The facilities and amenities are top-notch and the food is excellent but the most outstanding feature of the community is the staff. Everyone from the director to the staff at every level is kind, caring, and dedicated.

This is a new property and very well laid out. One bedroom unit is well designed. They will install grab bars, toilets that are higher, hand held shower on request. They have a bus service that goes to grocery store on Mon and Fri. Tues. and Thurs. they will take you to dr. visits within 10 miles of complex.

I love the Watermere, they kept us really safe during covid and it just has been a wonderful experience. They did cut down on a lot of things which was to be expected. However, even with covid and having to wear masks and the reduction of visitors i still have managed to make many friends. My apartment is certainly adequate and it is beautiful.

Watercrest at Katy is a very vibrant and lively community. They offer all kinds of activities from arts and crafts, exercise classes and knitting groups. You can be as involved as you would like or do your own thing. It is just a friendly group atmosphere and I have felt included ever since day one.

I am very happy with Watercrest at Mansfield. I chose this facility because I knew a couple of ladies who lived in the assisted living part and they were happy there. I applied for that but decided I did not need that much help, so I am in independent living. My apartment size is very good. It has been good experience and I would recommend.

The staff is very responsive to the residents and families. There has been a lot of turnover. The food is being delivered to the residents in their rooms, overall my loved one likes the food. and temperature My loved one enjoys it here.

Best place I have seen; updated apartments, nice hallways, good food, great swimming pool!

I looked at a lot of different places and I am very happy with my choice with Watermere at Frisco. I chose this facility because of the security, you have to have a key-fab to be let in. I was also impressed with the activities, they have a heated pool as well which was important to me. Also when you walk in it looks like a hotel rather than a care facility, everybody was so friendly and inviting. They do have a bus service here as well that can take you to appointments as well as grocery shopping. I would absolutely recommend and already have, when I see people visiting or touring, I tell them everything I like about the facility.

The staff is friendly and they communicate well. The apt sizes are good, and the food was also good. The activities were good before covid also. I would recommend this community to other.

Our experience with Watercrest started off very well. At some point my brother starting having issues and so I hired a group of people to come in and help him. Then all of a sudden, after my brother almost fell, the manager called me screaming at me and telling me I had to get my brother out of the facility that day. Later, I found out I should have had 30 days to get him out. So overall, we did not have a good experience with this facility at the end.

You get a lot of bang for your buck, The value of this facility is great. The room sizes are nice sized, overall the food is pretty good and they have a good variety. I would recommend this facility to others.

I chose Watermere at Woodlands because of what they were able to offer and the location. They have a lot of activities for residents to choose from and they are very organized. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

We chose Isle at Watercrest Mansfield at the time because of what they had to offer. The room sizes here were great, definitely the biggest out of others that we saw. Especially the bathrooms, they were HUGE and it was the selling point for him. I ate here with him almost every night, the food was excellent. They have a chef on site who prepares the meals. The best part about this community was knowing that my dad was cared for and that they genuinely loved their residents. I would absolutely recommend and have.

The cleanliness of the community would be a five plus, I am so thankful i am here it was the best decisions i made. During this current time with COVID they are being very very careful, they really have been watching over us all. The staff members are fantastic, they treat us very well. When it comes to the activities we have arts and crafts, exercise classes, and a pool. We also have movie nights and bible studies. Everyday there is something for us to do. I have a one bedroom, and the dining room was large enough that i could bring my entire dining room set from my previous home. It is just very nice.

We are impressed with Watercrest. they have handles covid very well and everything they have done has been done to keep people safe. The apt sizes are perfect, and my mom enjoys the food and they have a good variety, plus she has a full kitchen so she can cook also. I would recommend this facility.

I chose Watermere at Woodland Lakes because of the location and the fact that it was an all new construction. I chose a 2 bedroom and it is perfect especially for when my grandchildren are able to visit. We have started doing activities with masks and social distancing. The best part about this community is the people, especially the residents. I am very happy here.

This community is absolutely gorgeous! There's so many amenities for the residents, and the employees are just wonderful. My father is so happy here!

I moved in November 2019. I've loved living here. The people are wonderful and there's so much to do. Activities and food are great as well.
