thanks to the entire staff!!

We are so pleased that our precious Mom lives at Landing Watercrest Shadow Creek Ranch. It’s a beautiful community staffed by the most wonderfully caring people. We appreciate their higher standards and level of care knowing Mom is comfortable and thriving in this environment.

The minute I walked into a Watercrest apartment, I knew I’d found my new home: open concept, high ceilings, walk-in closets, large bathrooms, hook-ups for washer and dryer, and either a personal patio or balcony. The management staff is always ready to serve with questions and help and provide wonderful holiday gatherings. And amenities: five different kinds of exercise, a pool, card games, bingo, happy hour,excursions, gardening, and even birthday parties. Also, manicures and a hair salon. Safety is foremost with entrance gates and doors open only by residents. Fire alarms and electric stoves are another safety factor. At Watercrest there are all religions, races, and various levels of education. We’re here to be ourselves, and meet our one goal; living life to the fullest with friendly people who enjoy the senior years.

The minute I walked in the building, I knew I would like it here. The apartments are spacious with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen, large walk-in closets, and each apartment has its private patio or balcony. Importantly, washers & dryers are right in your apartment. Of course safety is always a main concern. Gates must be opened with openers provided as well as doors into the building with the exception of the main entrance. The staff is very accommodating, and during this awful time have worked diligently to make our lives more comfortable. So many activities and trips. At least five kinds of exercise, a pool, and gardening. Delicious food, happy hour, and birthday gatherings. I have to stop somewhere, but not before mentioning the new friendships found. So many races and religions under one roof to coincide peacefully and happily.

I’m 70 years old & this is the best place I’ve ever lived. The management does a super job If someone can’t be happy here something is Wrong with them. I would also say that they have done a super job Of keeping us safe from this virus.

A very friendly environment with a knowledgeable and caring staff! Residents are called by name and included in conversations daily. The ambiance is always good?? Thus far my mother truly loves living at Watercrest!

I chose this community because I feel the food was better than most and the staff very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and efficient. The food is very good with variety. They have done and excellent job during the COVID and I have been satisfied with that. The building and my apartment are both very nice. We have outside walking area.

It's a pleasant and nice looking place and It's small. They had problems early on because of its construction, water leaks from the rain and they didn't know have to handle them, They had a lot of staff turnover and often. The location isn't near shopping or restaurants and there was nothing in walking distance. They had some good entertainment programs and plenty of rooms for clubs to meet. It was a great place for us because it was sociable, people were nice, the location was great for our family.

It has been almost a year since I found a new home at Watercrest at Mansfield. It was the best move I have ever made. The facilities and apartments are beautiful and the staff works hard to maintain the pristine condition. This is not just a senior apartment complex, it is a neighborhood of friendly, interesting, caring folks who may not be quite as mobile as they once were. But that doesn’t prevent the majority from taking part in the daily activities - truly something for everyone! There is always something to do at Watercrest! The staff make everyone feel at home; just like a big family. They recognize everyone, understand the personal needs and are truly wonderful and caring. Watercrest offers a beautiful atmosphere and a nice mix of privacy and interaction. Living here I feel safe and secure with assistance available if I need it. I highly recommend the Independent Living at Watercrest at Mansfield for anyone ready for a safe, comfortable, enjoyable environment to live in.

Beautiful and well maintained. We looked at several independent living communities and Watermere was the most welcoming. Bright apartments and many activities to chose from. [Name removed], our sales counselor, was helpful and knowledgeable and understood our concerns.

The only negative we had is the location - so near Katy Mills Mall and Waterpark - traffic? But [name removed] gave us an abundance of time and a great tour! The place itself is awesome - LOVED the floor plan of the villas - all 2 bdrm/2 bath + study and attached one-car garage. Complex is gated! Very interested.

Definitely liked Watercrest. It's full, so I only got to see one apartment. However, I liked the way the pricing is done - reasonable basic rent and then a choice of meal plans and other amenities. It is a well-kept facility and nice, friendly atmosphere.
