They've been great for my parents. They have been very accommodating. Everybody is friendly. The food is a big deal at a place like this. I've tried it several times, and I think it's pretty good. There's plenty of it, and the quality is good. It's not your typical cafeteria food, but a step above. The facility is clean and well laid out. And they seem to have good, solid activities.

This community has been phenomenal for my loved one. They truly care about the residents here and treat them like family. They provide a lot of feedback and if there are any issues at all they always call and do not seem to mind when I call to check up. They always report any information to me.

They do a good job taking care of problems if they arise. It's the best place I could have found, and everybody who lives there that I've talked to thinks that as well. I can thank A Place for Mom for that because they found it for me. They have plenty of activities. I like that it's an apartment community where you come down for your meals twice a day. And you can interact as much or as little as you want. And the community is only about 2 years old, so everything is new and fresh. All the other places I looked at in the area were much older. They're also adding on to the community. Right now they're solely an Independent Living community, but they're building an Assisted Living community right behind it.

My mother was in the extended care, so her situation was a little bit different. The staff were all wonderful and very attentive. We were very happy to have found this facility and would recommend to others looking and already have.

I love living here. I am safe and secure. I found friends that are now my family. We have fun and all social activities. Our Director and her staff are fabulous. I am so happy I found Watermere I regret I didn't find it sooner.

What appealed to us most was not only the friendliness of the staff members there but also the residents. Based on our experience so far we would recommend The Watercrest at Kingwood to others.

We are very happy we made this move. The staff makes you feel wanted and cared for. The residents are so friendly and welcoming. They are willing to teach games, patience with others limitations, always willing to listen and visit. There are so many activities from exercise, creating, learning, socials, trips, happy hour night, tea parties, and so much more. We feel like we are enjoying our lives so much more! Having trash picked up at the door, housekeeping once a month, a beauty salon on the premises plus transportation!

The employees in this facility take pride in their work are very kind to the residents. The facility in well maintained and if there is any problem they fix all that needs to be fixed.

Our tour was great and everything about the facility looked good, but we found that the value for the money was better at another facility we looked at.

I recently moved from a similar facility. I listened and saw for myself that everyone here is happy working here and if you like your job then you succeed at it. The activity director will go room by room and invite all residents to activities. The bus driver knows all residents names and remember where their appointments are. All the concierges enjoy assisting the residents , staff and visitors. They answer phones continuously, respond to visitors requests, and staff needs, with a smile. The menus are changing every day and will listen to suggestions within reason . I have moved to an older building but it’s the staff, who make a difference. After reviewing several facilities, the staff (administrative and support) were so genuine and caring. This is the 'Perfect' living facility for our mom!!!

Town Village is a great place, I really liked it. The gal who showed me around was super friendly and understanding. The facility itself is very big and beautiful. They have assisted living and independent living all in the same building. From what I was able to see on my tour I would definitely recommend that others check it out, it seems like a great choice.

I give it a 100% approval. I already have my uncle going here also off of my referral. They have lots of activates , like going on outing and also having lots of in house activates also my loved never really needs to leave.

They were excellent in everyway. My loved one enjoyed the community, and thought they received great care. There is a chef on staff, and there were choices for meals. The food is excellent. Some of the activities include: games, outside entertainment, special event days, an more for the residents to choose from.

This was a A+ community. However, the community was very expensive and I did not feel it was fitting for my loved ones. It was a beautiful place and they took really good care of us.

Watercrest is a very nice place, it is like high-rise apartments and one day I could see myself living there. Our loved one has yet to complain about the meals so we have to assume they are good. Our loved one does not participate in the activities but when we do go to visit we see activities going on.

Our family was able to do a virtual tour as well as an in person tour and we loved The Landing. At the time we were looking our loved one was not quite ready for assisted living, but another family member was able to move in. The people there are just fantastic.

We are satisfied with the community. The community is very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also offer a better value than others in the area. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
