I love it here. Everyone here is wonderful. There are lots of activities, and lots of ways to socialize. I am so happy that I have moved to Watermere. The food is very good and there are meal plan selections. The breakfast is included in the price per month that I pay. There is a full kitchen with washer and dryer connections in the apartment, and I have wonderful views from my apartment. There are lots of closet space and the bathroom is very nice and the rooms are large as well.

I moved into Watercrest in [date removed]. It was a great decision. It is not just a place to live, it is a whole wonderful experience. You can be alone in your room or take part in as many activities as you wish. From Bingo and card games to water aerobics and other exercise programs. Take trips being treated wonderfully by staff. Make great new friends. Only "bad" part is they may feed us a little too well if we don't know how to limit ourselves.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really great tour experience everyone was extremely nice and friendly.

The meals and dining service can sometimes be a hit or a miss we do know right now they are having trouble keeping a cook around. We have not participate in many activities as of yet, but what we have done they are good. It is an adjustment for us, and we like the apartment but are looking into moving into one of their villas that backs up to the lake but there is a waiting list. We would recommend this community to others.

This property is beautiful, with a wonderful staff, and immaculate grounds!

I am happy at Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch. Everyone is very friendly, the residents and the staff and I can always call and get help when I need it. The apartment size is great, it was like it was made for me. The washer and dryers are inside of the apartments which I like. I would recommend them to others looking. The only thing I would change is I fell the other day and the staff are not able to help you up so I just had to lay there.

The process of them helping us determine if they were a good fit for our family was very tailored and was actually focused more on my mom as the caregiver than on my dad. Every place else was really focused on what he wanted and needed. But Watercrest actually focused on my mom as the caregiver, because if she doesn't have what she needs, then she can't help him fully. Also, their pricing was were more all-inclusive, so it's more cost-effective. And they provide multiple meals a day every day except Sunday, which was another plus.

I have already told people about this community and to take their loved ones here. Everything is wonderful, it is nice it is clean it is pretty. I went and seen my this place before my mom came and it is really a nice place. They have 110 different clubs, gardening, quilting, sewing, water aerobics with an indoor heated pool that is always open. they have games, puzzles and entertainment that comes in and more for the residents to do. My loved one is sometimes more of a wall flower and now she is meeting people and I am very happy about this, this has been wonderful.

The tour was great and very nice and gave me the information that I needed about the community. I was able to see everything that I needed about this community.

We are happy and doing well here. All in all it's a great community. I like the location, cleanliness, and amenities. It's a good place, and I would recommend it.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience we liked it a lot but at the time they just did not have anything available.

The staff are very friendly and know the resident's names. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in. The food is fine. They have an indoor swimming pool that you can do water aerobics in. There are green spaces on the first floor. The fourth floor, has Astroturf with chairs for the residents to use. The staff are good to work with if there are questions or concerns. The maintenance team can be a little slow. Some of the activities include field trips, card games, art exhibits, religious studies and services, and more for the residents to choose from. There is an exercise room that is up-to-date.

Our family took two tours of this community and the same gentlemen [name removed] took us around and answered all of our questions. We had sit down meetings where we listened to all of our questions concerns and he really involved himself. After the tours he continued to follow up with us via email and texts but unfortunately the community was just to expensive.

We had a wonderful tour experience with The Landing. I really liked the woman who we spoke with who showed us around, we felt that she really listened to us. We got to meet some of the residents as well during the tour. We did not end up going with this facility because it was more money for less services.

Watermere at Woodland Lakes is a lovely facility and they gave me a great tour experience. The only downfall was they provided one meal a day which was breakfast, I was looking for someplace that served at least two or three meals per day. The location was also a little further than I would have liked, but it looked like a great place to be.

This was a beautiful community and a lot of nice people. This community just did not fit my loved ones budget.

I would tell others this has been a great experience for me. I am comfortable here as well. They are friendly, considerate and helpful here towards the residents. Some of the activities they have available include Mass, church services, bingo, happy hour, and more for the residents to choose from.

I would highly recommend you move to Watermere at Woodland Lakes. The community gives the feeling of living at a five-star hotel with the expense of a normal apartment building. The staff are quick to respond to questions, concerns, or requests for maintenance. Movie theater, poker night, restaurant night, holiday celebrations, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.

I loved Isle at Watercrest, this is where I wish my loved ones went but the decision was not up to me. The facility was very clean and organized and I loved their memory care unit. The director ran things well and was on the ball about everything. It seemed like a great place to have your loved one.

Watercrest at Shadow Creek Ranch was the first place we looked into and we went with them because our first impression of them was that it is a very nice facility. There are a couple drawbacks such as they serve things that we cannot have so that is disappointing so I mostly cook inside the room. There is also no washer and dryer in our unit. The cost is very reasonable compared to others that we looked into. We are very comfortable here.
