It is a friendly community. There is always something to do here. The residents pull you into the different activities and are pleasant. All the residents are talkative to each other and this stands out to me. There is an indoor pool to swim all year long in. There is a large lobby in the community when you walk in, and it feels like a hotel.

The was a really new community with lots of technology for the residents. This would have been too much for my loved one. The location was good for us.

The lady that showed us around on the tour and the Activities Director were both very nice. They seemed very involved. The rooms were very nice, and I liked The Isle at Raider Ranch a lot. But the price was higher than we could afford.

I chose Watercrest at Katy because of the location, the cost, availability, and I just liked the overall feel of it. I am in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that is about 1,000 square feet and it is perfect for me and it would be perfect for 2 people as well. The facility is kind of far out,but there is a water park up the road that causes some pretty heavy traffic and sometimes. There is a lot of building going on out here and it has great access to Katy Mills mall and about anywhere you want to go on I-10. I am happy with my experience and would recommend them.

I toured The Landing at Watercrest Shadow Creek Ranch and talked with [name removed] on the phone as well. I found her to be extremely helpful and informative. I found her very caring and concerned. The assisted living area I toured was beautiful and felt very homey and comfortable. I was very impressed. If I were sure I needed a long term solution I would absolutely put them at the top of my list. They require a 12 month lease.

Beautiful facility, professional staff, residents are visibly engaged and enthusiastic which is the strongest indicator for me of operational excellence. Considering as a top choice depending on how the situtation develops with my parents.

We toured Town Village and it definitely seemed like an adequate place. I was a good price but the location was too far from our house.

It's a very nice place to live. It's conveniently located. They've got all of the facilities for someone who is an active, elder, retired person. The personnel are very nice. The food is great. I think the price is a little high, but I think it has to do with the fact that there are so many things there - a gym, a pool, walking trails - which offsets some of that. I'm overall very pleased with it.

The grounds are very well kept, but the carpet could use an update and sometimes the common area can use a little cleaning. The windows are a little dirty as well as the windows in the doors, but overall its pretty well kept. The staff members here are beyond a five, and the meals are great. The activities are awesome, they have them every hour of every day so if you want to keep busy there is plenty to do. The value for cost is the best in the area, and the big plus here is you can choose what your wants and needs are, like how many meals you want a week. It is not a bundle package which is nice.

Watermere at Woodland Lakes has been a great community for my mother. The community areas and apartments are beautiful modern cabinets, granite countertops, attractive lighting. My mom's apartment looks over an expansive courtyard and pool. Beyond the buildings, the staff and residents are the most important aspect of Watermere. Residents are friendly and welcoming. the staff is extremely accomodating. Whether it is to help my mom set her thermostat, replace a bulb or help her with her cable. The front desk staff, maintenance, and management are all amazing. I am so glad I found this place.

I love my apartment, the design of the building, having a balcony, variety of programs, having transportation, the feeling of safety, and especially the people. Raider Ranch makes my life easier. I have no complaints at all about this community. It is beautiful!

I love the protection of the environment at Raider Ranch and I have everything I need here. The food is great. There are lots of activities, residents and staff are friendly, and I just love living here.

The facility is in a great location for our family and close to many everyday needs: grocery, doctors, hospitals, restaurants, etc. It is very clean, very well decorated and the accommodations have everything my mother in law will need. She won't have to leave the building unless she wants to. While we were there we met the transportation coordinator who was delivering someones curbside grocery order. We are very hopeful this next living situation will be all that it seems. It appears she could be very happy here. Bonus: all the residents wear name tags because they want to. Seems like a very close and active community. The choir practice was going on while we were there. :)

Raider Ranch is by far the best community in the area and I've never seen my parents happier. Staff does an exceptional job taking care of this community and my parents. This move was hard for them after being in their home for 50+ years but they haven't looked back since. They have so many new friends and the socialization aspect especially during COVID-19 has helped them so much when we weren't able too. We LOVE Raider Ranch!

By far the best community that I have seen in the West Texas area. An active community and the residents I spoke to while visiting were all very happy with their choice to move to Raider Ranch. The people there were so friendly.

It has been a pleasure to reside at the Landing. You have an excellent staff and therapy partner. I will always be extremely grateful for their skill level ad kindness. Your workers around the place are very good and understanding.

The community looks like a hotel, everything is new and very nice. I would like to see healthier food options. Communication is very good and there are several community boards, and we receive a daily phone call with what's going on today. We have a wine and beer bar in the community and we have a weekly happy hour. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff members there would be a 10 out of 10, they are just wonderful. Our loved one enjoys the food, and they are trying their best with the activities. She enjoys that she can visit with her neighbors, as well as good outside for walks around the grounds. Anytime she gets a delivery from the pharmacy they call her immediately and they are always calling her to check in and make sure everything is going good.
