Things are going pretty well at Sunrise Senior Living so far. The staff is nice and professional and the facility is nice. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged and enjoying themselves. Overall, it has been a good experience so far.

I toured here, and it was nice. I liked that it was a smaller place. I didn't see anything alarming, or concerning at all. It wasn't a good match for my loved one, but seemed nice.

Sunrise is a very bright facility. It has a comfortable atmosphere when you walk in. As far as I can tell, it is always kept clean. The staff is always very nice and are willing to help or answer questions.

We liked Sunrise. I thought it was a good fit for mom. I liked the natural lighting, and the way she responded to the staff. The pricing was good. We haven't gotten her moved in yet, but I think this is where it will be.

The Pines of Mt. Lebanon are doing pretty good. Mom has fallen out of bed a few times there but they have gotten her right to the hospital. The facility is really clean and any time I have talked to anyone they are just real friendly.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The Magnolias seemed like a very nice place, overall! The staff were friendly and seemed like they did a good job looking out for the residents. The facility itself was clean and well kept, and they had a lot to offer the people who live here. It is worth a look if you're looking into care in the area.

Very friendly & caring staff. Very attentative to residents needs. Recat quickly to requests from family members & residents. Beautiful, cheerful setting, lovely dining room! Very bright, lots of windows. Variety of activities. My mom is very happy, she feels safe and well taken care of at Glen Mills Senior Living.

My Mother seemed to enjoy herself for her 10 day respite stay. The only negative on our end would be the cost was high, although that appears to be in line with other senior living places. Would highly recommend Glen Mills to others. Peace of mind while I was away was wonderful. At 93 Mom it was not comfortable to leave her home alone while I was on vacation.

Met with Laura and toured Magnolias on Wednesday, Feb 18th. Loved the people we met with and the facility seems perfect for Mom's respite visit. Goal was to make the visit a mini vacation for Mom and Magnolias seems to be the place that will provide that for Mom.

I toured this community when I was looking into memory care options for a loved one. Overall I thought this seemed like a very nice place. I liked that although it is all memory care residents, they organize the residents by level of care, so that the higher functioning residents are able to socialize. We ended up choosing another community, but Magnolias of Lancaster is certainly worth a look if you are looking for care options in the area!

They are doing a great job. The staff is friendly, and it's clean. They are just finishing up a remodel, which they have handled very well. We are excited to have that done, and are pretty happy with them.

Beautiful place, talked with Laura, she went over everything, showed me around, answered all questions. impressed with the friendliness and cleanliness. reasonable pricing. very accomodating for moms needs.

The common areas and the community on a whole is kept very clean. We had some issues with getting the schedule to the room cleaning started, also bath schedules, those kind of things. There were some billing issues. Just a little better communication during the initial setup the first few days, would be helpful. There are lots of activities, and the care and attention is there. The family is happy with Sunrise.

The staff at this facility are just the best. My Dad can be difficult and they were patient and kind. Unfortunately Dad's medical needs required a higher level of care or he would still be living there. Frankly, I would enjoy living there.

It’s fine. It has a mix of independent and assisted living. I like it. There is parking at the far end, but it’s not very convenient for visitors. We haven’t had any trouble with the laundry services at all. The staff is friendly.

My wife and I visited the facility today. It is very nice. It is a possible option for Dad if I have to move him from Berkshire Commons.

The people here seem to be really on top of things and everyone is very caring. Everything is always very clean and neat. There are enough staff members here to take care of all the residents. The experience so far has been very positive. My aunt has been there about 4 months.

I rate Magnolias of Lancaster an overall A. The administration and staff is very attentive to my Mother's needs and answer my questions very quickly 24/7. The facilities are excellent with natural lighting and a sunroom with a patio. We did have a problem with the room, but this was addressed by the administration and fixed by the maintenance person.

We saw this one in a bit of a rush, and didn't get to see inside one of the rooms, but what we saw looked great. The facility itself was gorgeous, the staff were very very nice, and the food was delicious. It seemed like a great place, although it was not the location we eventually selected for our loved one.
